Ah, once again I visit with another re-write. Now before anyone makes mention, yes. I do have something new which is being worked on. It's just taking some time. And yes, there will more then likely be another re-write on the way. But all of this (if it works out) is setting up for something greater down the road. And I've said too much again...![Paranoid [:aranoid:]](/emoticons/paranoid.gif)
This story was the first one I wrote and well, it's what got me started here. The older readers here will remember it and the newer readers? You get a new treat. See how it all began. Except this is far different from what I originally wrote. Same story, different feel to it.
Now, this story takes during the first Fable and pretty much follows it to a point and then branches out to a different story that is set-up early on in the first act.
Now, just like Salvation, it does use the script format and it does have some lenght to it, but is trimmed just a bit more. Anyways, first part of the first act. Enjoy.

Act I
Prologue
You know when you have a dream that you want to wake up from, but you can't? The feelings that occur to you? Fear, loneliness, anxiety and all you want to do is scream until your lungs burst and shut your eyes so tight that they feel they can never open again? I had one, one that burned its images into my mind.
The blood red sky, screams of children filling the air and blood running down the street like water down a canal. The bodies everywhere, their twisted, mutilated and maimed features staring at you. A look of sheer fear on their contorted faces. The stares put their fear into you, and all you want to do is run to escape it but you can't because they're everywhere. Running down the street, your shoes turning red with the blood, the feeling of despair weighing down on you, drowning all your senses.
The blood red sky parting and letting the rain fall down onto the streets, the blood now rushing at me in all directions and the fear is getting to me and I run and run but you can't escape them. They grab you with their fingers…the long red fingers. They tear at you and tear and tear and tear until there is nothing left to tear at and they drop you to the rain and blood soaked streets until you stare up at the sky with that damned look on your face. And the last thing you see in your life is that of one of them. The damned things that look like men...except for the faces. My god, the faces…
Scene I
The camera opens up on a figure as he quickly lunges from his bed, sweat covering his face. His eyes are red, a scar crossing over his left eye. He groans and throws himself out from the bed. He dresses in a warm cloak and throws up the hood. The camera cuts outside the building as the figure steps out, closing the door behind him. Snow gently falls to ground as the sun peeks through the gray clouds. He looks around, soaking up his home. He sighs and then makes his way towards the cemetery.
The camera cuts to a marble grave-stone as the hooded figure stops in front of it. He drops to his knees and runs his gloved hand across the etching. He reaches the end of the etching and places his palm on the black marble, leaving it there for a minute. He lowers his head and shakes it, muttering under his breath. The camera slowly starts to pan out and fade out.
Scene II
The camera opens up on the guild map room, a figure standing over the table, examining it. He has long black hair, wears a dark gray cloak that covers half of his face and he has a scar going over his left eye, his eyes blue. He looks over his shoulder as he hears someone come up behind him.
Guild Teacher: There you are Skye! Maze is looking for you!
Skye, turning to face the guild teacher: I’m done being the fool’s puppet. Tell him to find someone else to pick on.
Skye walks past the teacher as the teacher stutters looking for the right words. The teacher then turns to face Skye and watches him leaving, crossing her arms at her chest.
Guild Teacher: That boy…
The camera cuts to Skye as he walks through the mess hall, which is slightly crowded. People eat, drink or just chat. He then steps outside and quickly squints, his eyes adjusting to the bright sun that hangs high in the sky. The camera then zooms out over the guild to show the training grounds. People train or test their abilities while others rest or read. The camera pans back to Skye as he crosses over the stone bridge and looks towards the oak tree near the melee ring. Under the tree sits a young man, his face buried in an old book. Skye smirks and walks over to the figure and stands over him. The young man looks up and sits back, startled.
???: Damn! How do you manage that?!? And why?!?
Skye, smirking: Because I just can and it’s fun. Now, set the book down and let’s go Tobias.
Tobias sighs, closes the book and stands, dusting off the back off his pants. He has short dark hair, wears a short sleeved shirt and dark pants, his boots brown with dust.
Tobias: So, we just taking a walk?
Skye, reaching for an apple: You could say that...
Skye tosses the apple in the air once, catches it and then throws it. The camera follows the apple as it smacks an apprentice in the back of the head, knocking him to the ground. The camera pans back to Skye and Tobias.
Tobias: Necessary much?
Skye: Just about. (Starts walking)
Tobias, catching up with Skye: Let me guess. Maze wants to see you again?
Skye: Yup.
Tobias, slightly irritated: For Avo’s sake Skye! Would you stop thinking about yourself for once!? If he wanted to get rid of you, he would have done it already!
Skye, looking at Tobias as they stop by the archery range: That’s true. But you can’t deny he’s been---
A scream is heard and both Tobias and Skye look over to where it came from. The camera cuts to a figure standing over a younger apprentice, who is holding onto his hand, tears streaming down his face. The camera cuts back to Tobias and Skye.
Tobias, pinching the bridge of his nose: Not again…
Skye, snickering: When will the young ones learn not to pick a fight with Kale?
Tobias, placing both hands behind his head: Never. (Looking at Skye) That’s the fifth time this week.
Skye: Yikes.
Kale walks over to Skye and Tobias, greeting them. He wears a long black coat, which is worn open. His hair is long and dark brown, covering part of his face, his eyes a light green. He cocks his head to the side and smiles.
Kale: Heard Maze has been looking for you Skye? What did you do this time?
Skye: Hell if I know. Well, I better go find out huh?
Both Tobias and Kale nod their heads and watch as Skye leaves. Tobias returns his attention Kale and looks towards the apprentice, who is crying to his friends, pointing at them.
Tobias: Do you think that was a wise idea?
Kale: What being a wise idea?
Tobias: Breaking that kid’s hand.
Kale: The brat had it coming…
The camera cuts to the front of Kale as two large apprentices step up behind him, their weapons ready.
Student #2: And you have it coming next you freak.
Kale, turning around and looking at the two apprentices: You…you have to be shitting me?
Student #1, hefting the greataxe over his shoulder: We ain’t! Now it’s your turn to scream like a ***!
Both Tobias and Kale step back, the two apprentices slowly walking towards them, grinning.
Tobias: I’m…I’m not so sure you guys want to do this…
Student #2: Shut it you! Or you’re next!
Tobias, under his breath: Your fault dip…
Both apprentices jump Kale. Kale steps to the side as the greataxe slams into the ground. He then catches the second apprentice’s fist swing and side-kicks him in the chest, sending him flying. He then ducks under another greataxe swing and lunges forward, smacking the first apprentice in the stomach. The axe drops to the ground the apprentice doubles over, reaching for his stomach. He looks up at Kale as Kale slams his fist into the apprentice’s face, breaking his nose and knocking him out.
The camera cuts to the side as Tobias walks over to Kale, who is shaking his fist. Tobias smirks and kneels down by the first apprentice.
Tobias: Knocked him out cold…
Kale, popping his knuckles: His face was pretty solid…surprised I didn’t break my hand.
Tobias: Yeah, well…
The camera pans to the top of Maze’s tower, a silhouette is shown in the window. The camera cuts inside the tower as Maze strokes his chin.
Maze: What amazing strength…
Skye: You wanted to see me?
Maze: Ah yes. You finally showed. For a minu---
Skye, cutting Maze off: Get to your point.
Maze: Ah yes. (Placing his hands behind his back) Well, as you already know…
The camera cuts back to Tobias and Kale, who are walking to check on the second attacker.
Tobias: I’m curious. Do you even bother paying attention anymore?
Kale, looking towards the blue sky: No, not really. Besides, just a few weeks ‘till (Looks at Tobias) graduation…goddamnit Tobias…
Kale swears under his breath at Tobias, whose mouth is open wide, drool pooling at his sides. He is staring at a young beautiful girl, her blonde hair is braided and goes to her shoulders. Her face is sweet looking and she wears an old family garb. Tobias quickly closes his mouth and goes to greet the girl.
Tobias: Hey, Allia! Did you wanna go---
Before Tobias can finish his sentence, he is quickly knocked to the ground. The camera pans up to show another young girl standing over Tobias, an arrow pointing between his eyes. The girl has short dark hair and wears the standard apprentice outfit. Tobias quickly starts to back up, the archer keeping her sights on him the entire time.
Tobias: Hey, whoa. Easy there…I wasn’t going to---
???, her voice harsh: Shut it Tobias! How do I know it wasn’t you stalking Allia?!?
Kale, tapping her shoulder: Because her stalker just had his hand broken almost five minutes ago Clove.
Clove looks over her shoulder and blushes as Kale turns his back and walks away. She quickly sheathes bow and arrow and quickly chases after Kale. Tobias slowly stands, carefully making his way towards Allia. Before he makes another step, he is kicked in the back. Tobias hits the ground with a thud and rolls onto his back and quickly freezes, two daggers held at his neck, his attacker pinning him. The figure has dark, long hair, part of it covering her right eye. Part of her stomach is exposed and her skirt hangs above her knees. Her boots are a dark black.
???: I don’t believe Kale actually found the stalker…I still think it’s you…
Tobias, sweating: I haven’t…done…done anything…
Allia, running towards the attacker: Eve! Leave him alone! For me!
Eve looks at Allia, looks at Tobias, looks back at Allia and then finally back at Tobias, sighing. She sheathes both daggers and walks away from both, heading towards Maze’s tower. Allia runs over to Tobias and helps him up.
Allia: I’m so sorry about that. They’ve just been very…protective of me since last week.
Tobias, wiping the blood from his nose: No it’s fine. I’m actually used to getting knocked around…
Tobias sighs and walks away, Allia watching him. The camera cuts over to the entrance of Maze’s tower as Skye steps out. He looks off to his right and spots Eve fixing her hair. Skye walks over to her and she quickly reaches for her two daggers, swinging at him. Skye leans back and spins her around, putting her in a chokehold. Eve quickly swings her right arm over her left shoulder. Skye reaches under right side, grasps the inside of her arm and swings it out, keeping the dagger away from him. He leans close to Eve and whispers in her ear.
Skye: You know, normally, I would kill a person in this position. But for you, I’ll make an exception.
Skye quickly releases her right arm and pushes her away. She stumbles and regains her balance, spinning to face Skye. She sheathes both daggers and watches as Tobias walks over to Skye and taps him on the shoulder.
Tobias: Well, what did he want?
Skye: You know that tournament coming up in the next two weeks?
Tobias: Yeah…?
Skye: We have to participate in it. No ifs, ands or buts.
Tobias: And if we refuse?
Skye, looking at Eve: No guild seal. (Looks back at Tobias) Sorry bud, you’ll have to fight.
Skye taps Tobias on the shoulder and walks away, quickly followed by Eve. Tobias stares into space for a minute, shakes his head and goes to catch up with both.

Final part to the first act. Graduation time is such a blast huh?
Scene III
Two weeks have passed. The camera pans over the guild grounds to show that the melee and archery rings have been converted to tournament rings. The camera then cuts to a tournament bracket, showing the sixteen students that are to participate. A loud groan is heard.
Tobias: I can’t believe this! I’m stuck fighting Eclipse!
Kale, sighing: And I’m stuck fighting Kevin. If I could trade, I would.
Kale walks away and Tobias walks over to Skye, who is leaning on the edge of the board, his arms crossed.
Tobias: Who do you have to fight?
Skye: Bogg.
Tobias: Man, I’m sorry. First round in and no challenge. Just like Kale…
Skye, walking past Tobias as the starting bell is heard: I’ll use him as a warm-up.
Both Skye and Tobias smile and walk away from the bracket.
The camera pans over one of the tournament rings, two figures standing opposite of each other. The camera then cuts in close to show both figures, one of them being Skye, the other is his opponent, Bogg, who is a short, fat boy. Bogg readies his axe and smirks at Skye.
Bogg, cockiness filling his voice: Oh, you’re so going down!
A bell is heard and Bogg quickly rushes at Skye, screaming at the top of his lungs. He swings down and Skye leans to the side. The axe slams into the dirt and Skye lunges forward, slamming his fist into Bogg’s face. Bogg reaches for his face and stumbles back. Skye then spin-kicks Bogg, sending him over the low wall. Bogg slowly looks up, blood and tears streaming down his face. A bell is heard, indicating that the match is over. Another yell is heard and Skye looks over his shoulder.
Whisper: That’s not possible! How does a farm boy like you beat me!?
Skye and (Hero) make eye contact. Skye then looks away and hops out of the ring as Eclipse hops in, followed by Tobias.
Eclipse, reading his shortsword: This shall be an easy win…
The bell is heard and Eclipse quickly charges Tobias and swings vertically, connecting with an image of Tobias. Before Eclipse has a chance to react, Tobias appears behind and karate-chops him in the back of the neck, knocking him out. Tobias walks over to Skye and Kale, both looking on in surprise.
Tobias, looking back at Eclipse: Was that too much you guys?
Kale: How the hell was that too much?!?
The camera pans over to Eve and Allia. Eve leans back as Allia’s axe swings over her face. Eve then straightens herself and kicks her leg up, knocking Allia’s axe away. Before Allia can run for her axe, Eve kicks her twice in the chest, sending her to the ground. Allia hits the ground, breathing hard. The end bell is heard and Eve walks away. The camera pans back to Kale, Skye and Tobias. Kale looks at them both as Kevin walks by them. Kale swears and both hop into the first ring. The starting bell is heard and Kevin rushes at Kale. Before he can make an attack, Kale quickly knocks off the replica Minion helmet, scaring Kevin. Kevin falls back and lands on his rear and quickly begs for mercy.
Kevin: Please! Don’t harm me!
Kale growls in disgust and hops over the fence, slowly followed by Kevin. Kevin sulks by Kale, Skye and Tobias. Skye smirks at Kale.
Skye: You just had to scare the ***, didn’t you?
Kale: It worked right?
Tobias: Yes it did.
All three laugh and the camera slowly fades out.
Scene IV
It’s been thirty minutes since the first round and the brackets now stand as so…
Skye vs. Ryan
Tobias vs. Eve
Kale vs. Clove
(Hero) vs. Z
Jace left the match between Clove and Z defeated Nave with his archery skills.
The camera cuts to Skye and Ryan as they stand in the second ring. Ryan starts laughing and swings his mace twice, snickering.
Ryan: I’ll drop you in two seconds flat pal…
The starting bell is heard and Ryan charges Skye and swings. Skye raises his right arm up, blocking the mace blow. Skye grimaces in pain and throws his left hand out, sending a rush of will at Ryan. Ryan is picked up off of his feet and he slams into the ground outside the ring. Skye looks over to the first ring and watches Tobias throw a fireball at Eve. She quickly rolls to the right and disappears. Tobias then begins to charge a lighting spell.
The camera cuts to the front of Tobias as Eve appears behind and above him, preparing to kick him in the back of the head. Tobias spins around, grabs her leg and throws her to the ground. Before he can throw his lighting spell, he draws a blank. Eve rolls backwards, jumps up and kicks Tobias in the face, sending him to the ground. She then stands over to Tobias and places her right foot on his chest and grins.
Eve: Next time, keep your head out of the clouds.
The end bell is heard and Eve removes her foot and hops out of the ring, followed by Tobias. Eve stops and looks at Skye, who looks back. Then both return their attention the first ring as Kale and Clove both step in.
Kale: Give it your all Clove.
Clove: Got it!
The starting bell is heard and Clove quickly draws two arrows. She grins and releases them, the arrows doubling. Kale grins and waits until the arrows draw closer. He then deflects them and rushes at Clove. She screams and force pushes Kale away. Clove then quickly readies three arrows and launches them, this time the arrows tripling. Kale swears under his breath and prepares himself for the onslaught of arrows. Before the arrows hit, Kale hears a voice in his head.
He dodges the arrows with quick speed and then charges at Clove. Kale gets to Clove and picks her up by the neck. Kale’s eyes glow with a dark red aura and a red marking has formed over the right part of his face. Clove begs Kale to stop but he doesn’t listen. Small popping sounds are heard as everyone watches in terror. It isn’t until Clove screams that Kale snaps out of it. Clove falls to the ground and Eve rushes in. Kale falls to his knees, sweat dripping form his face. He touches the right part of his face and feels a slight burn. He gets up and then walks away.
Scene V
Ten minutes have passed since the second round. The semi-finals are about to begin and the bracket stands as so…
Skye vs. Eve
Kale forfeited, refusing to fight due to his ordeal with Clove. (Hero) must now wait for the final match. Both Eve and Skye hop into the first ring and circle each other, drawing their weapons.
Skye: Tobias wasn’t much of a match was he?
Eve: He had his moments.
Skye: I bet.
Eve: You know…I feel better fighting you at this moment…
A moment of silence passes. Skye removes his cloak and throws it out of the ring. He now wears a long-sleeved black shirt with dark pants, the legs tucked into his boots.
Skye, standing in a defensive position: Well then, let’s get started shall we?
Eve nods her head and the start bell is heard. Both lunge at each other. Eve makes the first strike, aiming for Skye’s head. He pulls back, the blades creating a small rush of wind. He swings his sword vertically at Eve’s chest but she leaps backwards. There’s a pause in the fighting.
Skye, preparing for another assault: You’ve gotten better…
Eve, doing the same as Skye: So have you…
Skye: Shall we…?
Eve nods her head and charges Skye. She jumps up in the air and comes down with a pile driver. Skye rolls forward, barely missing the daggers. Eve gets up and Skye rushes her and swings three times. The first is a vertical swing. She jumps backwards to dodge. He leaps forward with another swing. She flips into the air. Skye’s third strike makes contact, ripping the lower back of her shirt. She lands and feels her back. She charges Skye and jump kicks him in the face, sending him to the ground. Skye rolls to the side as she tries another pile driver. Skye hops up and charges Eve. Eve readies for the attack and tries to block the horizontal swing.
There is a loud cracking nose. Eve watches as her daggers split in two. She looks up and realizes that Skye faked his first swing and made a vertical swing. While she’s stunned, Skye kicks her in the chest, sending her to the ground. She is about to get back up when she sees Skye’s long sword aimed at her neck.
Skye: I believe this match is over.
Skye pulls the sword away and sheathes it. He walks away. Eve looks at Skye as he walks away, her eyes wide with fear. She hangs her head low and for the first time, her training finally failed her.
An intermission is taking place and the sun is starting to set. The camera pans over to an oak tree as Kale and Tobias sit across from each other while Skye stands, his arms crossed at his chest, his eyes closed.
