Quintessensially English...... and not seen as corrupt. Thats Hugh Grant or Steven Fry because every other actor has done some corrupt characters before.

Both Stephen Fry or Hugh Grant could be quite interesting as villians. Hugh Grant has always been in his rom-coms so hearing him being all sinister would certainly be something different.
