You CAN redeem the codes from work.  You do not have to be in front of your xbox.  Go to https://live.xbox.com  In the top right corner click My Xbox, and then click Manage Profile.  On that page, click Redeem Prepaid Code from the right side of the page.

Now you just have to be quick....

While you can enter codes there, there is that little piece of text that says "NOTE: Only prepaid codes for Xbox LIVE Subscriptions or Microsoft Points can be redeemed online." which makes me think even if you tried to redeem a pub code that way, it wouldn't work.

Also WTF, it was my 18th birthday last week (code for late birthday present plz) and I went to update my account to an adult account and now I can't connect to live. When I go to connect it takes me to view the new ToS and before I can click accept it takes me back to the dashboard and says could not connect to live. When I go on the site to do it and click accept for the ToS and then go next it just puts a * next to it as a missing field. :/ Anyone know why?

Well, its to hear that your patch is comming for the kids, who think they got debunked games, when in fact there having something to cry about it, I feel asleep and had a fable dream were i thought my game messed up but then i woke up and turned on my xbox and fable was working perfectly like it has since i bought the game at 12:01am on oct 21

Is 10$ really that big of a deal? Bought mine when I got the Fable 2 box and my XBox. Fun to be able to just jump in and do some rounds of Spinnerbox or whatever if your not in the mood for traveling all of Albion in the search of a gamemaster with the particular game you wanna play.

I see all these codes, and I weep at the fact that I'll never be able to use one of them. I'll never be fast enough to unhook my modem from my PC, run downstairs, disconnect the cable from the TV, plug my modem into my 360 (While battling a cord devouring feline), and actually have any hope of getting a still functioning code.

I like how essenceof is angry at everything and everyone. It makes me happy to know that I don't feel some sort of nagging itch in the back of my head to take offense to the fact that some people are not as monetarily capable as the rest of us, instead of immediately furrow my brow whenever someone refuses to pay up for a game.

I also like how he lives in the past, and 'doesn't afraid of anything', what with claims of Pub Games being 1600.

If you really want to donate money to LionHead that badly, sir, perhaps I could interest you in suggesting Lion Head make the 'exclusive Limited Edition content' available on X-Box Live Marketplace for an exorbitant amount (read: perhaps 1200 or your favorite number, 1600) to make up for people that will never be able to access the secret dungeon.

I know some people won't really care much for Hal's Armor and the Wreckager itself, but will be disappointed they did not get the hidden dungeon to explore.

Anyway, rant towards angry fans aside, keep up the work and 'non-teasing', LionHead.

Well, everyone's commenting on the hopes that they will be one of the 20 raffled posters- assuming that selection is truly random. However, it's possible that extra comments won't be selected, or that people that already have gotten their code (and notice there's quite a few that have gotten 2 or more codes, happy as can be to brag about it) will be excluded from the selection process.

There's a chance, however, that it will truly be random, and that you'll see some people walking away from this blog with two to three codes, giggling to themselves silently.

Here's to hoping that if additional DLC comes out, it won't be as hectic to get as everything else has been so far! Cheers.

Just got my Xbox back after a RROD so only now able to try these codes (always arrive late to the party though) and slowly working my way through Fable 2.

Don't really get too much time to play it, but am becoming a bit of a property tycoon in what little time I do get.

Loving the 'earning money while not playing' function, means i can buy a few properties then stop playing, come back and buy some more with my profits. Of course i'm  being a landlord (for now). So much for that, I didn't get one. This is the reason why I don't think I'll pre-order ever again; all the times I was supposed to get "something" I never did. To whomever is keeping track of how many days it is taking for them to receive their LE DLC codes: Microsoft had announced that they would not start sending them until after the beginning of December, I believe. And yes, that is Microsoft's problem, so telling Lionhead about it will not speed up anything.

Just pointing that out so you don't grumble after 50 days, and instead grumble about "why not NOW, M$?"

And the answer is probably because they're having to weed out the people who did not actually purchase the LE version of the game, from those that did- there's a chance that they'll altogether either give the code to everyone, or simply not distribute the code due to 'verification problems'. But oh well.

Seeing as I purchased the LE and did not recieve my codes in the box (still waiting for the email too) perhaps a Pub Games code would ease my sorrow...Yeah it would.

A pub games code would be nice but I'm not expecting anything as I don't come here to comment very often.

As a side note, I'm really hoping for new Fable content soon. Some armor, or weapons, and especially quests would be really nice...once again Fable's main story line proved to be way too short.

I would like a code as well please. I would also like to be able to play my game. I started it and came across a glitch in the Ritual quest. I have read countless hours reading about this major Game Breaking Glitch that thousands upon thousands of people have encountered. Apparently no one can fix the problem so you are forced to start a new character. I lost any and all progress with that saved character and started a new one. Guess what? That one won't even load now. I was on my way to start the Ritual quest up and I had to save it, now it just flips though the load screen. OK, so I go back to my original save hoping that I would be able to do something other than the same old crap. I was wrong, I can't even do the same old crap. The game keeps crashing/freezing up on me. I can't even pull up my dashboard. I would think that the "testing" team would've caught these since they are in the beginning of the game as well as the dozens of other glitches I read about.

I am on this thread today not to kiss anyone's back side but to hopefully get some answers. I am very frustrated with this game, Lionshead Studios and Microsoft. I don't expect to see my post up for very long but I do expect someone to give me answers via email, ASAP! Thank you for your time.