Kale: I…I just don’t know what came over me…it was weird…
Tobias: Yeah? Well, let me see your face, you did mention a slight burning sensation.
Tobias moves closer to Kale but Kale leans back, lifting his hair up, revealing a new red marking that has covered part of his face. He holds out his other hand, keeping Tobias at bay.
Kale, irritated: You can look, but you can’t touch…
Tobias examines the markings and leans back. Kale lets his hair fall back to place.
Tobias: How weird…I feel like I’ve seen something like that before…
A bell is heard, meaning the intermission has ended. Skye opens his eyes and makes his way towards to the ring. The camera is in the air showing Skye walking towards the ring to meet his final opponent.
Scene VI
Both Skye and (Hero) stare at each other. The bell is heard. Skye charges (Hero) and swings. (Hero) jumps backwards and makes a forward lunge at Skye. Skye dodges to the right, (Hero)’s sword making contact with the dirt. Skye swings for (Hero)’s head but he ducks. Both jump backwards and both charge, this time their swords clash. (Hero) swings low and Skye jumps over the blade. As he jumps, he makes a swing high but (Hero) ducks just in time. Both swords clash again.
This time, sparks begin to fly. Both are still clashing until the will that both are putting out are enough to knock them back. Both pause and the sparks die down. A wind kicks up, swirling dirt and dust, the will leaving the ring. Both charge for a final time. Everything has moved so quickly that at the end, they’re on opposite sides. Both stare into nothingness and Skye falls to the ground. He gets up, looks at (Hero) and then walks away. The camera fades out.
The camera opens up on the guild woods. Night has fallen and the tournament is over. The camera pans around to show the wonderful scenery at night and then pans over to waterfall, where Eve is cleaning herself up. She turns around and spots Skye, who is sitting there watching her. She is slightly startled but continues to wash.
Eve: What happened back there? You almost had that win.
Skye, standing and stretching: I know. (Eve turns around) Those scars, where did you get them?
Eve, looking at her back: Those? My mentor gave those to me before I joined the guild. Now, turn around. I’m done.
Skye turns away and Eve steps out, wrapping a towel around herself.
Eve: You can look now.
Eve sits down and Skye sits by her and both watch the waterfall. She leans her head on Skye’s shoulder and both listen to the night life. Eve giggles and Skye looks at her.
Eve: How long were you there Skye?
Skye: Enough to know you have a great body.
Eve laughs and places her head back on his shoulder. The camera cuts behind them and slowly starts to pan out and fade out.
Scene VII
The camera opens up on the Chamber Fate. In the chamber stands the graduates up front and the students in back. In the center of the chamber stands the guildmaster. Thunder stands on his right and Maze on his left. The guildmaster clears his throat and begins to speak.
Guildmaster: Let the apprentices approach.
Skye, Tobias, Kale, Eve, Allia, Clove, Whisper and (Hero) step forward.
Guildmaster: For many years now, you have worked hard to earn yourselves the title of Hero. Today that apprenticeship ends and you go out into the world to due great deeds. Deeds that will bring you the gratitude of thousands (Camera cuts to Hero) or strike fear into their hearts. (Camera cuts to Kale) These are dark times. The shadows of Albion are stirring and strange winds are blowing. Your choices, whether they lead you down the path of or , will change the face of the world. (Camera cuts to Skye) Now, take your guild seals and venture forth as Heroes!
The camera pans out as the Chamber of Fate explodes in applause. Each hero walks up, receives their seal and steps back. As (Hero) steps back to join the rest of the crew, they turn around and face the students and bow, the chamber exploding with applause one last time. The camera fades to black.
The camera fades in on the guild quarters. In one corner sits Kale, looking at his left hand, red marks beginning to appear. Tobias and Allia sit on the same bed, holding each other close because both are going to get married. Clove sits on the rug by the fireplace, cleaning her arrows, Eve sits on the bed across from Skye, who is packing his stuff.
Eve, leaning closer to Skye: Hey, we’re all heading to Bowerstone to have a drink. Did you wanna come with?
Skye shakes his head no. Eve is startled by question and grabs his shoulder.
Eve: Why not? Is it because you want to start questing right away?
Skye, placing his hand on Eve’s hand: No. I’m leaving to find out who killed my parents. I spent ten years of my life here for this moment. I’m not wasting any more time.
Kale looks at the group and leaves out the veranda, no one noticing him leave.
Eve, tightening her grip on Skye’s shoulder: Look, I’m not going to allow you to throw away your life like that.
Skye removes her hand and holds it, smiling at her.
Skye: Look, I need this. I need closure. And I need it now. (Stands up) Look, I’ll find you once I have my revenge, I promise.
Skye hugs Eve, grabs his bag and leaves. Eve slides off the bed. Clove, Allia and Tobias watch as Skye leaves and then turn their attention to Eve. Clove looks around and notices that Kale has left also.
Clove: Hey, where did Kale go?
Tobias and Allia shrug their shoulders. Both stand up and walk over to Eve, consoling her. She buries her face in Allia’s shoulder and begins to cry. The camera cuts outside the guild as a lone figure walks away from the guild. The camera slowly fades out.

Second act. This one a is bit long. I don't expect people to read it one shot.
Act II
Scene VIII
It has been seven weeks since the heroes have graduated from the guild. Skye and Kale have gone missing, Clove is now an archery teacher at the guild, Eve has taken on questing while Tobias and Allia, now married, search for Skye and Kale.
The camera opens up on Tobias and Allia as they cross the bridge to Bowerstone. The sun is slowly rising and Tobias wipes the sweat from his brow. He now sports a goatee and has his hair slicked back. His clothes are mage like, his shirt short, down to the elbow, cloth belts hang from the shoulder, a cloak wrapped around his neck. His pants are long, tucked into his boots. Cloth belts hang low, almost to his knees. Allia looks at him as they both stop at the middle of the bridge and step to the side a small caravan of traders walk by them. Allia looks the same as she did when she graduated. She wraps her arm around Tobias and both look towards the horizon. Tobias groan and lays his head on the rail.
Tobias: This is insane! (Looks up) Searching for three weeks now and we still haven’t any clues of where either of them went!
Allia, rubbing his shoulder: We’ll find them. They’re both heroes. I’m sure some simple bandits couldn’t take them down.
Tobias: Yet they almost had us…
Allia: They got lucky… (Looking towards the horizon, yawning) Come on, let’s head back home…we haven’t had a sleep since we started looking…
Tobias nods his head and both continue to make their way towards Bowerstone and the guard stops them, holding out his hand.
Guard: Oi, I’m gonna need your weapons.
Tobias: We live in Bowerstone North. We’ll take our weapons with us.
Before the guard can say anything else, Allia smiles and both Tobias and her walk past the guard into Bowerstone. As they step in, the camera pans around the southern part of the city. Bums beg for gold, children play tag while traders sell their wares. Crate carriers move shipments back and forth. The camera cuts back to Tobias and Allia as the guard inside the city stops them.
Guard #2: Oi, I’m gonna need your weapons…
Before Tobias can even speak, a crazed posh man comes running from the northern gates, his voice high.
Posh Man: There are two figures assaulting the northern parts of town! Somebody, do something!
The guard that has stopped Tobias and Allia quickly runs towards the northern gate, followed by two more guards. Allia looks to Tobias, a look of concern on her face.
Allia: Should we help?
Tobias: Yeah, we should.
Tobias and Allia both take off after the three guards. As they draw closer to the northern gates, a loud smack is heard. The camera cuts to the front of Tobias as he quickly ducks and Allia leans to the side as a guard quickly flies by them. The camera then pans over to the attacker, who is holding the first guard up in the air by the neck, the third guard’s head caught under the massive boot. The figure wears an all black robe, the hood concealing her face and a war-hammer lying at her feet. The figure easily breaks the first guard’s neck and then crushes the final guard’s head. The figure leans over to pick up the hammer and points it to Tobias and Allia.
???: You two are heroes… (Hefting the hammer into the air) maybe you can tell me where the one you call Skye is?
The camera cuts back to Tobias as he yells and throws both hands forward, sending a wave of fire towards the figure. The figure leaps out of the way, the fire connecting with the general store. Tobias then quickly unsheathes his cutlass and charges the figure while Allia quickly rushes towards the burning shop.
The figure steps back as Tobias swings the blade at the figure’s chest. The figure then takes two long strides, closing the gap between them both and then quickly head-butts Tobias knocking him to the ground. The figure then quickly raises the hammer, ready to kill Tobias. As the hammer starts to fall, Tobias throws out his hand, a rush of will quickly bursting forth and knocking the hammer into the air. Tobias then quickly leaps up and kicks the figure twice in the chest, sending the figure reeling.
The camera then cuts behind Tobias as he throws his left hand out, electricity flying from his finger-tips and striking the figure. The figure screeches and lurches back, her hood being flung off in the process. The figure stops screaming and falls backwards, smoke slowly lifting into the air. Tobias sheathes his blade and steps over the figure and is caught off surprise. The figure is a female. Her hair is worn short and is dirty blonde and she has two scars going from the corners of her mouth down to her chin. Her dark green eyes quickly dart open and she grins.
The camera pans out as she lunges for Tobias’ neck and grabs him. She slowly stands up, lifting him into the air. Tobias begins to kick and squirm, attempting get free from the attacker’s iron grip. The figure grins and begins to squeeze even harder. Tobias’ face starts to turn blue and he slowly stops kicking.
???: Next time, you should try harder…
The camera cuts to Allia as she jumps out the window of the general store as fire explodes from the windows and doorway. She slowly stands, wiping the blood from her mouth. She then looks over to the figure and Tobias. She reaches for her axe and throws it. The camera follows the blade as it slams into the figure’s side. The figure screams as the blade digs into her skin. She drops Tobias and falls to her knees, yelling some more. She then grabs the handle of the axe, tears it from her side and throws it back at Allia.
Allia rolls under the axe and runs at the girl as she stands. Before the figure can make another move, Allia jumps into the air, kicking the figure in the face and sending her into a house. Allia then runs to Tobias and helps him up as he coughs for air, his face returning to its normal color.
Allia: You ok Tobias?!
Tobias, rubbing his throat: I think---
Before Tobias can finish his sentence both are quickly knocked back through a powerful force of will. The camera follows them both as they slam into the fountain outside of Lady Gray’s mansion. The camera then quickly cuts to another figure, dressed in the same dark robes. He looks towards the building as the woman steps out and grabs her war-hammer. The figure’s voice is void of emotion.
???: It is time we go Lana. We can not cause more trouble.
The woman nods her head and grabs onto the second figure’s hand and both disappear in a red light. The camera pans over to Tobias and Allia as they slowly stand from the shattered fountain and look around. The camera pans around Bowerstone North and shows the destruction. Smoke rises from the general store and guards place bodies into bags. The camera cuts back to Tobias as Allia as they watch a small platoon of guards rush them. Allia grabs Tobias’ hand and they both disappear in a blue flash of light and the camera cuts to black.
Scene IX
The camera opens up on Tobias and Allia as they appear in the middle of a bandit camp. The camera pans around to show the surprise on the bandit’s face. The bandits then quickly stand and draw their weapons, smiling.
Bandit Leader: Look at we got ‘ere! A money bag and a special party treat!
The bandits all begin laughing and Tobias swears under his breath. Before the bandit leader can make another step towards Tobias and Allia, his head quickly falls to the ground. The bandits freeze and quickly look at the figure dressed in black robes standing in front of them, his hood concealing his face and one of his two swords dripping with blood. The figure then slowly reaches for his second blade, placing his hand on the hilt.
???: You guys have one move to get this right.
Bandit #2: Why ya little---
Before the bandit can finish his sentence, the figure quickly removes his head and then quickly dispatches the remaining bandits with ease. The figure then sheathes both longswords and looks back at Tobias and Allia. Tobias leans close to Allia and whispers in her ear.
Tobias: I don’t have the energy to fight another one of these freaks.
???, taken aback: Freak? Is that how you treat an old friend?
Both Allia and Tobias freeze as the figure laughs and kneels by them. He removes his hood. The camera cuts to the front of Tobias and Allia as their eyes widen with surprise. The camera then cuts to the side as they both lunge at Skye, wrapping their arms around him and knocking him to the ground. Then all three sit up and laugh.
Skye’s hair is shorter; his bangs hang in front of his eyes. He has a new scar on the right side of his face, which starts from his cheekbone and ends at the middle of his cheek. He then stands, followed by Tobias and Allia. He has two longswords, which are strapped behind him on the waist.
Skye: I’m curious, what did you mean by freak?
Allia: Northern Bowerstone was attacked by a person dressed just like you are.
Tobias, rubbing the back of his head: And they did a number on the place too. Which brings me to my next question…why are you wearing the same robes as them?
Skye swears under his breath and turns away from them both avoiding the question. He looks back over his shoulder, his stare cold.
Skye: We need to head back to the guild.
Tobias, irritated: Skye, what the hell is going on?
Skye ignores the question and walks away. Tobias yells after him and quickly runs up to him followed by Allia. The camera pans out and fades out.
Scene X
The camera opens up on Maze as he walks into the main room in his tower. He stops at the top step as he spots Skye, who is looking through some of his books. Skye looks over his shoulder, smiles at Maze and then returns his attention the bookshelf. Maze walks forward and sits in the leather chair.
Maze: And what brings you back to the guild Skye? Find who you were looking for?
Skye, closing the book: Actually no. The person I’m looking for is Twinblade. Strangely enough, you know exactly where he is. (Tosses the book onto Maze’s lap) And maybe you’d like to explain this little piece of literature?
Maze, grabbing the book and examining it: Twinblade is off the coast of Oakvale. Though I wouldn’t bother, seeing as (Hero) is preparing himself for that battle and this? (Sets the book on the end table) It is an old book. Theories, facts and legends about Avo and Skorm.
Skye: The book mentioned a third god---
Maze, cutting off Skye and standing up: That god’s presence is…highly disputed.
Skye steps to the side as Maze steps past him and looks out the window, his arms crossed behind his back. The air around them is quiet. Skye looks at Maze, opens his mouth and quickly closes it, dismissing his thought.
Skye: I’m going to clean up.
Maze nods his head and Skye leaves. The camera cuts to the front of Maze as he watches all the happenings at the guild grounds. A few moments pass and he spots Skye and he follows him with his eyes.
The camera cuts to Skye as he dives into the cool water and surfaces, slicking his hair back, water drips from his body. A few moments pass and he quickly washes himself. Skye gets out of the water and dries himself off. He throws on a pair of dark pants, a black sleeveless shirt, and a tattered gray cloak/scarf which covers his left side. He grabs a pair of fingerless gloves, which go up to his elbow. He then places some iron shielding over his forearms. He puts the boots on last, the leggings of his pants covering them. He then stands up and sheathes both of his longswords, which hang from the back of his waist. He then turns for the entrance of the woods and stops, noticing Eve.
The camera cuts to Eve as she stands there staring at Skye, her towel at her feet, tears streaming down her face. The camera then cuts to the side as Skye smiles at her. She then yells in joy, runs at him and tackles him to the ground. Skye wraps his arms around Eve and then sits up. Eve leans back and smiles at Skye.
Eve: You actually came back…
Skye: And that surprises you?
Eve, wiping the tears away: There had been rumors…
Skye, rubbing her face with the back of his hand: False rumors.
Both stand and Skye looks at Eve. She wears a dress that hangs low on the calf. She has no sleeves. She wears arm braces and her right arm is wrapped from the elbow to her forearm. She is also wearing a belt. Skye grabs her shoulders and smiles and brings her close, hugging her. He then pulls back.
Skye: What do you say we go and get something to eat?
Eve nods her head and both leave the guild woods. The camera cuts to black.
Scene XI
The camera opens up on the guild as night has fallen. The map room is empty and only the torches keep it lit, the sound of rain gently tapping the guild roof. Footsteps are heard and the camera cuts to Skye as he walks down the steps, his hand gliding across the wooden railing. He steps off the final steps and walks towards the map table and looks over to southern part of Oakvale, noticing that the quest card that Maze has placed is missing.
Skye swears under his breath and then quickly spins to the doors as they burst open. The camera cuts to Clove, who is carrying a figure on her shoulder. Both are dripping wet. Skye quickly runs over to her and takes the body she’s carrying.
Clove, panicked: Oh thank Avo someone was up! Thanks for the help Skye…I don’t know what’s wrong with him! I just found him wandering around Greatwood in the rain and he was---
Skye, cutting her off: Whoa, slow down. Who did you find in Greatdwood? Who am I carrying right now?
Clove: It’s Kale! I don’t know what’s wrong! He just randomly contacted me through the guild seal and I went to meet him. When I found him, he had more of those red markings and he was speaking in tongues…then he just passed out!
The camera cuts to the balcony as Eve and Tobias look over the railing. Eve quickly hops over the rail while Tobias runs down the stairs. Clove falls to her knees and Eve catches her, bringing her close and soothing her. Tobias helps Skye with Kale. The camera slowly pans out as Tobias and Skye drag Kale to the dorms and Eve just sits there with Clove. The camera cuts to black.
The camera opens up on Kale as he sits on the guild grounds, watching the sun rise over the horizon. His hair is shorter in the back but longer in front to cover the red markings. His coat is tattered and his right hand is wrapped up, covering the marking on his hand. He looks off to his right as he spots Skye walking towards him. Kale stands, stretches and then returns his attention back to the rising sun.
Kale, crossing his arms at his chest: And so the silent assassin returns home. Did you find who you were after?
Skye: No. Infact, (Hero) took that card. (Looks towards the horizon) He won’t be getting to Twinblade until midday. I still have time to catch up to him.
Kale: Heh. (Looking around) The apprentices will be up shortly.
Skye: Yeah.
A moment of silence passes and Kale sighs. He uncrosses his arms and walks past Skye. Skye turns and follows him.
Kale: Think the bar fucks will treat us differently?
Skye: They might.
Kale: They better.
Both step into the mess hall. Kale turns towards the bar while Skye makes his way towards the map room. The camera cuts to the guildmaster as he is placing quest cards. He then looks up and looks at Skye, who is looking over the table.
Guildmaster: Can I help you Skye?
Skye: Yeah…we need to have a slight talk.
The camera slowly pans out as the guildmaster and Skye begin to talk. The camera then fades to black.
The camera cuts outside the guild as Skye, Tobias, Kale, Eve, Clove and Allia step out. Kale groans and hands the quest card to Tobias.
Kale: I can’t believe this!
