Welcome everyone!

Lionhead Studios was founded in 1997 by Peter Molyneux, Mark Webley, Tim Rance and Steve Jackson. The Lionhead Community has been active since 1998, the forums first made an appearance on 21st April of that year, followed later by a chat channel on Quakenet #lionhead.

Throughout the years more forums were launched for the different games, supporting great online features with BWGAME and TMO. In 2004 all these different forum accounts were merged into one system; your Lionhead Account. We merged all the different forums and the content into one big super forum and the place rocked!

Driving forces in the community have been the networks of fan sites and of course all the people who made the official forums (or boards) one of their online hang-outs. Your support for all the developers has been appreciated and valued.

The new Lionhead community website was launched in July 2007 incorporating brand new forum software and the linking of your Lionhead Account to your Windows LIVE ID and Xbox Live network!
