Ok, overnight I’ve seen several websites and blogs post about our imminent announcement I spoke about in the blog yesterday. Some people gave me some slack for it! Let me explain this, I am an excitable guy. Working at Lionhead probably has something to do with this.

When you guys and gals asked me when the video diary is coming out, you can imagine I didn’t want to give a hard date since in the past that's caused some problems when said date didn't happen. Hence, my post from yesterday teasing that today something was going to be announced today. And, indeed, we do announce something new today.

Firstly, the final episode in the Fable II Lionhead Video Diaries about Game add-on See The Future. In this latest behind-the-scenes diary episode, the team chats about the continued storyline, wacky characters and design choices for See the Future, including the creation of 250 fun Achievement points and a trip down memory lane to the original Fable. You can check it out on the Xbox Live Marketplace (please download it) and obviously you can also grab a copy (or stream it) from our own website.

The really big important majorly huge dramatic announcement is….wait for it...the release date for See the Future! It will be available May 12th on Xbox LIVE for 560 MS Points for the premium content package. Fable II is available exclusively on Xbox 360 and is rated “M” for Mature by the ESRB and PEGI 16+.

It’s not the end of the Lionhead Video Diaries – with our two projects in the pipeline there is so much more we want to show you and talk about.

See the Future returns to the beloved world of Albion, where a set of cursed items from Murgo the Trader unleashes new challenges for players to overcome, including encounters with kooky ghost hobbes, bloodcurdling necromancers, a cursed knight and the Coliseum, where only the greatest heroes will emerge victorious to claim the ultimate prize. Of course, what would travel be without a trusty companion? The Fable II dog returns with three alter egos to guide players on their quests to see the future, in the form of a Dalmatian, Bloodhound or Husky.

In addition to fantastical new quests, creatures, characters, events and legendary artifacts, See the Future also offers free unique items* to all, including a unique soldier helmet, braided ponytail hairstyle, psycho Jester make-up, a new hero expression, the back flip trick for canine companions, and a collectible Murgo the Trader gold statue.

As an added bonus, all Xbox LIVE Silver account members are invited to join in on the adventurous LIVE co-op festivities during the Multiplayer Unlocked Weekend for free! Created specifically for Fable II fans, this Multiplayer Unlocked Weekend will be accessible in all LIVE-enabled regions where Fable II is available, starting May 8 at 12:01 p.m. EST, and concluding on May 11 at 11:59 a.m. EST.

*The free content update must be manually downloaded from Xbox LIVE and will enable those who haven’t purchased the “See the Future” premium content to continue the co-op action with their friends.

Well, i guess now people can get the "completionist" achievement without bying the fable II pub arcade game.

Was hoping that the DLC would come to marketplace this week, but hey 12th isnt bad at all and this DLC sound great!

Also, there is nothing in-game in the LE of Fable 2 that would provide a real advantage in the game.  For a time Microsoft was giving the content codes out for free, the "interwebzorz", as you may call it, was abuzz with information on how to get these codes, if you missed out, didn't see it, couldn't figure out how to spell "www.", that's your own fault for not listening to Mrs. Montgomery in 2nd grade.

Your post was the most useless block of text I've ever seen, it looks like someone put catnip on the keyboard then let Fluffy just go crazy on it, please, for the IQ levels of all other members, don't try to type in public again.

Then you speak into it clearly then your hero can talk or you can talk into the mic and you hero says what you say and the vilagers or bad guys can here what you say. well thats it. If you read thru all this i say thank you. And if you think its a G o o d [Good] idea say G o o d [Good] idea sorl03 or if you think its a bad idea say Bad one sorl03.

plus... why do people need the codes for the pub games, really badly? the pub games are REALLY lame and you can make the same amount of money by playing the game and it is alot easier and faster - then again who would even want to play Fable 2 to make that money. hmmmm

A couple weeks later i saw a few kids jumping over our hill and then they asked me to i did but i screwed up. I got a hole in my head. When to the emergancey room and they told me (after stapleing my head shut) that if i have another head injury soon (within the mont) i might have a disableaty. Then 1 week later me and my lil bro were playing a video game i won and he was haveing a fit then grabed a bellt hit me with it in the head and the mettle part whent through my head. Then we whent to the emergamcy room the week after that and X-rayed me.  so i have a small disablaty and don't learn as fast a others. So plz don make fun of me. i under stand that u whana read at least what i say but i have a disablaty. so if you could eas off of every one not just me