Tobias, looking at the quest card: Says here that we can get the bounty sheet from some family in Greatwood…
Kale: Honestly, hunting a drug addict that’s more then likely dead?
Tobias, shrugging his shoulders: You offered to help me…
Kale, muttering under his breath: I wish I hadn’t… (Looks to Skye) Do you wanna come with?
Skye, looking to Kale: No. I need to catch up to (Hero). Need to get to Twinblade before he does.
The group stops and Eve looks towards Skye. She then looks up to the blue sky as a pair of sparrows go flying over-head.
Skye, looking at Allia, Clove and Eve: What do you gals plan on doing?
Allia, pulling Eve and Clove close: Probably just hang out and catch up. Gossip and all those things.
Eve, pulling away from Allia: You and Clove have fun with that. I’m going to see if I can find any info on an old friend of mine.
Skye, nodding his head: Fair enough. We’ll meet back here before the sun settles. Agreed?
The group nods their head. Allia and Clove make their way towards Bowerstone while Eve disappears in a flash of blue light. Skye follows Tobias and Kale into Greatwood.
Scene XII
The camera opens up to a desert region. Tall, sharp mountains lay in the background. The place is void of life. A few holes dot the ground. There is a sign that reads DANGER. Kale lifts up the severed head. The head is missing part of its cheek, the right eye is hanging from its socket and there are multiple cuts, bruises, and burns on the face.
Kale, dropping the severed head: Well, that’s nice to see…
Tobias shades his eyes. Kale motions towards Tobias, his index finger pointing towards the desert.
Kale: So this is the place right?
Tobias: Yup. Rag-Rin desert…
Kale looks around and sighs.
Kale: So where the hell do we find this ***? It’s empty and void…
Tobias steps past the sign. He lifts his hands to his forehead to cover his eyes.
Tobias: My best bet is maybe in that direction…
Tobias points to the west. The camera zooms in on the position, where a sand storm is brewing.
Kale: You mean in that storm? You’re kidding right?
Tobias: No. I read that Rag-Rin is void of life and energy. There are winds but the winds aren’t strong enough to create a sandstorm. (The camera zooms to the brewing sandstorm) Someone is channeling a lot of will in that direction…
Kale sighs and shakes his head.
Kale: Someone did do to much reading there…
Tobias ignores Kale and heads towards the storm, followed by Kale. The camera pans up and fades out.
The camera fades in. In the distance there are three figures. One figure is clashing with the other, the third is sneaking up behind the figure on the left. The camera zooms in further to show that the figures are Kale and Tobias fighting their target, Ricardo. Ricardo senses Tobias sneaking up behind him and flips into the air. Tobias charges Kale and Kale lifts up his cleaver to defend himself. Both swords clash. Tobias gives Kale and apologetic look.
Kale notices something and jumps backwards. Tobias turns around to see why and spots a fireball coming straight at him. Tobias jumps just in time but is knocked back by the heat of the shockwave. Tobias lands on the ground with a dull thud, kicking up sand. Kale jumps over Tobias and clashes swords with Ricardo. Ricardo just laughs and throws Kale to the side. Ricardo charges Kale but is cut by Tobias. The slash cuts Ricardo across the arm. Ricardo freaks out and bull rams Tobias, sending him in the air.
As Ricardo goes for the finishing kill, Kale repays the favor and bull rams Ricardo, Kale’s force being stronger than Ricardo’s, sends him the air, cracking some of his ribs. Ricardo lands with a dull thud. He gets to his knees and coughs up blood. Kale sees this and charges again, cleaver up in the air. Ricardo raises his arm and takes the blow full force. The blade removes Ricardo’s left arm up to elbow. Ricardo pushes Kale through the air with built up will.
As Kale goes flying, Ricardo gets up and feels a sharp pain stab through his back. Tobias is behind Ricardo. Tobias is smiling until he is elbowed in the face. Tobias falls backwards and hits the ground. Ricardo flips around and pulls one of his knives and goes for Tobias’ throat. Kale kicks Ricardo in the back of the head.
Ricardo pushes both away with a burst of will. Both hit the dirt and Ricardo stands up, holding his wounded left arm.
Ricardo, exhausted: You bastards think you can stop me? Huh? Well, think again!!
Ricardo starts drawing in all the will he can. The sand beneath his feet begins to pick up and swirl around him. Kale and Tobias both stare stunned at what Ricardo is doing.
Tobias, to himself: The fool is gathering up enough will to kill us all and blow this place to hell…
Tobias looks over at Kale, his expression grim. Kale notices Tobias’ expression and realizes what Ricardo is doing. The camera pans out a little. Ricardo has more sand swirling at his feet with pebbles thrown in the mix. More blood is beginning to show up. Tobias and Kale both get up and charge at Ricardo. As both make contact, there is a brilliant flash of light as the camera fades out.
The camera fades in as a dust storm begins to settle. The site of the explosion has turned the sand to glass, which is scorched and covered in blood. Kale gets up, blood coming from the wounds he suffered from the battle and explosion and he looks around. He walks over to Tobias and helps him up as Tobias coughs.
Tobias, looking around the scorched desert: Where the hell did he go?
Kale, pointing to the scorched, glassed ground: That’s where he was standing when we split him open…
Tobias walks over to the site.
Tobias, looking at the ground: My god, how much will did he have built up?
Kale looks over at Tobias and looks around.
Kale, feeling the will in the area: Well, at least he gave this place some life…
Tobias, walking over to Kale: I wonder how Skye is doing…
Kale, walking away from the zone: He must be doing a better job than we are…
Both leave the desert as the camera fades out.
The camera fades in on Skye as he rolls to the right, the gate guard’s axe slamming into the dirt. Skye then reaches for one his longswords and swings it out, removing the guard’s head. The camera follows the head to dirt and then pans up as Skye smirks, sheathing his blade. He walks into the camp and looks around. Bandits are either waking up or eating. Others go to bathroom. Skye grins and walks down the path. He is greeted by one of the bandits, who has his hand on his crossbow.
Bandit: Aye, don’t make another step or I’ll put an arrow inbetween your eyes!
Skye: luck.
Skye rushes forward and kicks the bandit in the chest. The bandit crumples over, blood exploding from his mouth. Skye then crushes his head and looks towards the remaining bandits, who are now at full attention. All of them draw their weapons. Skye unsheathes both of his longswords and readies for the oncoming assault. The bandits yell and quickly charge him.
The camera pans out as Skye blocks the first attack and slices at the first bandit’s stomach, then kicks him in the chest, sending him back into two more bandits.
He then jumps into the air over another bandit and kicks his leg back, caving in the bandit’s skull. He lands on the first bandit, caving in the bandit’s ribs. He then throws both blades in the air, catches them with points down and slams them through the two bandits stuck under the corpse, the swords jamming through their throats. He then releases both blades and rolls forward as a greathammer slams onto the first corpse. The camera cuts to the front of Skye as he rolls to his feet and turns around, holding out both hands. A wave of fire explodes from his hands, catching his attacker. The bandit falls to the ground, screaming in pain.
The remaining bandits look at Skye, slowly backing up. Skye holds out both hands, both of his longswords appearing in them.
Bandit: He’s not human! Nobody can do that! Run for it!
The bandits quickly drop their weapons, spin around and run. Skye smirks and rushes at the bandits. He gets to the first bandit and severs his spins. He then lunges forward, stabbing one of his blades through another bandit’s back, the blade stabbing through his chest. The camera cuts to the front of the bandit as he falls to his knees. Skye quickly runs past his body as he falls to the ground face first. Screams are heard and the camera cuts to black.

Well, thanks for the comments lol. But yes, there has been some slight to major modifications to the story itself. Some parts have been removed while others have been added. Other parts have remained the same or they've gotten a face-lift. Question is, can you find them all? ![Wink [;)]](/emoticons/emotion-5.gif) Anyways, I'll probably have the second part up soon...if not later tonight. But I better get cracking on finishing the rest of the story.XD
One of the few times I've actually posted a story that wasn't even half-way done.

Second part. Once again, there is some length.
Scene XIII
The camera opens up on Twinblade as he lies kneeling on the ground, blood dripping from the corner of his mouth. He looks up at (Hero), who has his blade pointing at him.
Twinblade: Why won’t ya finish it? I’d do the same for you…
(Hero), sheathing his sword: Killing you is freeing you. Letting you live to deal with the humiliation is better. I hope peace finds you some day Twinblade.
(Hero) disappears in a flash of light. Twinblade looks back to the ground, his blood seeping into the dirt. He then yells in frustration and stands, grabbing both of his cleavers. He swings both blades to the right, splitting the remaining bandit in-half. He then yells again, slams both blades into the dirt, drops to his knees and yells to the sky.
Skye: How nice of (Hero) to spare you.
Twinblade looks towards the gates and looks at Skye, who is leaning up against the gate, his arms crossed at his chest.
Twinblade: It was. Too bad it’ll come back to bite him. (Twinblade stands)
Skye, looking up at Twinblade: I don’t see how.
Twinblade: Because I’ll hunt the guild puppet down and slaughter him!
Skye, standing up straight: That won’t be happening…
Twinblade, pulling his blades from the dirt: And why is that?
Skye, walking up to Twinblade: Because I plan to kill you.
Twinblade: Oh really?
Skye: You have one shot.
Twinblade: You’re funeral…
Twinblade raises both blades above his head, yells and brings them down. Skye quickly steps back as the blades slam into the dirt, knocking up dust. Twinblade then struggles to free his blades. He looks on in horror as Skye reaches for one of his longswords. Skye swings out, the dark blade cutting through both massive cleavers.
Twinblade falls forward and Skye throws the blade up into the air, catches it and places the point of the sword on the back of Twinblade’s neck. A moment passes and Skye brings the blade down, killing and pinning Twinblade to the dirt. Skye releases the handle and steps back, looking at Twinblade’s corpse. He sighs and falls to the ground and looks towards the blue sky. He then falls back and starts to laugh.
Eve: So, you finally got what you wanted?
Skye, sighing in relief: Yeah.
Skye sits up and looks to Eve. Skye looks back to Twinblade and grins.
Eve, walking over to Skye: I hope his death was worth it Skye.
Skye, standing up: It was.
Skye walks over to Twinblade, grabs his sword and forcefully tears the blade from the corpse's neck. He spins the blade once, blood splattering to the ground. He sheathes the blade and looks at Eve.
Eve: And the poor souls at the front deserved it too?
Skye: They all deserve it Eve. (Starts walking away) I’m heading back to the guild. You coming?
Eve nods her head and she watches Skye walk away. She returns her attention to the dead body. She walks over to it and kneels by the corpse. She grabs the back of Twinblade’s head and lifts his head and looks into his empty eyes. She then slams his face into the dirt and stands.
Eve: You’re lucky he got to you first you ***.
Eve kicks the corpse and goes to catch up with Skye.
Scene XIV
The camera cuts to the guild mess hall as Skye, Eve, Clove and Allia sit at the table. Skye looks over his shoulder as Tobias and Kale walk in. Kale sits across from Skye and Tobias sits next to Allia. Kale looks to the side and spits, wiping the blood away from his mouth.
Eve: How did it go?
Tobias: It was…
Kale, cutting Tobias off: Horrible. It was hot and he was more of a pain to get rid of then I thought. (Looks at Skye) Get what you wanted?
Skye: I did yes. Now...what do we do next?
Allia, pulling Tobias close: We’re going to spend some time back at home. (Looks at Tobias) Won’t we dear?
Tobias nods his head and everybody else grins.
Clove: I have some students to teach later today…
Kale, standing: I think I’m going to grab a quest card or two. Have some fun.
Everybody watches as Kale walks away. Skye looks at Eve.
Skye: What about you?
Eve, slowly standing: I’m visiting the Darkwood Bordello. I have someone to visit.
Before Skye or Tobias can say anything, Eve disappears in a flash of blue light. Clove shrugs and leaves. Allia looks to Skye.
Allia: And you?
Skye: I’m hunting down that group that attacked Bowerstone. I have some…unfinished business with them.
Tobias: Like…?
Skye, standing: Honestly Tobias, none of your business.
Skye smirks and walks away. The camera slowly starts to pan out. Tobias stretches, stands and goes over to the bar and orders two drinks. He grabs both pints as they’re set down and he walks back to Allia, setting her glass down. She nods her head and takes a drink and then looks at Tobias as he sits.
Allia: So much for hanging with the gang after graduation…
Tobias, wiping his mouth: Yeah…really.
Tobias takes another drink and sets his pint down and looks into space as apprentices come and go. The camera cuts to black.
Scene XV
The camera opens up on the Darkwood Bordello as Eve steps through the gate. She calmly walks past the couple that is having sex under a tree. She walks into the bordello and is quickly greeted by the madam of the house. She grasps Eve’s hand and shakes it.
Madam: Ah one of the saviors returns to visit! How nice of you! Please, choose any girl you---
Eve, cutting her off: First off, I’m not here to *** any of the ladies here. Second off, I’m not a savior of this hell-hole. We did it to protect Albion. Now, where’s Athen?
Madam, taken aback and letting go of Eve’s hand: Why, he is upstairs with a few of our fair ladies. Shall I fetch him for you?
Eve: No, you take me to him. Now.
The madam nods her head and motions Eve to follow her. Both walk up the stairs and down the hallway. Doors are closed and the sounds of moans and yells are heard. Both stop by the final door and the madam bows.
Madam: This is where Lord Athen may be.
Eve snorts under her breath and then kicks the door off its hinges. The madam and the three girls in the room shriek while Aten quickly sits up. Eve steps in and walks to the foot of the bed as the three girls quickly cover up and run out of the room. Eve grabs a towel that sits on the edge of the bed and tosses it at Athen, who quickly covers himself.
Eve, placing her hands on the edge of the bed: You do remember me correct?
Aten, leaning closer to the edge of the bed: No…it can’t be…
Eve: It is. Now, I want your two swords.
Aten, standing from the bed, wrapping the towel around himself: And, what do I get in return if I hand you my two prized possessions?
Athen walks up to Eve and places his finger under her chin, lifting her face up.
Athen: Do I get to *** you?
Eve, grabbing his finger: No. You get your life. Give me the blades.
Athen: If I can’t have you then... (drops the towel) I’ll just take you!
Athen grabs both of Eve’s arms, spins her around and tosses her onto the bed, pinning her. He leans in close and whispers in her ear.
Aten: Don’t worry. They’ll think you like it this way. Nobody will do nothing…
Eve grimaces as Athen licks her cheek and then begins kissing her neck. Eve squeals and knees Aten in the stomach. He grunts, loosening his grip on Eve. She then head-butts him. Athen yells, reaching for his face. Eve quickly rolls off the bed, runs up behind Athen and kicks him, sending him into the wall. He falls backwards, blood dripping from his mouth and nose. Eve then pins both of his arms and leans close to him, anger in her eyes.
Eve, angered: The two blades for your life is a fair deal.
Athen, spitting up blood: You’ll get nothing from me you stupid little ***!
Eve yells, releases one of his arms and brings her fist down. The camera cuts outside the room as the madam and the girls watch in horror, a horrible crunching noise echoing off the walls. They then step to the side as Eve comes walking out, strapping two katanas to her waist. She walks down the stairs as the men and women in the place step to avoid her. The camera cuts outside the bordello as Eve steps out and the camera slowly starts to pan out.
Scene XVI
The camera opens up on Kale as he throws a bandit over his shoulder and then quickly brings his foot down, caving in the bandit’s stomach. Kale sits down next to the bandit and rips the patch from the bandit’s coat and examines it.
Kale: And all this trouble just to get a f****ng patch? Pathetic…
Kale slides the patch into one of his pockets. He looks up to the night sky and sighs. He then looks back to the bandit and catches the reflection of a figure in the woods behind him. He quickly stands and spins around, throwing a fireball into the nearby woods. The trees explode into flames. Pops and cracks are heard as Kale watches the burning fire. He then yells in pain and drops to his knees as he is kicked in the back. The camera cuts to his front as he drops to his hands and the camera pans up to show two hooded figures standing over him. The first is short with a female body, her voice soft.
Figure #1: So, we finally found him…
Figure #2, his voice empty and monotone: We shall return him to Lucifer at once.
Kale smirks, stands and spins around, sending both figures back with a rush of will. Kale watches as both figures stand.
Kale: That was a very bad mistake…
Kale quickly rushes at the two figures as they attempt to recover. He right hooks the male figure, knocking him to the ground and spin-kicks the second figure, sending her flying into a nearby rock. Kale is then struck by lighting as the first figure stands, his hood down, revealing his face. He wears two steel plates, one covering his left eye, the other covering his right cheek. His eye is a milky white and his hair is a dark blue. Kale drops to the ground, smoking rising from his body. The figure grabs Kale by the back of his coat collar and throws him to the side.
Kale hits the ground with a thud and skids across the dirt, slamming into some Old Kingdom architecture. Kale slowly stands but is quickly knocked over the ruined stone pillar as the female figure kicks him in the chest. She steps onto the stone pillar and kneels down, looking at Kale as he tries to stand. He slowly rises to all fours and then falls back to the ground, panting.
???: Poor Hero. Now, stop resisting and we won’t hurt you much more…
Kale, looking up: Screw you.
Kale throws his hand out, sending the female figure back through a rush of will. Kale then quickly stands, reaches for his cleaver, hops over the pillar and swings vertically, slicing the female figure across the chest. The figure screams, reaches for her chest and falls backwards. Kale then leans to the side as a wave of lighting flies past him. Kale then throws out his hand, sending a fireball towards the second figure.
The camera cuts to the second figure as the fireball connects with him, engulfing him in flames. The figure starts a hellish scream and then falls to the ground, smoke slowly rising from his body. Kale sheathes his blade and walks over to the first figure and removes her hood. Her skin is pale, her hair a dark brown and messy. Her eyes quickly open and she grins at Kale. Before Kale has a chance to react, the female figure head-butts him, sending him reeling. She stands, as does the second figure. Both look at each other and nod, rushing at Kale.
The camera cuts to Kale as he quickly recovers. His eyes glow red and he rushes at the two figures, catching them both by the neck. He lifts them both up into the air and throws them to the ground. He then screams, knocking them back with a great rush of will. The camera follows both figures as they skid across the ground and come to a slow halt. Both look at Kale as he charges some dark energy in his hands. Both figures look at each other, nod and disappear as Kale swings his arms out.
