I will continuously update this thread with any/every bug I find throughout the game, in order to help Lionhead studios provide us with updates and fixes. FYI - I love this game, and will most likely play it through at least 2-3 times.
1) Furniture Bug - Purchased a home, and went into "interior decorating" mode (or whatever its called). Went inside and just pointed at a few things, and clicked A to see what would happen. Decided not to change anything, and left the house. Since then, I've had the message at the top of the screen "Take this item to the furniture store,..etc.etc." Even after exiting, and reloading my game! Turned it off last night in frustration. We'll see what I encounter when I return home from work tonight.
2) Graphical Bugs - Lakes extending into the air, Dog appearing to dematerialize, Skin/Face having patches of silver or grey...etc. This is one of the biggest detractions from the story and essence whichs makes Fable2 a great game.
3) Unable to Cast more than one Level 2 Spell - This is a design issue. Please, Will/Casting has always been my favorite part of any RPG. Don't detract from this feature by only allowing us to upgrade and cast one level 2 spell at any given time, without having to enter a menu.
...will keep you updated with more. Thanks

4) SAVING - Most RPG games out there allow you to create multiple saves. Am I missing somethnig here, or does Fable 2 not allow multiple saves? What if I'm not sure about a particular decision I'm about to make, and want to save right before I choose? What if I'm not sure how much profit a store/home is going to make for me, and I want to save before purchasing? What if I receive a horrible scar in combat, etc, etc.? Dev team, if it's possible, please allow us to create multiple/custom named saves.
5) Loading Glitch - noticed there's times where the loading screen seems to slow to a crawl. Not sure if the loading process itself is slow, or just the graphical "gears turning" slows-down.
6) Graphics 2 - Many more glitches found during play. Lots of FPS drops, and issues during any kind of animation including: diving into water (splash), grabbing experience orbs, will use, etc.

dttuner:This is more of a general "development" type of glitch thread. PLUS, please specify that you are about to post a SPOILER, prior to doing so.
Some of us don't even want a hint at what may be to come, later on in the game. Thanks.
Well sorry, I don't consider anything not dealing with the main story a spoiler. ![Tongue Tied [:S]](/emoticons/emotion-7.gif) Also to comment, what exactly do you mean by that spell casting glitch?

dttunerYou, can fix that bug by going back into decorate mode, Entering decorate mode again, go back out click on the sign and EXIT decorating mode. I Had this bug all day yesterday, annoying as hell. But I figured it out, you have to "exit" this mode for the banner to go away. Another thing, you can cast more than 1 level 2 spell, without going into the menu. Hold Right Trigger and use the quick spell book (Using the D pad) move up and then left and right when you get to level 2 spells. You can switch between spells very fast this way

AH HA! I just bought my first marital house yesterday and had the same problem! While not game-ending it is pretty annoying to constantly have that up there. Is there anyway to fix this? Please Lionhead, please give some feedback here! Aside from that one thing, I've had a great time playing the game so far ![Smily [:)]](/emoticons/emotion-1.gif) (forgot to mention for the sake of bug testing: I went through the same process as dttuner.)

1. Applying secondary dye to any item causes the screen to jump, glitch and pause. This happens every single time.
Place: Browerstone
2. Working as a Black Smith you lose your gloves. When you are done working you have to re-equip your gloves.
3. Audio - There are a lot of audio issues. For example when listening on a 5.1 surround system and in a Town, you will hear very loud spikes in the speech of townsfolk's. No they are not yelling at me, just talking normal when all the sudden audible level of their voice spikes really loud.
4. Not being able to assign potions to the D-pad ala Fable 1 really sucks. Having to go to the pause menu really takes you out of the action. I know the game automatically chooses a food item or potion but it's never what I actually wanted to use.
5. Menu lag. If your going to force us to spend a ton of time in the start menu, at least create a lag-free enviroment.
I love Fable and Fable 2 was by far my most anticipated game of the year. That said, the lack of polish sucks. I really feel like I'm playing a Beta version of the game. So many graphic and audio errors.
Please patch all these issues, Fable deserves better.

I have a huge glitch/bug that I encountered last night, and it literally stops all progression in the game. MINOR mission (side quest) spoiler in the first image:
http://i33.tinypic.com/1585y6h.jpg
http://i37.tinypic.com/2dbv1gg.jpg
Now to the description, which also contains spoilers of the "The Sculptor" side quest:
I already commissioned the statue, but set the quest back to "primary"
when I wanted to see if it was complete. I went into the circled area
to talk to her, then the "Accept" dialogue came up. Now, IT CANNOT GO
AWAY! It's stuck there no matter what I do, or where I go. I can only
walk (not run), and I can't draw weapons or travel/start a new quest
(reference image 2).
Please, someone tell me that I'm doing something wrong. I can't seem to
get rid of the dialogue at the top, and renders my "A" button useless.
I refuse to believe this game was tested for bugs at all. Not even 5 hours in and I've already had a serious problem like this?! EDIT: And yes, I've tried holding the "A" button down many times. All it does is fill the circle clockwise and stay full - nothing happens. Can't believe I might have to restart my game...

I've had all those but the gloves and audio ones, and I absolutely agree, if it wasn't for the bugs this game would be pretty much perfect.

yeah a lot of people have experienced what i call the glued dialogue glitch where either the black thing containing some dialogue or the meter showing how much someone hates or likes you just stays at the top of the screen and the only way ive found to get rid of this when i had the like/dislike at the top staying up there i had to get the person that it belonged to and get them to follow me to somewhere remote and i just killed them and it went away, dont know if it works for dialogue too

Sadly, I don't think that could work in my situation. As mentioned before, I CANNOT even take out my weapons, so killing her would be impossible. It's not even the dialogue box I'm concerned over, it's the fact I CANNOT DO ANYTHING other than work around at tortoise speed. This is so incredibly frustrating. I might just start again...

AtlasKish:1 more to add is that if you leave the temple before the abbot is done talking to explore. The quest locks up and you are not able to speak to him later to initiate quest. Some others have had this same issue.
Kinda exactly. I did the 'skip conversation' dealy-o and attained the same end result. I spent ~4 hours last night trying to figure out what to do next. the guy at the tavern was never there, the bandits were never at the inn. I get to start over, yay me! I've also had it where the hate/love meter of an NPC is stuck at the top of the screen; Where the barkeep was selected and you could see the "A" above his head acorss the map; The xbox lags (like it's memory is bogged down?). My buddy merged his pub patron with his hero, he got the cash but not the items. Maybe it's a case of him not looking in the right spot for them, or maybe it's another issue. Not a glitch, but the camera movement with the right stick is the kind that makes me want to literally barf (I dare not touch it)....and the MP experience is a joke. This is my "first" fable experience. I pre-ordered the LE 2 months ago...and even got one of the ones from gamestop that didn't have the cards...and if the rumors are true that you'd have to start over to get the stuff the codes unlock...well, big fail there guys. My experience with the game has been a big disappointment even *before* I opened it...and now these problems. The game-play itself seems pretty ![G o o d [Good]](/emoticons/g_o_o_d.gif) , nothing to wet one's pants over. It's definitely a fantastic waste of time. Unfortunately, I now have absolutely no faith in Lionhead. Thanks for the spectacular let down.