Fable 2 is the bomb, I am a huge RPG fan and this game definitly raises the bar, from the real time aspects to my lovable little dog, and my 2 famalies that live in different towns , buti am trying to get the backflip dog trick, I was wondering if you could email me one of those codes, it not necassary unless i need it for the demon door, but i would love to complete the game 100%. and unfortuantly i can never seem to get to this site in time to get one of those codes when they come out.

this game nails other games like oblivion but i cant afford pub games seeing as fable cost £40 which is actually a lot for just a game i know all new games cost that much but its a lot pub games should be unlocked somehow like the way you can unlock the chicken suit on the website. i hope i can have a code coz i will be at school when you post up some more.

OMG too many comments, not even going to read them, Yes microsoft give LIONHEAD your resources THIS GAME OWNS it just needs a developed multiplayer mode and bug fixes (the main thing being the furniture shop), i would love a pub games code, with all the cheaters on halo 3 and all the XBOX hardcore fans..... people are looking for something and FABLE II COULD BE IT luck!

Just in case anyone out there was wondering all the codes on this page are used. I figured i would give them all a try just to see if any worked. I did not receive my code when I pre bought my LE Fable II for pub games so I bought some gamer points and purchased it on my Girlfriends XBox. I also used my code for the LE content on her box figuring I could still move the pub games and game on my memory card back to my house. Unfortunately I cannot. Now she is pissed with me over other stuff and so I can't play. Anyone figure out yet how to open the chest in the guild a second time to get other content that you earned by playing pub games? I figured out how to close the chest (just save and quit while in front of the chest, when you return the chest is closed), but I cant get it open now. I know it is listed as a glitch but thought maybe someone figured out a work around. I have experienced other glitches as well. One was I gave my wife a better ring and when I moved her to a better house I married her again. Then it listed my wife in families twice. She then died while she was on a walk with me outside, and it widowed one of them but not the other. So now I have an imaginary wife on that character that is always happy. :-) To bad you couldn't do that in real life ;-) I also ended up with a few rising suns, not sure if that is intentional or a glitch. Oh and once I opened the chest with the chicken suit with one character, I could buy the chicken suit from a clothing vendor with a different character on the same gamer profile, same with hero doll. Another issue I seem to have is with the furniture place in Bowerstone. She no longer has anything to sell so I cant upgrade furniture in my houses, anyone figure out what to do about that, is it a glitch or intended. I cant think of the rest of the glitches I have ran across. I hope everyone is enjoying the game as much as I am.

I had the same problem with my character's wife, however i realized it before i moved into a house with her (a second time) and just hit "dismiss". however this only seems to work before a second move in. yes it is a glitch.

the furniture store problem sounds like a glitch to me, i mean lionhead wouldn't do that on purpose, would they?

and the chest closed for me automatically, though i haven't tried reopening it.

a few glitches have happened to me as well. anyone else have the "getting out of the water and your character automatically pulls out thier gun" problem? it sounds simple but not the best glitch when trying not to get arrested in town.

my only other glitches have been graphics realted (flying shadows, bandits gettting owned so bad they fall through the ground, my dog jumping on my head,etc.)

Hello Sam, I have just now learned about these free pub game codes while writing my analysis of Fable 2 and I was hoping to possibly snag a code if at all possible.  Thank you in advance for your consideration and thank you Fable 2 dev. team for making a game that truly is under appreciated.  The social interactions and moral decisions in this game are risky to implement, but they do a lot of for pushing the gaming community forward in innovation.  

I was wondering if I could also procure a code as well (I know it may be a little late!)

I didn't see an answer on this one before (sorry if it is a repeat) .. the content you get from Pub Games is found in game from game masters.  You talk to the game master and play a game then return to Fable II.  The items you received in pub games will suddenly appear as if items "found" (as if gifted by game master). They will be in your inventory.  If you get all 15 unique items you also unlock an achievement too.  Pub Games Tournaments are a way to make gold (especially ones with low buy in) if you are starting off with little gold.

I really had a lot of fun with pub games.  I bought it when first available in Xbox marketplace because I loved Fable.  Imagine how bummed I was to find out it also came "free" with my Limited Edition of Fable II and I would have had it for free if I had not been such a Fable/Lionhead fan and bought it early.  It would have been nice for Lionhead to offer something else to those people that actually bought pub games early...

Wish I'd found out about this sooner.

I had bought the fable 2 limited edition through the dell site, (yeah lame, but we have credit there lol) and never got my game. They kept delaying it and delaying it, so I never received it before they finally canceled the order.

Now I'm finally getting it for x-mas from a friend, so I was gonna go buy ms points to get pub games, but then I found out about this. Would be great if I could get a code for the pub games, that'd make the loss of the collectors edition a tad more bearable. =)

Great game, btw. I'm fed up with those latest productions since I have been playing games for the last 20+ years or so and I can't stand the repetition. Fable 2, on the other hand, just nails the fun where it should. It kept me playing to the end twice. And that's a REAL achievement.

GameStop said to contact you folks at LionHead  & you should send me a code via email xbox live or online inbox. i've recieved nothing. No offense to anyone, but there are people out there that didn't even reserve the game & had gotten the code. I find it wrong, & the only thing I can do is wait. I've beaten the game & have all the achievements since the game came out, & am missing 1 achievement due to the fact I don't have the fable 2 pub games. I waited for the DLC code & got that 1 month after the game release, & would appreciate it if I could get a code. I shoul've gotten the code when i pre- ordered it, so I know i should have a code. im a great fable fan, and quit halo 3 for fable 2. but havent played fable 2 for almost a month, because i'm frustrated that i'm missing an achievement and its not my fault, its a mistake on your end. I just startes playing the game, and i fall in love of it, i waited 'cause i didn't like it fable 1, well, i been trying to obtain the 1000 gs, i just realized you need the arcade game, but i spend all my msp in other game, so i checked this forum, but i see you are no giving anymore codes for this xbla game, or do you?, well thank for a GREAT GAME.