The camera pans out as the dark energy engulfs the woods, swallowing everything in its path. The camera then cuts back to Kale as he stands in the center, panting. The trees around him are missing and the ground is glassed. He looks around at the destruction and then falls to his knees. The camera slowly pans out and fades to black.
Scene XVII
The camera fades in on the Hero’s Guild. Clove walks over to the guildmaster.
Guildmaster: Yes Clove? What is it?
Clove: Nothing. Just teaching these new apprentices is getting annoying…
Guildmaster, laughing just a tad: Now you know how the teachers before you felt!
Clove, a little annoyed: No, that’s not what I meant. I mean, they keep shooting at me…
The guildmaster looks over at Clove and laughs and heads towards the tavern.
Guildmaster: Oh, the spunk of today’s youth. What I wouldn’t do to be young again… (Sighs)
Clove stares at the guildmaster as he sets himself down at the bar and orders a drink.
Guildmaster, motioning her to take a seat: Come now. Don’t be shy.
Clove sits next to the guildmaster. The camera zooms out a little. Apprentices enter and leave the hall. The bartender walks over to the two.
Bartender, his voice scruffy: What do ‘ya want?
Guildmaster: A nice pint please.
Bartender, looking over to Clove: And for the miss?
Clove: Just some apple pie please.
Bartender, while filling up a pint: How many slices?
Clove: Just one please.
The bartender sets the pint down in front of the guildmaster and reaches under the counter to grab a warm slice of pie. He sets it down.
Bartender: There ‘ya go.
Clove: Thank you.
Clove begins to eat her pie. The guildmaster looks over at her.
Guildmaster, concern in his voice: Clove, do you think Maze is up to something?
Clove stares in amazement, her face still stuffed with apple pie.
Clove, swallowing her piece of pie: No. Why?
Guildmaster, his voice trailing: Just wondering… (Regains his train of thought) Listen, a tournament in Witchwood is about to happen. It’s an annual event. Our very own are even fighting in it.
Clove: Which ones?
Guildmaster, smirking and looking over at Clove: (Hero) and Whisper. They both have their recommendations and the tournament starts in just a few days. I figure if I send all of you with tickets, you might be able to see the show.
Clove is about to say something.
Guildmaster, standing up from his seat and placing his hand on her shoulder: Don’t worry, the others have been informed. They will all meet you in your hometown…
Clove stares amazed at his words.
Guildmaster, placing some gold on the counter: Don’t worry about paying. It’s on me.
The guildmaster walks away and the camera fades out.
Scene XVIII
The camera opens up on Witchwood. Trees cover the gloomy island and the weather is always wet. Balverine howls can be heard in the distance and pilgrims frequent the Temple of Avo. The camera then cuts to Knothole Glade as Skye, Tobias, Clove, Kale, Eve and Allia walk towards the gate, with Clove in the front. They stop at the closed gate and Clove knocks on the small door. A guard looks through the small window and Clove smiles.
Clove: We’re from the Hero's Guild and we like to enter to please.
Guard: Sorry miss. Can’t let you do that. There’s a pack of foul beasts out at the moment and we can’t risk letting them in.
Clove, stunned: What do you mean? They’re nowhere close!
Guard: Sorry miss, I still can’t let you and your friends in.
Clove: Bullshit! Let us in! (Starts to pound on the gate) I f****ng live here!
Kale looks over his shoulder as balverine howls are heard. Kale looks back to the group, his tone grim.
Kale: Better get the gate open before we have company…
Clove, pounding harder on the door: Let us the *** in you *** pigs!
Guard: No can do little miss.
Clove yells in frustration as she watches the guard turn and leave. The howls draw closer and she looks back to the group, who all draw their weapons and stand ready for an attack.
The camera cuts to a pack of balverines as they drop to the ground and slowly stand, baring their teeth. Their fur is black with mud, blood drips from their lips and claws, their eyes a sickly yellow. The balverines howl and rush at the group.
The camera cuts to Kale as he slams his right fist into the alpha’s stomach. He then places his left hand up against its chest and lights a fireball. The balverine catches fire and Kale leaps back, reaching for his cleaver. He turns to the right and swings out, catching another balverine across the neck. He steps back as two balverines slowly walk towards him, growling. Before they can pounce, Skye jumps over Kale and swings both of his sword inwards, splitting the beasts in half.
The camera cuts to two more balverines that rush at Skye. One of the beasts jumps in the air while the other lunges at Skye, its mouth wide open. Skye quickly extends one of his longswords, the blade catching the balverine in the mouth, the blade stabbing out the back. He then raises his second blade in the air and impales the final balverine.
He swings the blade down, the beast sliding to the ground with a wet thump. He then removes his first blade and the balverine falls back, blood pooling beneath it. Both Skye and Kale sheathe their blades and return their attention to the gate. Skye stops at Eve’s side as Kale walks up next to Clove. Clove looks up at Kale, tears welling up in her eyes. Kale places both hands up against the wooden gate and through a rush of will, knocks them off the hinges and sends the shattered gates inwards.
The camera cuts to side of the statue as the gates slam in to it, shattering upon impact. Two guards go rushing over to the entrance. One guard drops backwards with an arrow between his eyes and the other drops to the ground screaming. The camera cuts behind him and pans up as Eve stands in front of him, one of her blades under his neck. Eve looks down at the guard’s severed arm and kicks it to him. She smirks and the guard slowly reaches out, grabs his arm and quickly runs away. Tobias and Allia step past Eve.
Tobias, scolding Eve: Some violence isn’t necessary.
The camera pans around Knothole Glade as people watch in fear. Tobias walks up to one of the villagers and begins to talk with him. The group watches as Tobias nods his head and hands the villager some gold. He then walks back to the group.
Allia: Well?
Tobias: Says the mayor’s house is just up the hill. I guess we better introduce ourselves huh?
The group nods their heads and they follow Tobias up the hill towards the mayor’s house. The camera cuts to the side of the house as Tobias walks up the steps and knocks on the door. The camera then cuts behind him as the door opens. The butler greets them and quickly ushers them in. All six heroes step in. The inside of the house is warm and smells of pine. A loud, booming voice is heard, quickly followed by heavy footsteps.
The camera cuts to the mayor as he steps off the stairs and greets Tobias and the heroes. Tobias bows.
Tobias: It’s a pleasure to meet you sir.
Mayor: No! The honor is mine! Your kind has saved our humble little town many times before!
Allia, walking up next to Tobias: The guards at the gate seemed a little jumpy. What was up with that?
Mayor: Ah yes. We were recently under the siege of a white balverine! But it was quickly dealt with by one of your own! Nice boy he was, reminds me of his mother. But enough about that! Let me treat you to drinks, food and a warm place to sleep!
Allia: Thank you for your kindness.
The mayor laughs and walks upstairs, quickly followed by the six heroes. The camera cuts to black.

Legends: Act II, Part III
Shorter then the first and second part.
Scene XIX
The camera opens up on the night sky. There is a full moon and howls can be heard in the distance, followed by thunder. The camera pans down to the Knothole Glade cemetery as Clove walks amongst the graves, looking at each wet stone, reading the names. She kneels by a certain grave and stares at it.
Kale: Which parent’s grave?
Clove quickly jumps up, spins around reaches for her chest breathing hard. Kale looks at her.
Kale: Which parent?
Clove: For Skorm’s sake Kale! You just scared me and you’re worried about which parent’s grave I’m at?!?
Kale: Alright… (Straining to find the words) I’m…I’m sorry for scaring you.
Clove, turning around: It’s ok. (Kneeling back down) It’s my mother’s grave by the way. My…my father killed her shortly after I left.
Kale: Did they go after your father?
Clove: No, they found him two hours later by Witchwood lake. He was killed by balverines. Though they don’t know what drove him to murder. (Stands and looks at Kale) What about your parents? Do you think they’re still alive?
Kale: No, I don’t. Hell, I can’t even remember their faces or where I came from.
Clove, sympathetically: Awww, that’s so sad.
Kale, grunting: Not really. My parents were probably drunks and druggies and probably ditched me at the Bowerstone Quay after I was born. They can rot for all I care.
Another crack of thunder is heard and lighting streaks across the sky. Kale looks up and holds his hand out, feeling rain-drops against his open palm. He then dries his palm and looks at Clove, who throws the hood up on her cloak.
Kale: We better get back inside before we both catch something. Or something catches us.
Clove shudders and she watches Kale calmly walk away. She looks back to the gravestone, shakes her head and goes to catch up with Kale. The camera cuts to gravestone, showing the name. The camera then fades out.
Scene XX
The camera opens up the arena. Thousands of people are entering and chatting. Many are buying dolls of their favorite heroes. The camera then fades into the entrance ring where the first contestant is lead out. Skye watches as the gate behind the first contestant closes, the gate keeping the balverine at bay opens up.
Kale: I give him ten seconds.
Tobias: He’ll survive…
The camera cuts to the contestant as he rolls to the side as the balverine lands where he once stood. He swings out with his longsword, catching the beast across the arm. The balverine howls and then leaps at the contestant, pinning him to the ground. The man begins to scream as the balverine starts biting into his neck. The camera cuts back to the crowds as people look on in awe or look away in horror. A horrible squelching noise is heard and a large collective cheer is heard. The camera pans to Tobias and Kale as Kale leans back, smiling.
Kale: I told you he was doomed…
Tobias, irritated: Damn!
Tobias quickly stands and Kale watches as he quickly runs to the betting window. Eve looks at Skye.
Eve: Allia finds out and Tobias loses something…
Skye smirks and returns his attention to the ring. The camera cuts down to the arena as the gates slowly lower, (Hero) standing behind them, waiting. The announcer’s voice fills the air.
Announcer: Ladies and gentlemen, for your entertainment, I give you…(Hero)!
The gates finally open and (Hero) walks out. The crowd begins to cheer.
Announcer: Famous for such quests as Orchard Farm and defeating ex-hero Twinblade!
(Hero) steps into the center of the arena and begins to look around. The camera pans around the crowd as people either cheer him on or throw gifts at him while others jeer him, throwing what they can at him.
Announcer: Like our other brave challengers, this up and coming hopeful has his eye on the grand-prize presented by Jack of Blades himself!
The camera cuts to Skye as he leans closer to Eve.
Skye: I wonder how he’ll do…
Eve shrugs her shoulders. The camera returns to (Hero) as he draws his weapon.
Announcer: And we’re on to the first round! An old arena favorite, it’s the wasp horde!
Kale: Wasps! f****ng wasps!? We kill those things in our sleep!
Clove: Guess they’re still a challenge.
Allia: Skorm! Why would you bet fifty on a guy that would lose and then bet almost five hundred on (Hero)!?!
Tobias, sitting down next to Kale: Because (Hero) can win this one…
Allia, sitting behind Tobias and snorting: Oh yeah…and when something kills him.
Eve looks over to Skye and both smirk at each while Allia is quickly drowned out by the cheering crowd as (Hero) kills the last wasp. The announcer’s voice fills the air. (Hero) spins around as the gate opens and group of hobbes comes running out at him. (Hero) grins and rushes at the hobbes, quickly slaughtering each one. He stops and looks at the crowd as people cheer him on. He then looks towards entrance gates as they open.
Announcer: Ladies and gentlemen, it’s time for the team for rounds!
Whisper steps out, greeting the crowd. The camera cuts to the six heroes as they stare in amazement.
Clove: Now this? This will be interesting…
The group nods their head and the camera cuts back to the arena as (Hero) and Whisper greet each other.
Announcer: Two heroes, side by side, fighting for their very survival! And there has been a last minute change to the hero line-up! It’s the sister of the arena’s legend, Thunder! Let’s hear it for…Whisper!
Both (Hero) and Whisper stand back to back, their weapons at the ready.
Announcer: So, the two of them together, can they defeat the balverines!?!
The gates lower as a small pack of balverines come rushing out. The camera shows the reactions from the crowds and the six heroes as they tear through the balverines. The camera cuts to Clove as she begins to shake. Eve looks over to her and stands to see her.
Eve: Hey, are you alright?
Clove, terrified: I…I don’t think so…
Announcer: …it’s the undead!
The camera cuts to the arena as the undead rise from the ground and (Hero) and Whipser rush to meet them. The camera cuts back to Clove as she begins to cry. Skye stands and walks over to her and stands behind Eve.
Skye: Is she ok?
Eve, helping Clove: No, she’s not. I’m going to take her outside. Get her away from this.
Skye nods his head as Clove stands and both her and Eve make their way out of the arena. Skye sits back down and Kale looks to him.
Kale: She still…?
Skye: Yeah, she still reacts to that…
They both fall silent as the dying groans of undead fill the air, followed by cheers. Each round passes, both (Hero) and Whisper successful. Both stand in the center, bowing and rallying the crowd. The announcer’s voice booms over-head.
Announcer: We have two winners! Incredible! So, what will happen? Two winners and only one prize?
The camera cuts behind a figure dressed in a crimson cloak as he walks up the steps to the over-hang that looks out over the arena.
Announcer: As you know, we have a special guest today! It’s the one, the only, the hero of heroes, Jack of Blades!
The two heroes in the arena, the crowd and the four heroes turn their attention to Jack. The camera cuts to Jack as he looks all around the arena, his hands behind his back.
Jack of Blades: I have a returned, after an eternity away from you all…Jack of Blades is back! The arena is all that is great in Albion and you all the worthy to be in it. I’m honored to stand before you again. And I have a proposal to mark the occasion. One final round…
The crowd goes wild and both (Hero) and Whisper look at each, surprised.
Jack of Blades: A fight to the death with the two heroes still standing!
The crowd falls silent and for a brief moment, the sound of rain can be heard, but is quickly drowned out by crowd as they yell even louder, going crazy.
Tobias, flinching: For Avo’s sake! They could wake the dead!
Kale, yelling at Tobias: Tell me about it!
Skye stands and whispers in Kale’s ear. Kale looks at Skye and nods his head and then returns his attention the arena. The camera cuts outside the arena as Skye steps out and walks over to Eve, who is standing over Clove. Clove lurches over and throws up. Eve rubs her back as Clove cries. Skye cocks his head to the side and Eve looks at him, slightly worried.
Skye: How long has she been at this?
Eve, slowly rubbing Clove’s back as she pukes again: The minute she got down the hill…I’m thinking of taking her back to the guild. I think returning home was a little hard on her…and the undead just made it worse…
Skye: Yeah, take her back to the guild. They should have some remedies for her. I’m going to wait here for Kale, Tobias and Allia.
Eve nods her head and both her Clove disappear in a flash of blue light. The camera cuts behind Skye and slowly pans back as he stands, looking at the spot where Eve just stood. Rain gently falls and he finally sits down. Another roar erupts from the arena and Skye looks back to the arena and then returns his attention the wet ground. The camera fades to black.
Scene XXI
The camera opens up on Skye as he teleports into the map room. He walks over to the guildmaster and greets him.
Skye: Have your items right here.
Skye reaches into his pocket and pulls out a small white gem and hands it to the guildmaster. The guildmaster pockets the gem and thanks Skye. Skye nods his head and then proceeds to the guild grounds. As he steps out, he quickly steps to the side as a tour group goes by. He then shakes his head and crosses the river. He walks over to Tobias, who is standing by the melee ring. The camera cuts to the side as Skye sets his hands on the rails and Tobias looks over to him.
Tobias: Find the gem?
Skye: Finding it was the easy part. Getting out of that crypt was hell.
Tobias, snickering: I bet.
Skye: How’s Clove?
Tobias: Eve and Allia took her to Hook Coast. Obviously being here didn’t help either.
Skye: She never recovered from that night did she?
Tobias: I don’t think any of us will. It was brutal Skye…
Skye, looking down at his hands: Yeah, it was…
Both of them quickly fall silent, remembering the attack at the bordello two years ago. The camera pans around the guild as apprentices practice and hang out while the tour guide quickly steps out onto the veranda, his voice softly echoing through the air. The camera then cuts to the front of Tobias and Skye and pans out, showing two apprentices sparring. Both spin around as they hear an explosion. The camera quickly cuts to the guild veranda as the tour group is knocked into the air and engulfed in flames.
The camera cuts back to Skye and Tobias. Another explosion rocks the guild, fire exploding from the two doorways at the mess hall. The camera pans over to the black smoke as a platoon of minions step out, their armor scorched and covered in soot, their red-tinted blades covered in dust.
Tobias, stunned: I don’t believe this…we’re under attack!
Skye, unsheathing both longswords: No ***! Let’s go!
Tobias nods his head, grabs his cutlass and follows Skye as he rushes to meet with the first minion. Skye parries the first blow and kicks the minion in the chest, sending it backwards. He then rushes forward and stabs both blades through the minion’s chest. The minion howls and explodes, knocking Skye backwards. He hits the ground and rolls up onto his feet, blocking another attack. Skye grunts, pushes the minion back and then charges the beast, the sound of steel clanging throughout the air.
The camera cuts to Tobias as he slides under a minion, removing its legs. The minion howls and Tobias quickly stands to his feet and rushes into the mess hall, where apprentices and teachers try their best to hold off the minions but are quickly slaughtered. He watches as one young girl is slaughtered and then rushes at the minion, stabbing it in the back. The minion explodes and Tobias is thrown backwards into the wall. He slumps to the ground and rolls to the side as a red tinted blade slams into the wall. The minion looks at Tobias, growls and struggles to free the blade from the wall. Tobias grins, places both hands up against the minion and sends it back through a rush of will.
The camera follows the minion as it collides with two more and explodes, taking the other two minions with it. He then grins, grabs his cutlass and rushes to the map room.
The camera cuts back to Skye as he leans to the side and then leans back, avoiding the minion’s attack. He then parries the minion’s blow and splits the double-edged sword in-half, slicing the minion from its abdomen up to its chin. He then leaps back, avoiding the explosion. He then spins around and leaps back, barely avoiding another attack. He falls to the ground and rolls to the side as the minion stabs the blade into the ground. Skye quickly stands but is quickly kicked in the back. He drops his swords and rolls forward.
The camera cuts to ground level as he attempts to stand but is quickly pinned by the minion. The minion laughs, grabs the back of Skye’s head, lifts it up and slams it to the ground. Before the minion can finish off Skye, the beast is quickly knocked off.
The camera follows the minion as it tumbles to the ground and the camera pans back to Eve as she helps Skye up. Skye nods his head and holds out both hands, both longswords appearing in his hands. Eve smiles and rushes to another part of the guild and Skye rushes at the minion that pinned him.
The camera cuts to library as Tobias and Kale quickly tear through the minions, disabling them so the library doesn’t catch flames due to the explosions. Kale slams his fist into the minion’s helmet, caving in the steel and Tobias quickly zaps it with a bolt of lighting. Kale steps to the side as the minion falls to the ground with a clang. He looks over to Tobias.
Tobias: thing you came when you did.
Kale: Yeah it was. Saw the explosion from up the hill.
Kale spins around, leans to the side as another red tinted blade slams into the ground. He raises his foot and brings it down, breaking the blade. He then caves in the minion’s helmet and Tobias quickly zaps it, sending it to the ground.
Kale: Clove and Allia are getting the survivors into the guild woods.
Tobias: How did they get the past minions out there?
Kale, knocking a minion to the ground: Secret passage.
Tobias, zapping the minion: .
Skye: But why attack the guild?
Eve: That I don’t know.
The camera cuts to Eve and Skye as they spin around, avoiding an explosion. The camera pans out as both stand there, looking around. Bodies and shattered armor pieces litter the ground. Skye sighs and sheathes both blades, Eve doing the same. They both then make their way towards the mess hall. As they step in, they are greeted by Tobias and Kale.
Skye, looking around: Looks like the apprentices and teachers here weren’t so lucky…
Kale: No they weren’t.
Tobias: It’s weird though. They weren’t tearing the library to shreds.
Eve: Think they were looking for something?
Tobias, shrugging his shoulders: I couldn’t tell. I’d have to go through the library records.
Skye: Start searching.
Tobias nods his head and walks to the library.
Kale: What next?
Skye: Help Eve clean up.
Eve: What about you?
Skye, walking towards the map room: I’m going to look for (Hero). He should have been here helping us.
Kale and Eve both watch as Skye leaves and the camera cuts to black.

Thought I'd give this story a little update lol. A little bit of length to it, but then again, I really shouldn't have to say that.![Stick out tongue [:P]](/emoticons/emotion-4.gif)
Scene XXII
The camera opens up on Skye as he throws a bandit to the ground. He exhales and wipes his hands, swearing under his breath. The camera pans out as Skye stands in an open field, the grass gently swaying in the wind. He looks towards the mountains in the distance and stares at the dark rain clouds that loom over head. Lighting streaks through the clouds and the faint sound of thunder cracks through the air. He turns around and is quickly knocked to the ground. He looks up at his attacker, who wears dark leather armor, two longswords strapped across her back. Her blonde hair is worn in a pony-tail, her eyes a light blue. She kneels down in front of Skye, placing her hands on her knees.
???: Lucifer has been looking for you for such a long time Skye. Why won’t you help us?
Skye, wiping the blood from the corner of his mouth: It’s a lost cause Raine.
Raine, standing: It is not a lost cause Skye! We’ve been close to releasing him before! In fact, Dante and I found him!
Skye, slowly standing: Yet you failed to get him or we wouldn’t be here.
Raine: Yes, we did have some trouble… (Turns away from Skye) But you can help! It’s part of your bloodline!
Raine turns around and stares at Skye, who has both of his longswords at his sides. She sighs and draws her two blades.
Raine: Nothing can ever end in peace, can it Skye?
Skye: Not when one wishes death and destruction.
Both rush at each other, parrying each others attacks. Both leap back and rush again. The blades meet, sparks flying from the grinding steel. Both jump back and Skye sheathes one of his longswords and smirks.
Skye: Come on, come and get me.
Raine yells and rushes at Skye. Skye leans to the side as she swings down. Skye then jumps over her blades as she swings to the side. Skye then parries both of her blades and round-house kicks her. She drops both blades and is picked up off of her feet. The camera follows her as she slams into the ground and comes to a halt. She rolls to the side as Skye slams his blade into the ground. She kicks her leg out, connecting with Skye’s side. Skye yells in pain, lets go of his blade and rolls to the side as Raine swings a hidden dagger at him. Skye quickly stands and leans back as Raine rushes him again and swings.
The camera then cuts to the side as she starts swinging wildly, hoping to connect with Skye. The blade connects with Skye’s chin, slicing it a bit. She grins and continues to swing wildly. Skye quickly grabs her arm, twists her around and kicks her in the back, sending her to ground. He then reaches for his other longsword and stabs her through the shoulder, pinning her to the ground. Raine yells in pain, throws out her hand and sends Skye into the air, the blade ripping out of her shoulder.
The camera cuts to the side and slowly pans out as Raine slowly stands and Skye hits the ground with a thud. She watches Skye stand and then rushes at him, yelling. Skye steps to the side and cuts her side. Raine howls in agony and falls to the ground. She then stands again and slowly stumbles at Skye. He steps to the side as she trips over her own feet and falls to the ground, panting hard. Skye sheathes his first longsword and walks over to his second blade, quickly sheathing that one. He then walks back to Raine and kneels by her. She looks up at Skye, tears streaming down her face.
Raine: W…why…?
Skye: You attacked me. I was defending myself. (Stands) But this time, I’m being generous. I’ll let you live as long as Lucifer backs off.
Raine sits up and watches as Skye walks away. The camera fades out.
Scene XXIII
Mercenary: He’s at Bargate Prison! For Skorm’s sake, just let me go now!
The camera opens up on Eve and Kale, who has his foot over the mercenary’s neck. He looks towards Eve.
Eve: He’s telling the truth.
Kale nods his head and places his foot by the mercenary’s head. The mercenary exhales and sits up, sweat dripping down his face. He looks towards Eve and Kale, slowly laughing.
Mercenary: Man, I thought you two were gonna kill me.
Before the mercenary can stand, Kale kicks his leg up, connecting with the man’s jaw, breaking it. The mercenary falls backwards and reaches for his jaw and begins to squirm on the ground, blood dripping from his mouth. Eve and Kale begin to walk away. Kale reaches into his pocket and touches his guild seal.
Kale: Skye, we found out where (Hero) is being held.
Skye: Where?
Eve: Bargate Prison. He obviously went looking for his mother and was captured by Jack.
Kale: Around the same time the guild was attacked.
Skye: Think it was planned that way?
Eve: It might have been. We don’t know yet. Anyways, we’re on our way back to the guild.
Skye: Alright, I’ll be there soon.
Kale touches the seal one more time and pulls his hand out of his pocket.
Kale: Ok, so we have to be extra careful now that (Hero) is jailed.
Eve: Couldn’t we just mount a massive rescue operation? Get him and his mother out of there?
Kale: Could. But if Jack is staying there, then we really wouldn’t stand a chance. As Tobias would say, it’d be wiser to wait and see what happens.
Eve, sighing: I guess you’re right…
The camera fades to black.
Scene XXIV
The camera fades in on Bargate Prison Island. Distant screams are heard. On one of the walls, two guards are dumping three bodies into the water. The camera follows the bodies as they hit they water. The camera then pans back up as the guards wipe their hands and leave, laughing. The camera fades out then fades back in on the prison cells and zooms in on (Hero), who is sitting in a dark corner. His back is covered with scars, his head is finally growing some peach fuzz. The camera pans over to the door. The door creaks open as Jack enters the room. The camera sits in one of the cells as Jack walks by. The camera then cuts over to (Hero)’s cell. He turns and faces Jack.
Jack: Are you going to be cooperative and tell me what I want, or are you going to be stubborn like your mother?
A moment passes. Jack sighs and steps back.
Jack, disappointment filling his voice: You are truly a sad man. I’m surprised you’ve stayed alive this long.
(Hero) turns and charges the bars and puts his hands through, reaching for Jack’s neck, his face contorted in anger.
Jack, a sadistic nature filling his voice: Always trying to kill me when you are horribly out beaten. (Sighs) Oh well, I guess you’re just like your sister, always quite and always looking. No wonder she lost her eyes.
Jack grabs (Hero) by the wrists and squeezes. (Hero) screams and squirms in pain and drops to his knees, electricity sparking from the contact point. Jack releases his grip and (Hero) drops to the ground, twitching.
Jack, turning: At least your mother gave more of a…pleasurable scream.
Jack begins laughing and heads back towards the door. The camera follows him out but is stopped by the door slamming shut. The camera pans over to (Hero) as he is lying on the ground, twitching. The camera fades out.
Scene XXV
The camera opens up on the guild mess hall as six heroes sit at the table. Tobias is going over some books while Skye checks some old scrolls. Clove gives some pointers to a few students while Eve and Allia talk. Kale is slowly drifting.
Tobias: This book says that the two gods exist Skye.
Skye: Despite the rumors?
Tobias: Yes, but it’s only one book and well…I think the majority out-weighs one book. (Closing the book) What about the scrolls?
Skye, rolling a scroll up: Nothing. The farthest they date is back to the Harvest War.
Tobias: Maybe anything before then was lost with the Old Kingdom?
Skye: Wouldn’t surprise me. (Crossing his arms) Where was the Archeologist going exactly?
Kale, opening his eyes: Off to Samarkand…
Skye, standing: Then that’s where I’m heading.
Tobias, standing up also: I’m going with you. I’m curious about what he has to say.
Eve looks at Skye and smiles. Tobias walks up behind Allia and hugs her tight.
Tobias: We’ll be back dear.
Allia: Be careful.
Skye: We always are.
Allia giggles and watches as both Skye and Tobias disappear in a flash of light. Eve stands and smiles.
Eve: I think I’ll take a quest…
Kale, standing and stretching: Me too.
Both Kale and Eve head towards the map room and Clove looks towards Allia, smiling.
Clove: Wanna help me teach today’s lesson.
Allia: Sure, why not.
The camera starts to pan out as Allia and Clove step out of the guild mess hall.
Scene XXVI
The camera fades in on the Greatwood Bridge. The camera pans around and stops on a bard. The bard is wearing a long hat, the rim covering his face. He is wearing a dark green cloak and is playing a lute, beautiful music flowing from it. The bard sings a song. The camera pans over to the Eve, who is walking across the bridge. She is holding a quest card.
Eve, looking down at the card: This might be an interesting one.
The camera pans in on the card. The description reads ‘Wanted: Murder, grand theft, burglary, kidnapping, and playing horrendous music in a public place. Last seen somewhere in Greatwood.’ The camera pans up to show an artist’s depiction of the bandit. His features are handsome looking. His hair is short and spiky and he has a little goatee. The camera pans back to Eve’s face.
Eve: He’s kinda cute actually…
Eve’s voice drifts as she finishes crossing the bridge and hears the bard’s music. She stops dead in her tracks. The camera pans over to the bard, who notices that Eve has stopped dead. The bard grins, puts away his lute and walks over to Eve.
???, holding out his hand: ‘Ello miss. My name is Jarid. And what might yours be?
The camera cuts to Eve’s face as she blushes. She takes his hand and says her name.
Jarid, pulling Eve close: What a lovely name. What do you say that you and I go find a nice shady tree and just…sit.
Eve blushes and giggles some more as they walk towards the tree.
Jarid, glancing down at the quest card: So…who are you looking for?
Eve, startled: Oh, this? (Lifts up the quest card) Some bandit bard.
The camera pans over to Jarid’s face as he sweats a little.
Eve: But that can’t be you. Your music is too sweet.
Eve smiles at Jarid and he returns her smile. Both get to the tree stump and sit. Jarid wraps his arm around Eve and she leans closer to him.
Jarid: So, I take it as you graduated from the guild, yes?
Eve nods her head yes. She looks up at him and he looks at her. Their eyes lock. She leans closer and their lips meet. Jarid falls forwards a little, pinning her. The camera follows his hand as he reaches for Eve’s gold pouch. He snags the pouch and stealthily takes it away. He pulls away from Eve and looks up.
Jarid, calmly: Well, look at the time. I really must go. I have a show to perform at Oakvale.
Jarid gets up and heads towards Oakvale. The camera pans back to Eve, who is smiling. As she gets up, she doesn’t hear the rattle of her coin bag.
Eve, confused: What the hell?
Eve feels for her pouch but can’t find it. She looks off in the distance as the bard walks away. Eve mutters under her breath. The camera pans up to her face, her eyes glaring. The camera then cuts to her backside as she reaches for both blades. The camera pans out in front of her as she removes both blades and chases after him.
Jarid, grinning: Always too easy.
Jarid turns as he hears footsteps behind him. As he turns, he sees Eve running towards him, both her blades sticking in the ground. His eyes grow wide with fear. The camera pans over to Eve’s legs as she’s running, the swords digging in the ground. The camera pans up. Eve jumps up, swinging both swords up with her. Jarid raises his left arm. He feels a sharp pain tear through his left forearm. He screams in pain as his forearm drops to the ground. He drops to his knees, holding the bloody stump. The camera focuses on the severed forearm, blood seeping the dirt. The camera pans up to Eve, one of her blades covered in blood and the other pointing at the Jarid’s neck.
Eve, her voice cold: I would highly suggest that you hand over my gold before I sever something more than just an arm.
Jarid grins, and reaches for his lute. As he swings the lute, it splinters and cracks in half. He screams again and drops the tail-end. He then feels cold steel on both sides of his neck. The camera pans over to Eve, who has her blades in scissor formation.
Eve: Final warning. Hand me the gold.
Jarid starts stuttering.
Eve: One.
Jarid’s eyes grow wider.
Jarid, his voice shaky: You wouldn’t…
Eve: Two.
Jarid, his voice filled with fear and sadness: You couldn’t!!
Eve: Three.
The camera pans up as Eve finishes the swing, removing his head. Jarid’s head falls to the side, blood squirting from the wound. His body falls backwards. Eve sheathes her blades and reaches for money pouch. She picks up the money pouch and walks over to the severed head. She lifts up the quest card and matches both faces.
Eve: Hmm…
Eve throws the head up into the air and punts it, sending the severed head over a cliff. She then grabs the tail-end of the lute, removes one of the strings and pockets it. The camera slowly fades out as she leaves.
Scene XXVII
The camera opens up on Tobias and Skye as they stand back to back, surrounded by shadows. Skye has both of his longswords out and Tobias has two fireballs at the ready. Tobias looks over his shoulder to look at Skye.
Tobias: This…this was a really bad idea!
Skye: Yeah, no ***! We just have to get out of here! Ready?
Tobias, nodding his head: Ready!
Skye lunges at the shadows while Tobias throws both fireballs. The camera cuts to Tobias as he rushes forward past the burning shadows and ducks under an axe swing. He reaches for his cutlass and slices the shadow in-half. He then stands to his feet and launches a wave of lighting, striking another group of shadows and they vaporize. He then disappears and then reappears behind another group of shadows. He quickly cuts them down. He looks off to his right more shadows quickly appear. Tobias swears under his breath, sheathes his blade and begins to charge his will.
The shadows rush at Tobias. He quickly drops to one knee and slams his fists into the ground, a whirlwind surrounding him. The shadows are picked up off of their feet and flung into various objects, disappearing upon impact. His eyes then widen and he quickly throws up a physical shield as a group of swords slam in to him. Tobias drops to the ground and releases a ring of fire, engulfing the shadows. He then stands, unsheathes his cutlass and rushes forward.
The camera pans to Skye as he leans back and then steps to the side, avoiding the shadow’s scimitar. He then knocks the blade from the shadow’s hand and slams both blades through the shadow. He then rips the blades outwards, connecting with two more shadows behind him. All three quickly vanish and he rolls to side as a hammer slams into the ground. The shadow raises the hammer above its head and swings down. Skye swings both blades, deflecting the attack. The shadow stumbles backwards and Skye drops both of his swords and runs at the shadow, tackling it to the ground. He pins the shadow, brings both hands together, raises them above his head and brings them down, crushing the shadow’s head and cracking the ground beneath it.
Skye then quickly stands and is kicked in the back. He falls to the ground. He rolls onto his back and puts both arms together as a cutlass slams down onto the iron shielding. Skye then pushes the shadow off of him and flips up. The shadow charges Skye and he steps to the side, grabs the shadow’s arm, twists and quickly throws his elbow into the shadow’s face, sending it to the ground. He then steps over it and brings his foot down, caving in its face.
The camera then pans out as Tobias finishes off the last shadow and looks at Skye, who is sheathing both of his longswords. Tobias dispels his physical shield and walks over to Skye.
Tobias: I have never encountered something like that before.
Skye: Neither have I. (Walking past Tobias) I wanna find him before he tries another trick.
Tobias, nodding his head: Agreed.
The camera cuts behind them both as they step towards the giant stone door, Old Kingdom markings etched on it. Tobias runs his finger across them.
Skye: Well?
Tobias, standing back: Looks like we have to hit the door with some will.
Skye quickly throws his hand out, electricity flying from his finger-tips. The lighting strikes the door and the etching begins to glow. The door then slowly rumbles to life and begins to open. Dust and pebbles fall from the ceiling. Both can hear the archeologist swear and both look towards each other and grin. Both step into the room and walk down the corridor, listening to the archeologist swears draw closer. Both step up behind the archeologist as he pounds on a wall.
Archeologist: Come on! Come on! I know there’s a secret passage here somewhere!
Skye, stepping towards the Archeologist: We need to---
Archeologist, spinning around and reaching for a dagger: Stay away from me!
The Archeologist slices Skye from the left side of his stomach up to his right shoulder. Skye screams, spins around and falls to the ground. Before the Archeologist can make a move on Tobias, Tobias quickly throws both hands out in front of him, sending the Archeologist back into the wall. The knife clatters to the stone ground and Tobias draws his cutlass and holds it under the Archeologist’s neck.
Tobias, angered: I should kill you right here for what you just did, but we need you alive for something.
Archeologist: I don’t know!
Tobias swings the blade out, connecting with the Archeologist’s left arm.
Archeologist, grasping his arm: Argh! What do ya wanna know?!?
Tobias: About the gods…!
Archeologist: Avo and Skorm are nothing but rumors! They were never mentioned in the scrolls!
Tobias: What about the third?
Archeologist: Even he was a rumor! More so then the other two! There’s no way I can prove they existed! Stories change over time!
Tobias swears under his breath and sheathes his cutlass. He motions for the Archeologist to leave. The Archeologist stands and runs off, blood trailing behind him. Tobias kneels by Skye.
Tobias: Hold on buddy. We’ll get you home and patched up soon…
Tobias places his hand on Skye’s shoulder and both disappear in a flash of blue light. The camera slowly pans out and fades out.

Re: Legends: Act II, Part IV
XD I think you might have missed something lol. I don't believe Skye would be checking out his sister at the end of act one nor do I think some of the..."naughty" things they do behind the scenes would transpire also. ![Cheeky [:cheeky:]](/emoticons/cheeky.gif) They are not related. Very close to each other yes. Maybe to the point to where that brother/sister bond could be established though. Should have the third act posted here soon. Just need to finish it up and break it up into parts.

Re: Legends: Act II, Part IV
lol, it's just that in the Salvation rewrite for some reason she came across as his sister in those dream things, or was that someone else? I'm confused now!

Re: Legends: Act II, Part IV
Lol. They are the same person. I think going straight into Salvation without any prior knowledge of the previous events would mess with people. And when I re-wrote Salvation, I had no intention of re-writing Legends. But...I am now! Lol.

Slowly but surely. Third act. Shorter length today.
Act III
Scene XXVIII
Skye, painfully: GAH!
Priest: No, lay back down!
The camera opens up inside the Temple of Avo as two priests sit over Skye, holding him to the ground. Kneeling infront of Skye is Tobias, his hands behind his head. Skye pushes both priests back and quickly sits up, sweat dripping down his body. His upper body is bandaged, blood seeping through the white wrapping. Tobias smiles and places both hands on his knees. Skye rubs his eyes and looks at the two priests, who are standing.
Tobias: Glad to see you made it.
Skye, looking around the temple: Why am I here?
Tobias, smirking: I was afraid Eve would tear me to shreds if I took you back to the guild.
Skye: Shitty reason.
Tobias, slowly standing: Ok, the real reason is because that knife the Archeologist nailed you with? Tainted.
Skye, cocking his head to the side: Tainted?
Head Priest: Yes, with the Shadow’s Curse. Had your guild brother not brought you here, you would have been consumed by the shadows.
Skye, shaking his head, laughing: I find that all very hard to believe.
Tobias: He’s right. It’s an actual force. Nothing like rumored gods and demons.
Head Priest: Hey! We resent that!
Tobias, ignoring the head priest: Though, they only stay at Samarkand.
Skye, slowly standing: Would explain why we haven’t seen them here.
Head Priest, shocked: You can’t be standing yet! You need to rest!
Skye, ignoring the head priest: Think it has to do with that old chapel there?
Tobias: Probably.
Skye, grabbing his shirt: What about the ***?
Tobias: Let him live. The guild still needs him. For what, I don’t know.
Skye, throwing on his cloak/scarf: Did he say anything about Avo and Skorm?
Tobias: No. Just rumors.
Head Priest, even more shocked: His light blesses us all and protects us from the D !
Skye, grabbing his two swords: I take it the third god is a rumor too huh?
Tobias: Yup.
Skye sighs and watches Tobias pulls out ten gold coins and places them in the donation cup. Tobias then turns to Skye and nods his head. Both step out into the cold rain.
Skye: Now what?
Tobias: Head back to the guild and continue like we were.
Skye: So, we wait for (Hero) to free himself then?
Tobias: Yeah.
Skye: He better do that soon.
Tobias nods his head as balverine cries are heard in the distance. Both then disappear in a flash of blue light. The camera fades out.
Scene XXIX
It has been a full year since (Hero) was captured by Jack of Blades. The six heroes have continued questing, Skye’s wound kept secret and the threat of the shadows also hidden from the guild. (Hero) has escaped and now makes his way towards Darkwood to activate the cullis gate there and make his way to Hook Coast.
The camera opens up outside the chapel of Skorm as screams are heard, quickly followed by a red flash of light springing forth from the doorway. The camera then pans inside the chapel as two disciples stand over the smoking remains of a trader.
Disciple #1: What a gullible fool.
Disciple #2: Indeed.
Both begin to laugh again and the camera cuts outside the chapel. Standing up against one of the chapel's pillars stands a man dressed in a dark robes, the hood up and his arms crossed at his chest. He removes his hood, revealing his face. His eyes are a dark green, his black hair slicked back. He smiles to himself and steps inside the chapel. Both disciples turn to face him as the figure clears his throat.
Disciple #1: Ah, another follower. Bring us...a donation and Skorm shall be pleased.
???, holding his hands out to the side: Ah, but I do have my...donations with me.
Disciple #2, confused: I do not see any donations with you…?
???: But I do.
Before the two disciples have a chance to react, the figure reaches for a knife and lunges at the first disciple, jamming the dark blade through his throat. The disciple stumbles back and reaches for his throat, blood quickly filling up his mouth. Before the second disciple can react, the figure ignites him. The disciple screams, steps back and falls into the water below, the fire being put out. The figure walks over to the ledge and watches the disciple for a minute. He then snaps his finger and the water begins to boil and steam.
The disciple begins to scream as the scolding water burns off his flesh. The figure then reaches down into the water and pulls him up, steam floating off of the disciple’s body as he whimpers in pain.
???: You’ve never experienced true pain have you? Nothing more then a posh twit are we? Heh…
The figure drags the disciple over to the altar, dunks his head into the bowl of water and reaches for another knife, jamming it through the back of the disciple’s neck, killing him. He then grabs the back of the disciple’s head and throws him over the railing, the corpse hitting the water. The figure drinks from the bowl, red water flowing down his chin. He then throws the bowl to the side and it shatters against the wall. The figure wipes his chin and hefts the other body over the railing. He then turns towards the entrance and snaps his fingers.
The water begins to boil and steam and the stench of burning flesh fills the air. The figure inhales and exhales, smiling to himself as he steps out into Darkwood. The sky is blood red and the trees are black with soot. He then looks off to the side as Raine steps through the dead brushes.
???: Is our little trap set for Skye?
Raine, bowing: Yes, Lord Lucifer. The quest card has been taken and his little pet will be at Ruon Peak shortly.
Lucifer: . I shall meet them. Get Dante, Lana, Corrine and yourself to the bandit king’s camp. I have a strange feeling that this cullis gate is about to become active.
Raine bows and disappears in a flash of red light, followed by Lucifer. The camera then cuts to (Hero) as he parries a greataxe swing and spins around the undead, splitting the undead in half. He then rolls backwards as the greataxe slams into the ground. (Hero) spins around, charges a fireball and tosses it, destroying the last undead. He looks over his shoulder as the cullis gate activates. He sheathes his longsword and steps into the portal.
The camera cuts to Eve as she steps onto the cliff of Ruon Peak. She steps out to the ledge and looks around. The camera cuts to her perspective. Green trees cover the land and the ocean glistens in the sun. The camera then cuts to her front as a slight wind blows and she sweeps her hand through her hair, smiling.
Eve: It’s so beautiful up here.
Lucifer: Indeed, it is.
Eve quickly turns around, slightly surprised.
Eve: You must be my contact. (Begins to walk towards Lucifer) What needs to be done?
Lucifer, smirking: Just a little job…
Lucifer throws his hand out in front of him, launching a fireball at Eve. She quickly rolls to the side and draws both blades, pointing them at Lucifer.
Eve, angered: You ***…I knew something was wrong when I took that card!
Lucifer, reaching for a shortsword: Yet you couldn’t resist the gold and fame that came with it.
Lucifer charges forward and swings twice at Eve. She deflects both blows and stumbles back as Lucifer kicks her in the chest. She then quickly ducks under the third attack and slams the butt of her sword into his stomach. Lucifer grunts, stumbles back and falls backwards. Eve stands and points both blades at him.
Eve: Give up now and I’ll let you walk away with your life.
Lucifer, smirking: You really do believe that, don’t you?
Before Eve can answer, Lucifer throws his hand out and sends Eve back with a rush of will. The camera cuts behind Eve as she slams into the ground. Lucifer stands and throws his shortsword at Eve. The blade cuts across her right cheek as she sits up. She yells and leans to the side reaching for her face. Lucifer swears under his breath and draws a longsword. Eve looks back towards him, anger and fear in her eyes. Lucifer smirks as he slowly steps towards her.
Lucifer: And now, Skye will lose his valuable pet…
Eve looks up to Lucifer and looks away as he raises the blade over his head. Before he swings it down, he is quickly knocked backwards with a rush of will. The sword clatters to the ground and Lucifer spins around, falls to his hands and looks over his shoulder. Standing in front of Eve is Skye, who is drawing his second longsword.
Skye: That was a mistake drawing her into this. The same with Kale, Tobias and Allia.
Lucifer, standing: But it worked. You came and found her. Now, I can eliminate two birds with one stone!
Lucifer rushes at Skye. As he draws closer, Skye quickly side-kicks him in the chest, sending him back. Lucifer hits the ground and rolls to the side as Skye slams his first sword to the ground. Lucifer swings his leg out, tripping Skye. Lucifer then rolls backwards, stands and upper-cuts Skye as he stands. Skye is picked up off of his feet and he slams into the ground, the air being knocked out of him. Lucifer then steps over Skye, grins and raises his fist into the air. Before he can bring his fist down, Skye throws out both hands, launching two fireballs at Lucifer.
The camera cuts to the side as both fireballs ignite Lucifer’s robes. He begins to scream and pat at the fires, trying put them out. Skye sits up, throws both hands back and then throws them forward, a wave of lighting exploding from his finger-tips. The arcs of lighting strike Lucifer and he falls to his knees, screaming in agony. Skye slowly stands and watches as the fire slowly engulfs Lucifer. The fire smolders out and Lucifer falls forward, smoke lifting up from his body. Skye grabs both of his swords and sheathes them. He walks over to Eve and helps her up. Before they can both hug each other, Lucifer quickly stands, runs up behind Skye, grabs the back of his collar and throws him to the ground behind him.
Skye hits the ground with a thud and rolls to a stop. Lucifer then turns to face him and quickly stomps his foot to the ground. The cliff begins to shake and crumble. The piece of earth behind him gives away. Eve yells as she falls with the shattered earth. Skye stands and rushes at Lucifer. Lucifer steps to the side, slams his fist into Skye’s stomach, grabs his cloak/scarf and throws him off the ledge also. He looks over the ledge and smiles to himself as Skye disappears into the thick cloud cover. He then disappears in a flash of red light.
The camera cuts to Skye and Eve as both fall. Eve looks up and spots Skye, who spots her. Both reach out for each other, barely grabbing each other’s hand. Skye pulls himself closer to Eve and embraces her. Before she can say anything, both dematerialize.
The camera opens up on the guild woods as Skye and Eve both materialize from thin air and drop into the lake. A few moments pass and Eve quickly surfaces, followed by Skye. Both pull themselves up from the water and sit on the ground. Skye falls backwards and begins to laugh while Eve looks towards the lake, her eyes wide with surprise.
Skye, slowly stops laughing: Haha heheheh…I’m surprised that worked!
Eve, slowly looking at Skye: What…the hell…just happened Skye?
Skye, sitting up: One of the few tricks I picked up in Samarkand after graduation.
Eve lurches forwards and throws up. Skye quickly lunges forward and slowly starts rubbing her back.
Eve, wiping her mouth: And a normal teleportation wouldn’t have worked?
Skye, bringing Eve close: No. Slamming into the cullis gate would have killed us.
Eve pushes Skye away and throws up again.
Skye: Hey, you ok?
Eve, slowly sitting up, shaking: Hold me please.
Skye brings Eve close and begins to rub her arms, comforting her.
Eve: Whatever you do…please don’t have me along for the ride when you…when you---
Skye, cutting her off: Teleport?
Eve, slowly looking towards Skye: Yes.
Skye, looking up: Well, we better head to the dorms. Get dried off.
Eve, slowly nodding her head: Agreed.
Both slowly stand and make their way towards the guild.
The camera cuts to (Hero) as he hands a book to the guildmaster. The guildmaster nods his head and watches (Hero) step into the cullis gate and disappear. He then looks over his shoulder as he spots Skye and Eve come walking up from the mess hall.
Guildmaster: Enjoy the dip?
Skye, smirking: In our clothes? Oh yeah. (Looks at Eve) I’ll meet you upstairs.
Eve nods her head and walks up the stairs. The guildmaster turns his attention to the map table and sets the red book down. Skye leans on the map table, quickly skimming over the page.
Skye: What…is that?
Guildmaster, slowly running his fingers down the page: This? This is the Thaumaturgica.
Skye, confused: The what…?
Guildmaster, laughing: It is an old book. Hexes, spells, barriers...
Skye: Then…why do you have it?
Guildmaster: There is a key in Hook Coast, which can be used to unlock a very powerful sword. A sword Jack is after. However, there is a barrier blocking any access to the key. (Hero)’s mother found something in Maze’s tower but she was quickly kidnapped by Jack. However, the book remained here.
Skye: So…this book can take down the barrier at Hook Coast?
Guildmaster: Correct.
Skye: Huh. Well, I need to go dry myself off. Let me know how it goes.
The camera slowly starts to pan out as Skye walks up the steps. He stops mid-way and looks over his shoulder as the guildmaster begins to speak in an ancient tongue. Skye just shakes his head and continues to the dorms. The camera fades to black.
Scene XXX
Guildmaster, stunned: You’re back! Things are far worse then I had feared.
The camera opens up on (Hero) as he steps off the cullis gate and is greeted by Skye. Skye crosses his arms as (Hero) stands next to him.
Guildmaster: Maze’s betrayal surprised us all. But we have larger problems. Jack is trying to activate the ancient focus sites across Albion!
Skye, looking towards (Hero): Eve, Kale and Briar are at the Witchwood site. Tobias, Allia and Thunder are in the hobbe cave. Clove is at Greatwood lake and I’m about to make my way towards the site in Gibbet woods. (Grabs onto Hero’s shoulder) Hopefully he doesn’t make it that far.
Skye releases (Hero)’s shoulder and steps through the cullis gate, disappearing in a flash of blue light. (Hero) returns his attention towards the guildmaster.
Guildmaster: You must stop him at all costs. I will explain more over your guild seal. Now step through the cullis gate!
(Hero) nods his head and quickly steps through the cullis gate. The guildmaster sighs and calls for a guild teacher. The camera pans out as the teacher reaches the guildmaster and the camera fades out.

Legends: Act III, Part II
Just finished up Legends today, so more parts might start showing up much more quickly. Idk yet. Anyways, second part to the third act.
Scene XXXI
The camera shows all the focus sites. Clove is picking off undead and minions from a safe distance with her bow. Around her, guild trainers, town guards and some brave villagers hold off minions and undead but are barely holding their own. The camera fades in on Witchwood. Kale, Briar Rose and Eve fend off minions and balverines, the focus site behind them active. In the hobbe cave, Thunder, Tobias and Allia also have their hands full, not only with minions but the displeased hobbes of the cave, the other focus site active.
The camera cuts inside the guild as Jack of Blades removes his sword from an apprentice’s throat. He wipes the blood off of his sword, throws Scarlet over his shoulder and then walks towards the library. The camera cuts behind him as he stops, the guildmaster blocking his path.
Guildmaster: You won’t get any farther Jack.
Jack: Oh really?
Before the guildmaster can strike at Jack, Jack kicks him in the chest. The guildmaster lurches forward and stumbles back. Before he can regain his posture, Jack back-hands the guildmaster, sending him into a bookcase. The guildmaster falls to the ground, books tumbling down on him. Jack laughs to himself as he watches the guildmaster attempt to stand.
Jack: It was foolish of you to even try to stop me. You will be the first to feel my wrath Weaver.
Jack enters the Chamber of Fate. The camera cuts to the cullis gate as Skye and (Hero) come running off the pad. Both look around.
(Hero), angered: Goddamn him…
Skye, kneeling by a dead apprentice: He even killed the younger students… (Looking at Hero) We need to move.
(Hero) nods his head and both run towards the library and stop in horror as they watch the guildmaster slowly sit up, his breathing pained. (Hero) slowly walks towards the guildmaster as Skye looks around.
Guildmaster, painfully: There…there was nothing we could. He has power like none I have never seen…
(Hero) kneels by the guildmaster as Skye walks along the opposite bookshelf, running his hand across the books.
Guildmaster: And he has your mother and sister too! If either of them dies, then Avo help us! (Places hand on Hero’s shoulder) Stop him lad, for our sakes. Stop him!
(Hero) looks towards Skye and nods his head. (Hero) stands and walks towards the Chamber of Fate, followed by Skye.
The camera cuts inside the chamber as (Hero) and Skye step in. In the center of the chamber is Theresa and Jack, who is holding Scarlet Robe in a choke hold, his blade at her neck. Sitting over a swirling black void is the Sword of Aeons. Both (Hero) and Skye step closer. Skye draws both blades as (Hero) places his hand on the hilt of his.
Jack: Oh. What a touching family reunion. The mother, the son, the daughter and the…sword. There’s only one thing missing.
(Hero): Don’t do it Jack…
Jack laughs and slits Scarlet Robe’s throat. Both (Hero) and Skye watch in horror as she slowly slumps to the stone floor, blood seeping from her wound. Jack runs his gloved hand across the obsidian blade. He then reaches for the hilt and removes the sword from its resting place. He holds the sword up into the air and slowly brings it down and points towards (Hero) and Skye.
Jack: It’s your blood next! Then I will make this world burn!
(Hero) draws his longsword and rushes at Jack, quickly followed by Skye. Jack steps to the side as (Hero) swings his sword down. Jack slams his elbow into (Hero)’s back, knocking him to the ground. He then quickly parries one of Skye’s blades, knocking the sword from Skye’s hand. He then knocks Skye off balance and slams his palm into Skye’s chest, sending him flying. The camera follows Skye as he slams into one of the murals and the camera cuts back to (Hero) and Jack. (Hero) stands and swings his sword to the left, connecting with Jack’s arm.
Jack holds out his right hand and through a rush of will, sends (Hero) back. (Hero) tumbles down the steps as Jack begins to laugh, his voice echoing off the empty walls.
Jack, walking towards (Hero): You have no hope of stopping me. (Grabs Hero by the neck) Your bloodline failed once before.
Jack lifts (Hero) into the air, slowly brings the Sword of Aeons back, aiming for (Hero)’s face.
Jack: Such a pitiful attempt.
Before Jack can thrust his blade into (Hero)’s face, he is tackled to the side by Skye. Both land on the ground, with Skye on top of Jack. Before Jack can flip Skye off of him, Skye quickly slams his fist twice into Jack’s mask, slightly cracking it. Jack howls in anger, head-butts Skye, places his knees onto Skye’s chest and flips him off. Skye hits the ground, holding onto his face. Jack stands and raises his foot above Skye’s head. Before he can bring it down, he screams in pain and stumbles up the steps, holding onto his side. He looks towards (Hero) his blade covered in dark-red blood.
Jack, angered: You fools!
Skye stands and both him and (Hero) watch as Jack steps into the center of the chamber and floats up into the air. The ground begins to shake and (Hero) and Skye jump to the side as a stone pillar bursts forth from the ground. The camera then pans out as three more burst from the ground. Skye quickly rushes forward, both swords appearing in his hands. He jumps up at Jack but he is quickly back-handed. He flies into one of the pillars and slams into the ground, knocked out.
Jack: That’s one Old Kingdom pest taken care of. Now I get rid of you!
(Hero) grimaces as he watches four minions appear in front of Jack.
Jack, throwing his hand out: Destroy him!
The four minions growl and (Hero) rushes forward to meet them. He quickly tears through the first one. He then rolls past the second minion and swings up, catching the third minion from the abdomen up to the chest. (Hero) then throws up a physical shield as the minion explodes. He then spins around as the second and fourth minion’s blades slams into his shield, disabling it. He throws out both hands and sends both minions back.
The camera follows the minions as they slam into the wall and quickly explode. (Hero) then turns to face Jack and quickly jumps into the air. Before Jack has a chance to react, (Hero) slams his blade into Jack’s chest. Both fall to the ground. (Hero) stands and removes his blade from Jack’s chest. He then steps back in surprise as Jack slowly stands, grasping his chest.
Jack, stumbling forward: I’ll kill you!
(Hero) steps the side as Jack brings the Sword of Aeons down. (Hero) then elbows Jack in the face, knocking off his mask. Jack yells and then spins to side. The camera cuts to his face. His eyes are a light red; a small scar runs across his cheek. The portal to the void opens in the center of the chamber and the figure quickly smiles at (Hero) and falls into the void, the Sword of Aeons landing dangerously close to the void. (Hero) looks over to Theresa as she slowly shakes her head and stands. She walks over to (Hero) as he grabs the Sword of Aeons.
Theresa: And now comes the choice I spoke of so long ago…
The camera cuts to the side of both as (Hero) examines the blade.
Theresa: Strike me down now with the Sword of Aeons and you will become as powerful as Jack dreamt of being.
(Hero) looks towards Theresa, surprised.
Theresa: Or cast it into the vortex and its darkness will be gone forever.
(Hero) looks towards the void.
Theresa: So…what will you do little brother?
The camera starts to slowly pan out and fade to black.
Scene XXXII
The camera opens up on the guild library as Skye, Theresa and (Hero) step out. (Hero) has the Sword of Aeons strapped at his side. They are greeted by two aprrentices and the guildmaster. All of them smile.
The camera fades to Greatwood, where Clove and a few others are hiding under a bridge. She is bleeding and holding onto her right arm, which is broken. The remaining fighters are also hurt. She and the rest of them hold their breaths as minions pass by and they all exhale when they hear multiple explosions. She looks up and the minions that were crossing over the bridge have blown up, the undead crumpling in their spots. Everybody begins to cheer and the sky slowly fades to blue.
The camera cuts to Witchwood, were Kale is the only one standing, protecting Eve, Briar Rose, and those that couldn’t take anymore. But his moves are getting too sloppy. Eve yells when a minion sneaks up behind him. Before Kale can react, the beast screams, a dark light shooting from its openings. The armor clangs to the ground along with the remaining minions. A balverine jumps from the ledge above them but is instantly gutted by Kale. Kale swings his cleaver to the side and the balverine slides right off. The air is quite except for the distant cheering that is coming from the Knothole Glade and for once in Witchwood’s history, the sky is clear. Kale drops his cleaver, the camera cuts to his face, sweat and blood covering it. He smiles, then passes out. The camera follows his descent.
In the hobbe cave, everyone is tied up and against a wall as minions patrol them. One stops near Tobias. Tobias looks up and without thinking, kicks the minion. Allia yells but nothing happens, except the minion topples over. All throughout the cave, there are echoes of explosions and clangs. The hobbes panic and rush out of the cave, only to be slaughtered by the reinforcements sent from the guild and towns. They get to the holding zone and untie the prisoners. Tobias and Allia hug each other and the room erupts with cheers.
The camera opens up on the Oakvale graveyard, standing there are Skye, Eve, Tobias, Allia, Clove, Kale, (Hero), and Theresa, standing at Scarlet Robe’s grave. After a bit, Skye places his hand on (Hero)’s shoulder and walks away, followed by the rest. The camera fades out and fades in on the dock. Standing on the dock is Skye, (Hero) and Theresa. She hugs her brother and Skye bye and boards the boat that is waiting for her. Skye turns around and walks off, leaving (Hero) to watch as the boat sails away. When the boat is finally gone, (Hero) turns around and walks away. The camera fades.
The camera opens up on Kale as he steps into the map room. He stops at the map table and looks around. He spots a quest card and grabs it. He looks over the card.
Kale: This one might be interesting…
Kale pockets the quest card and quickly leaves the guild.
The camera opens up on Barrow Fields as Kale steps off the cullis gate and begins to make his way towards the old Gray house. He stops as an arrow slams into the dirt in front of him. Kale reaches for his cleaver and spins around, blocking a swing from an obsidian longsword. His attacker jumps back and rushes again. He quickly parries the swing, spins around the attacker and kicks the figure in the back, sending her to the ground. She then quickly stands and turns to face Kale.
She wears dark-leather armor, her dark hair pulled back into a ponytail. Her skin is a ghostly white. She charges at Kale again, her sword at her side. Kale quickly brings up his cleaver, ready to deflect her blow.
The camera opens up on Skye and Eve as Skye slams into a bandit, who is quickly impaled by both Eve’s blades. She twists both swords and rips them out of the bandit. The bandit howls in pain and drops to the ground. Eve and Skye look at each other and nod. Before Skye can walk close to Eve, she quickly screams.
Eve, panicked: Skye, get down!
Skye quickly falls to one knee as a hammer swings over his head. Eve throws both of her hands out, sending Lana back with a rush of will. Lana skids backwards as Skye quickly runs to Eve’s side.
Lucifer, irritated: No matter how many times I try to get rid of one of you, the other is always around, saving them. I’m getting rather sick of it really!
Lucifer steps out from behind a tree, his arms crossed at his chest. He steps next to Lana, who has her hammer thrown across her shoulder.
Lucifer, smirking: But that doesn’t matter now. Your time is near.
Eve: What the hell does that mean?
The camera cuts to Kale as he quickly parries the assassin’s sword strike and kicks her in stomach. She doubles over and Kale grabs her by the back of collar and throws her into a tree. The assassin slams into the tree and slumps to the ground. Kale walks over to the assassin, who quickly leaps up, catching Kale off-guard. She swings her blade twice. Kale leans back, avoiding the first swing but the second swing catches him across the bridge of his nose. He yelps in pain and force pushes the assassin back. The assassin grins and rushes at Kale.
Lucifer, pleased: As of this time, your friend Kale? He’s in a fight for his life. I forgot that your pathetic guild also hires out those of other…tastes.
Skye: Sylena…
Eve, angered: You ***!
Sylena quickly thrusts her sword forward, barely missing Kale’s stomach. She drops her blade, spin-kicks Kale and pins him. She begins to laugh and raises her right arm into the air, a hidden blade springing forth. She brings her arm down, the blade pointing for Kale’s neck. Kale quickly swings his left arm up, catching her right arm.
Lucifer: When she succeeds, she will be warmly welcomed into this new world, while you and the other…scum will burn.
Skye: And if she fails…?
Lucifer: I doubt she will fail.
Kale begins to sweat as the blade draws closer to his neck. He charges up some will and swings his left arm up, a force push slamming into the side of Sylena’s face. She yelps as she is quickly thrown to the ground. Kale slowly stands as does Sylena. Both charge each other. The camera cuts back to Lucifer, Lana, Eve and Skye.
Lucifer: Very soon, this world and everything in it will burn. Have fun trying to get to your friend. (Looks at Lana) Let’s go. I think we wasted enough time.
Skye: Wait!
Skye rushes forward and swings his sword down as Lucifer and Lana disappear in a flash of red.
Skye, angered: Damnit!
Eve, walking over to Skye: We need to find out where Kale is. If Sylena took that card…
Skye, sheathing his sword: Then we don’t have much time. Where did Kale say he was going?
Eve, sheathing her two swords: Off to the old Gray house.
Skye: Then let’s go.
Eve nods her head and both her and Skye disappear in a flash of blue light.
The camera cuts back to Sylena and Kale. Kale leans back as Sylena’s blade grazes his chest. He then reaches out, grabs her arm and pulls her close. Before she has a chance to react, Kale head-butts her. She reels back, drops her blade and reaches for her face, her screams muffled. Kale then round-house kicks her. She is picked up off of her feet and she slams into a fallen log. Kale wipes the blood from his nose and starts walking towards Sylena, who is trying to stand. He clenches his fist and smirks. He then stumbles forward, reaching for his head. He screams in agony as memories quickly flash through his mind.
Kale then shakes his head, dashing the thoughts away. He then begins to walk towards Sylena, who slowly stands. She looks at Kale, fear playing across her face. Kale then stumbles forward, reaches for his head and falls to his knees, screaming in pain, more thoughts and memories quickly flooding his mind. Sylena smiles, reaches for her dagger and walks towards Kale as he lurches forward, screaming. She stands over Kale and begins to laugh. Before she can jam the blade through the back of Kale’s neck, she is quickly knocked to the side by Eve.
The camera cuts to Sylena as she hits the ground and rolls to a halt at Skye’s feet. She looks up to Skye and smiles. Skye kneels down and picks her up by the collar. She grins and spits in his face. Skye then throws her to side. She bounces off of the ground twice and rolls off the edge into the murky water below. Skye wipes the spit off of his face and walks over to the edge of the small cliff and watches as Sylena’s body disappears in a flash of red light. Skye swears under his breath and walks back to Eve, who is helping Kale up.
Kale, painfully: thing you got here when you did. If you two hadn’t, I was screwed.
Eve, quizzically: What exactly happened to you?
Kale: Memories. Lots of them.
Skye: Like what?
Kale: War, death, destruction. (Pauses) My real home.
Skye, surprised: Your real home! Where is it?!
Kale: Cyiana.
Eve: Cyiana? There’s nothing there but small fishing ports, a few villages and one or two towns…?
Skye: And ruins of their Kingdom City.
Kale, nodding his head: Correct. That’s where we have to go.
Skye: You think the answers to the questions are there?
Kale: Yeah, I do think that.
Eve: The let’s head back to the guild and go.
Skye and Kale nod their heads. The camera starts to pan out as all three disappear in a flash of blue light. The camera cuts to black.
Scene XXXIII
Tobias: The next shipping vessel that leaves for Cyiana is in Oakvale. And it leaves in the morning.
Clove, disappointed: We don’t have that kind of money to afford the trip out there…
Allia: Cullis gates?
Tobias: None. Cyiana is the only land out there that isn’t connected to Albion. Probably for measures too.
Eve: Then what do you suggest we do? Stow away on the boat?
The camera opens up on the guild mess hall, which is empty except for the six heroes that sit at the table.
Skye: Better yet. We steal it.
Kale: That might work.
The remaining heroes look at Kale and Skye, surprised.
Clove: I’m not ok with murdering people just to get a boat.
Eve: Then we just knock them out. Throw ‘em over-board.
Before Tobias, Allia and Clove can protest, Skye stands and interrupts them.
Skye: Then it’s settled. Everyone get some rest. We’re up at the crack of dawn.
The camera fades to black.
The camera opens up on the guild veranda as Skye stands at the railing, looking out to the night sky. The moon is full and illuminating the guild grounds, the trees casting faint shadows. Skye wears nothing more then his pants and boots, the cool wind whipping across his bare chest. He looks over his shoulder as Eve clears her throat. She wears a satin white night-gown. She walks up to Skye and stands by him.
Eve: I thought you told us to get some rest.
Skye: I did. That’s what you should be doing.
Eve: The same with you.
Skye ignores her last remark and returns his attention to the star filled sky.
Eve: Skye, what’s bothering you?
Skye: I don’t know. It just feels like something bad is going to happen out there.
Eve, smirking: Bad luck tends to follow us all Skye.
Skye, turning to face Eve: But this is different.
Eve, embracing Skye and looking up at him: And if it is truly different, we can handle it. We always have. Remember the night at the bordello?
Skye, his voice lingering: Yeah…
Eve: We thought none of us would make it out of that situation alive. But we did.
Skye, painfully: Not all of us Eve…
There is a moment of silence that passes. Skye leans his chin on top of Eve’s head while she buries her face in his chest. A few more moments pass and both look at each other. Eve smiles.
Eve: We’ll be fine. We’ve grown stronger, you especially Skye.
Skye nods his head and she giggles. She then kisses Skye. A moment passes and she pulls back and then lightly kisses him again. She then grabs his hand, smiling. Skye smiles back. She then leads him down the steps. The camera starts to pan out as both make their way towards the guild woods. The camera cuts to black.
The camera opens up on the dock, where a boat is sitting. Kale is carrying two bodies off the boat. As he gets to the beach, he sets them down and kicks one in the ribs. He walks back and gets aboard.
Kale: All done. (Looks at Tobias) Ready whenever you are.
The camera cuts over to Tobias, who is standing on the command deck, wearing a pirate uniform. The camera focuses on his face, a giant grin crossing it.
Tobias, with a pirate accent: Gar! That’s not how we talk aboard this mighty vessel! Gar!
Kale rubs his eyes and mutters under his breath.
Kale, hesitant: Gar…ready to leave port captain…gar…
The camera cuts over to Skye, who is standing at the front of the ship, Eve at his side.
Skye, laughing: With more enthusiasm next time Kale!
Kale looks towards Skye and flips him off. Skye laughs and looks back out at sea. The camera pans out as the ship is leaving dock. The camera cuts to the town guards, who are running towards the docks. They finally reach the edge of the dock, but it’s too late. They begin screaming and throw their hats in the water. The camera cuts to Kale as he walks to the edge of the ship. The camera cuts behind him, showing the guards slowly disappear.
Kale: Idiots…
Everybody laughs and the camera pans out as the boat sails into the horizon. The camera fades out.

Moving on to the final act lol. This part has length to it and I do believe the remaining parts after this are much shorter. But I'm not entirely positive lol.
Act IV
Scene XXXIV
The camera opens up on the trading boat as it sails across the calm ocean. Night has fallen. The camera cuts to the ship deck as Skye steps out of the cabin. He walks towards the front of the ship and looks out to sea. He looks over his shoulder as Allia steps out to greet him.
Skye: You’re up late.
Allia, standing next to Skye: I couldn’t sleep.
Skye smirks and a moment passes. Allia then looks at Skye.
Allia: You never did explain why you were wearing the robes of the people that have attacked us…
Skye: I stole it.
Allia: You were able to kill one?
Skye: I got lucky in doing so. He was alone.
Allia: Do you mind telling me what they want?
Skye: They’re known as Skorm’s Band. Their ultimate goal is to release Skorm unto the world.
Allia: And they think Kale is…?
Skye: Yeah, they do. They don’t believe the rumors. They believe Kale is Skorm’s vessel.
Allia: So killing Kale supposedly releases Skorm?
Skye: Yeah.
Allia: If they’re wrong?
Syke: Then they move on, hunting for the next sign.
Allia: Then why are they hunting you?
Skye: I know Kale. Kale trusts me. I could easily turn him in to them.
Allia: But you didn’t.
Skye: No. I believe the gods are false. And since I didn’t help them with their goals, they’re out to get rid of me.
Allia, sighing: And the rest of us…
Skye: Yeah…
A moment passes. Both Allia and Skye look up to the night sky, a shooting star quickly zooming past. Skye looks towards Allia and smiles.
Skye: Make a wish.
Allia giggles, hugs Skye and kisses him on the cheek.
Allia: You always know how to make me laugh. I’ll see you in the morning Skye.
Skye nods his head and watches as Allia returns to the cabin. He then returns his attention the ocean, sighing. The camera fades out.
Scene XXXV
The camera opens up on Tobias, Allia, Clove, Kale and Eve as they stand on the deck, looking out to sea. Eve looks over her shoulder as Skye steps out, yawning and stretching. She smiles at him.
Eve: Maybe you shouldn’t have stayed up so late.
Skye, playfully: Shut up…
Skye walks up behind Eve and wraps his arms around her waist and buries his face in her shoulder. Kale mutters under his breath and walks towards the front of the boat. Clove walks up next to him, placing her hand on his shoulder.
Clove: Excited to be returning home?
Kale: Not really. I just want to find some answers then head back to Albion.
Tobias: Agreed.
Skye, letting go of Eve: I’m going to grab my stuff. Be back in a minute.
Skye steps back into the cabin. As the boat draws closer to shore, the five heroes see smoke rising into the air. Allia looks to Tobias, worried.
Allia: Oh god…you don’t think…?
Tobias: Yeah, I do. Skye! Hurry up! We’ve got a situation out here!
Skye steps out of the cabin, strapping his last sword onto his belt.
Skye: What is it?
Tobias, pointing towards the smoke and fire: Look!
Skye looks out towards the shore and quickly rushes to Kale’s side. Kale looks at Skye.
Kale: Think that’s them?
Skye: No. They wouldn’t leave mess like this…
Eve: Then what would… (Pauses) Pirates…
Skye looks back to Eve and nods his head. Kale looks back to Tobias, anger in his eyes.
Kale, his voice harsh: When are we going to get there!?!
Tobias: I don’t know!
Skye, unsheathing one of his swords: Doesn’t matter! I’m going now!
Eve, running towards Skye: No!
Before Eve can catch up to Skye, he disappears. The camera cuts to the docks as a pirate stabs a poor woman in the back. He removes his blade, snickers and then quickly takes a swig of rum. Before he can wipe his mouth, Skye appears in front of him, his blade at his side. Before the pirate can react, the upper half of his body slides to the docks. Skye then rushes forward.
The camera cuts back to the boat as Kale clenches his fists, energy exploding from them. He steps back to the cabin and rushes forwards. Kale bounds off the ship, cracking the deck. The camera cuts back to Skye as he is cutting pirates down with simple ease. Two rush from his right. He holds out his hand and sends them crashing through a building, killing them. Kale lands behind Skye, crushing a pirate that was attempting to sneak up on him. Skye turns to face Kale and he smiles. Both nod and rush back towards their targets.
Kale rushes towards a small group. The first pirate is impaled by Kale’s hands and is forcefully thrown into two others, knocking them off their feet and pinning them. Kale removes his cleaver and slices the throat of two more in a single swing, blood flying from their wounds. The other two that were pinned by the dead body get up and rush him, only to explode into flames.
The camera cuts to Skye and he parries one blow from a pirate’s cutlass, removes another pirate’s leg and swings up, cutting the pirate across the chest. He moves forward, brings his blade down slicing the final pirate from the bridge of his nose to his navel. The camera cuts to Eve, who watches from the boat.
Eve: For ***s sake!
Eve steps back to the cabin and rushes forward, propelling herself off the boat with a rush of will. Clove quickly does the same and both Tobias and Allia watch on in surprise. The camera quickly pans over to a pirate in a second-story building window, his cross-bow shouldered. He takes aim at Kale and smiles. Before he can pull the trigger, an arrow slams into his neck, killing him. The camera pans to Clove as she hits the ground, rolls to her feet, readies another arrow and quickly fires it off, the arrow slamming into another pirate.
The camera pans to Eve as she knocks away a pirate’s cutlass and stabs one of her blades through his chest. She kicks him off the blade and rushes to the tavern. She then jumps through one of the windows and rolls to her knees, swinging her blades out, cutting two pirates across the stomach, killing them both. She then stands, spins both of her blades and taunts the pirates in the building. The pirates yell and rush at Eve.
The camera cuts to a pirate on the shore. He stops running and catches his breath, blood and bruises cover his face. He pants and looks up. Before he has time to react, Tobias crashes the boat into the beach, splattering the sand with red. Allia hops of the boat, quickly followed by Tobias.
Allia: Nice landing.
Tobias smirks and they remove their weapons and rush towards the battle. The camera cuts to Kale as he is slaughtering all that charge him. He is covered in blood and using the pirate’s weapons against them, his cleaver stabbed through another. He jabs a cutlass through one pirate's eye and then proceeds to use his fists and will.
The camera cuts to Skye as he is surrounded. One pirate rushes towards him, only to be impaled by Skye’s longsword. Skye then quickly turns around and sets another pirate ablaze. Skye spins around, elbows another pirate in the face and sends the remaining ones back through a rush of will. He places his boot on the stabbed pirate and removes his blade, blood flying into the air.
The camera cuts to Eve who is still fighting in the tavern. She is surrounded by bodies. As one attempts to sneak up behind her, she spins her blade around and stabs him, twists her blade and rips the blade out of the pirate’s side. He screams in pain and falls to the side, landing on his entrails. She swings her other blade out, catching another pirate across the chest. She turns around and jumps out a window. The building explodes into flames. She stands up and looks at the burning wreckage as the remaining pirates come rushing out, screaming in pain and aflame. She looks towards Clove, a smirk on her face.
The camera cuts to Tobias and Allia as they’re finishing off the remaining pirates. As four rush toward Tobias he holds out his hand, lightning exploding from his fingertips. The pirates stop in their tracks and begin to scream and flash. Tobias lets off and the pirates fall to the ground. Allia jumps over Tobias and slams down on one that is attempting to stand, her axe splitting his head open. Tobias spins around, his blade aflame. The pirate on the receiving end of sword reaches for his neck and falls to the ground.
The camera cuts to Skye as he removes his sword from the pirate king. He looks over his shoulder as Eve comes up to him covered in soot and blood. She is cleaning off one of her blades with a bandana.
Eve: You shouldn’t be so reckless at times…
Skye, reaching for the pirate’s handkerchief: Then I get no fun. (Begins to clean his longsword) Besides, they might have moved on by the time we got here.
Eve, looking around the destroyed port: Agreed. (Returns her attention Skye) Where to next?
Kale, walking up to Skye and Eve: We head north.
Skye, sheathing his longsword: You sure about that?
Kale: Yeah, I’m positive.
Eve, looking up towards the sky: Then we should probably get moving.
Skye: Agreed. (Cups his hands over his mouth) Tobias, Clove, Allia! Over here!
The camera cuts behind Skye as he throws his hand up into the air and waves, showing Tobias, Allia and Clove where Kale, Eve and him are located. Tobias, Allia and Clove come running up.
Clove: Well…?
Eve: We head North.
Tobias: Which is…?
Kale, grunting: Just follow me.
Kale takes the lead and the heroes follow him out of the small fishing port. The camera cuts up to cloud-covered sky. The clouds quickly become dark and the camera pans down as the group comes across a cemetery. The rusted iron gates are closed and vines grow across them. The gravestones are broken, covered in moss, mud or vines. Others are missing. The trees hold no leaves and the benches are broken. Some of the crypt doors lay open while others have caved in. Clove starts to slow down as Kale and Skye walk up to the iron gates. Skye wraps his hands around the bars and shakes them. Skye then steps back and looks at Kale.
Kale: This is creepy, even for my standards.
Skye: Tell me about it. Any way around this creep-hole?
Kale, looking around: We’d be wasting time getting to the city. Going through here will be easier…
Eve, slightly unnerved: And dangerous.
Skye, looking back at Eve: Then stay on your guard. That goes for everyone else! (Looks back at the rusted gates) We have no idea what’s in here…
Kale steps back as Skye kicks the rusted gates off of their hinges. The gates clatter to the ground, the six heroes flinching. A tense moment passes and Skye looks over his shoulder.
Skye, inhaling deeply: Let’s go…
The camera pans out as the six heroes enter. The camera then cuts to figure dressed in black and crimson robes as he watches the six heroes from a cliff ledge. He then quickly darts out of sight.
The camera slowly pans back to the six heroes as they cautiously step through the empty graveyard. Clove suddenly stops in her tracks. Allia quickly jogs over to her and grabs her shoulders.
Allia: Clove, are you alright?
Clove, shaking: No, something’s wrong…
Tobias, walking towards Clove: What’s wrong…?
Before Clove can answer, she drops to her knees in tears and screams in pain. Allia and Tobias drop to down with her
Eve: Oh no…
A hellish scream pierces the night air. Kale, Eve and Skye draw their weapons and quickly stand to a defensive position. A moment passes. The ground then begins to shake and undead soldiers burst forth, their moans filling the night air. Kale quickly cuts one undead down and kicks another one backwards.
Kale: This can’t be …!
The camera starts to pan out as more undead rise from the ground while others slowly shamble towards them. The camera then cuts to the hooded figure as a wicked grin crosses over his scarred, hidden face.
Allia, panicked: Clove!
The camera cuts back to the six heroes as Clove passes out, the terror and strength of the undead quickly over-whelming her. Tobias swears under his breath and spins around, launching two fireballs at a group of undead.
Tobias, looking over his shoulder: They’ve surrounded us!
Kale, parrying a swing and destroying his attacker: You have any plans Skye!?!
Skye, quickly dispatching two undead soldiers: Yeah, you guys stay here!
Skye then splits another soldier in-half and leaps into the air. Kale swears under his breath, blocks a sword strike and swings his right fist out, caving in an undead’s head.
The camera cuts to Skye as he lands on an undead, crushing it. He then drops low and spins in a circle, both blades cutting through the undead that surround him. He then stands and rolls to the side as a greatsword slams into the ground. His pins the blade with his foot and removes the soldier’s head. He then quickly spins around and blocks a cleaver swing. He pushes the undead back and side-kicks the soldier, shattering its rib cage. He then rolls forward, a greataxe slamming into the ground where he once stood. He quickly stands, parries a sword swing and charges the undead commander.
The camera cuts over to Kale and Eve. Kale swings his fist out, catches one of the undead’s eye sockets and brings it down to the ground with full force, shattering it. He then holds out his hand, creates a fireball and launches it at another undead solider, setting it ablaze along three others. He looks over to Eve, who is counter-attacking each blow the undead send her way. Arms, heads and weapons clatter to the ground. Eve swings her blades up in an ‘X’ formation and catches a greataxe. She kicks out her leg, breaking the beast's spine. The beast growls as it tumbles backwards and breaks apart. She looks over at Kale.
Eve, blocking a sword swing: Where the hell do you think…(Counter-attacks, slicing the undead in half) They came from?
Kale, sheathing his cleaver and grabbing an undead by its arms: Too many for a normal cemetery!
Kale rips the arms off of the undead and sends it back with a rush of will, destroying the undead.
Kale, drawing his cleaver and deflecting an axe swing: Ancient spell perhaps!?!
Kale rolls to the right and kicks his leg out, tripping the soldier. He then stands and splits another one in-half. He then looks towards Eve.
Kale, slamming another undead to the ground: Where the hell are you going!?!
Eve, leaning back to dodge a sword swing: Going to find Skye!
Eve then quickly leaps on top of the undead and begins to gracefully skip across the sea of heads, destroying some as she does so. Kale watches on in amazement. He is quickly knocked back into reality as an axe swing tears through his coat. Kale swears and quickly destroys his attacker. The camera cuts to Tobias as he blocks an attack and sets the attacker aflame. He looks towards Allia, who is covering Clove.
Tobias: This can’t be all of them!
The camera cuts to Skye, who is surrounded on all sides. He looks around, the moans of the undead filling his ears. He grimaces slightly, parries an attack, and spins low in 180 degree circle destroying some of the undead surrounding him. He then stands and spots Eve bounding across the undead and smiles. Eve pushes off of an undead soldier, flips into the air and comes down behind Skye, destroying the undead that was stumbling towards him. Eve stands and both look at each other, smiling. They then return to destroying the undead army.
The camera cuts to Kale as bones lay at his feet. He kicks an undead’s knee out, slams his cleaver into its skull, reaches out, grabs two more and slams them into each other, their skulls becoming dust. He reaches for his cleaver and backs up towards Tobias and Allia.
Kale: Hold them off!
Allia: What?!? You have to be kidding me!
Kale: Trust me!
Kale steps back and begins to charge his will, a dark aura emanating from his body. A large boom fills the air and Kale quickly dashes off, destroying undead as he quickly slams into them, leaving nothing more then bones, dust and steel. Allia looks over at Tobias and Tobias looks back. He nods his head. He pushes the undead back with a rush of will and then begins to concentrate his will, his eyes glowing blue. The camera pans up to the sky; a blue pillar shoots through the clouds. The camera quickly pans down to Tobias as the pillar hits, the undead around him disappearing in a flash.
The camera cuts to Eve and Skye as they parry and counter-attack. Eve looks towards the flying bones and dust and grins. She nudges Skye and Skye looks over. He also grins and both jump out of the way of Kale, who comes to a screeching halt, destroying an undead that was rising up from the ground. Eve and Skye land on his right. All three look at each, smile and return their attention to the undead and quickly separate.
The camera cuts to Kale. He battle charges through three undead, grabs another soldier’s rib cage and throws it into a group of other undead. He spins around, launches three fireballs and sets another group on fire. He then reaches for his cleaver, parries a sword swing, and kicks the attacker in the chest, shattering the soldier’s ribs. He reaches out with his free hand, grabs the undead’s skull, lifts it into the air and spins around, destroying others as his skeleton weapon is reduced to nothing but a skull. Kale then releases the skull, sending it through another group. As Kale finishes his spin, he drops low to the ground, raises his fist into the air and slams it to the ground, sending out a shockwave, destroying a few hundred more undead soldiers.
The camera cuts to Eve as her blades gracefully dance through waves of undead, destroying them. She blocks two blows that come from two axe wielders. She stands there for minute and sends them back with a rush of will. She rushes forward and jumps in the air, planting her feet on the plate armor of an undead lord, knocking him to the ground. She raises both of her blades above her head and brings them down on the lord’s skull. She jumps backwards just in time as a greatsword comes crashing down on the rusted platemail, shattering it. She looks towards her attacker, rushes forward and removes both of the undead’s arms. She then spin kicks the undead in the side, breaking some of its ribs. The undead falls to side and breaks. She leaps backwards, lands on another soldier, taking it to the ground. She rolls to the side as a longsword comes down on the skull. She swings one of her blades and removes the undead’s ankles. The camera watches as the undead falls to the ground and shatters.
The camera cuts to Skye as he quickly and easily dispatches one group of undead after another. Skye then catches up to another undead lord. Both stare at each other. Skye rushes forward and goes to sidekick the undead lord. The lord catches Skye’s kick and Skye is mildly surprised. Skye then quickly takes control of the situation. He jumps and flips in the air, breaking the lord’s grip and removing his arm. As Skye lands, he swings both swords horizontally, breaking the undead’s armor. The lord stumbles back and attempts to regain his balance. Before the beast can, Skye rushes towards him. Skye jumps in the air, sidekicks the undead in the face, breaking part of its skull. Skye then drops to the ground and spin kicks the lord’s head off.
The camera pans up as Skye looks up and notices the necromancer. The man looks at Skye and begins to sweat. He rubs his face and looks back towards Skye. His eyes widen fear, noticing that Skye has disappeared. He begins nervously looking around. He spots Kale dispatching his minions with ease and he looks towards Eve as she gracefully parries each blow.
The camera cuts to Skye as he dispatches one undead after another, heading towards the necromancer. He jumps over an undead soldier, spins his sword behind him, stabbing the beast in the back. Skye then looks up and jumps in the air behind the necromancer. The camera cuts to the man as he watches in horror. The camera focuses on his eyes as they widen with terror. The camera pans down, showing one blade sticking through his chest, quickly followed by another blade. The camera pans back as his eyes move to the right, Skye’s chin leaning on his shoulder.
Skye, his voice cold: What you did, was not very wise…
The camera cuts to the back of both men. In a sudden flash, Skye rips both blades out in different directions, splitting the necromancer in half. A hellish scream fills the air as a dark green ghost rises from the man’s mouth and evaporates. Kale and Eve watch as the undead around them drop to the ground and break. Eve looks towards Skye as he walks towards the edge and steps off the ledge. Eve runs towards his landing spot and stops as Skye lands.
Eve: Controlled dead?
Skye, standing: Summoned dead.
Kale walks over to them, wiping his hands.
Kale: I say we check on the others.
The camera cuts to Allia as she slowly stands, helping Clove up. She looks over to Kale, Eve and Skye as they step closer. Kale swears under his breath as he looks at Tobias, who has passed out. Armor and weapons litter the ground.
Skye: Is he going to be ok?
Kale, lifting up Tobias: Yeah, the lazy *** will be fine. (Grunts) I don’t remember him weighing as much.
Allia: We got surrounded pretty quickly. So, he channeled his will into something big. I had to help support him a bit.
Eve, stepping closer to Allia and Clove: Are you going to be ok?
Allia, shaking her head: Yeah. I’m going to be fine.
Skye: . We need to get moving again. (Looks towards Kale) Where to next?
Kale: We head east. There should be a small village nearby.
Eve: Kale, how do you know all of this if you’ve never been here before?
Kale, walking off: It’s called instinct.
Eve is taken aback by Kale’s comment and looks towards Skye, who shrugs his shoulders. The camera then begins to pan out as the group leaves the cemetery.

I'm glad it feels more natural and relaxed. Twas one of my goals when re-doing it. Anyways, here is a nice shorter bit.
Scene XXXVI
The camera opens up on a small village. The sun is slowly rising and shop keepers make their way towards their stalls to prepare for the day's business. Crate-carriers step out from the tavern, laughing and making fun of each other. The camera cuts inside the tavern as Skye and Eve sit at a corner table, with nothing more then tea in front of them. Eve takes a sip of her tea and sets the small glass back down and looks to Skye, who is looking into his drink, zoning out.
Eve, gently kicking Skye under the table: Hey…you ok?
Skye, slightly startled: Huh? (Looks to Eve) Oh. Yeah I’m fine. Just thinking about all of this.
Eve, reaching over the table and grabbing his hand: This will all be over soon and we’ll be able to head back to Albion and not worry about supposed world destruction, alright?
Skye: Yeah.
Skye stands and Eve finishes off her tea. Skye walks over to the bar, sets down ten gold pieces and walks back to the table as Eve stands and stretches. He grabs his drink and quickly downs it. Both then head upstairs.
The camera cuts upstairs. Clove is calmly sleeping, Allia sitting next to her. At the desk sit Kale and Tobias, who are look over a map of Cyiana.
Tobias: So…we’re at--- (Looks at Skye) Hey.
Skye, smiling: You’re up rather quick.
Tobias, smirking: Yeah.
Skye walks over to the desk while Eve walks towards Allia.
Skye, leaning on the desk: How far out are we?
Kale, leaning back in his chair: A day, day in a half.
Tobias, still looking at the map: If we leave now, we can probably get there by tomorrow morning, if not a little earlier.
Skye, looking towards Allia and Eve: What about Clove?
The camera pans out as Eve slowly removes the cloth from Clove’s forehead and places it in a bowl of cold water. She then rings it out and places it back on Clove's forehead. Allia stands and walks over to Skye.
Allia: She seems much calmer. But after that, I honestly don’t think she’ll be fighting anytime soon.
Eve, walking up besides Allia: Would taking her with us slow us down at all? Would it be wise to leave her and come back for her?
Kale, slightly irritated: I am not leaving her in the hands of a group of people I haven’t met. I’ll carry her.
Kale stands and walks over to Clove. He removes the cloth and gently lifts her from the bed. Tobias stands up straight, stretches and yawns. Skye smiles at him.
Skye: Would you like to lead the way?
Tobias: Yeah. Let’s go.
Tobias takes the lead and walks downstairs, followed by Allia, Eve, Skye and Kale, who is carrying Clove over his shoulder. The camera fades out.
The camera fades in on the six heroes as they stand outside a giant gray stone wall, moss and vines covering it. Kale stands in the front, Clove leaning up against his arm. Skye, Eve, Tobias and Allia stare on in awe. Skye looks over to Kale, who has his attention focused on the giant iron doors.
Skye: So, this is your home?
Kale: Yeah…it is.
Scene XXXVII
Kale nudges Clove over to Allia and walks towards the giant iron doors. He places his hand up against the cold steel and pushes the doors open. They slowly creak open. The camera cuts inside the walled city. Buildings are closed up, others are decaying. Some of the windows are broken, same with the doors. There is a little market zone, rotten fruit on the stands and rusty weapons lay scattered about. Off in the distance lies the castle and in the town center is a statue of the king, which is covered in grim, dust and mud. The king stands on the body of an opposing king, his longsword held high into the air.
The plaque on the base of the statue reads ‘In the name of King Rigius the Third, for standing up to the foes who dare challenge his rule.’ The castle behind the statue is slowly falling apart. The six heroes step in and begin to explore. Allia leads Clove to a bench and both sit. Tobias makes his way towards the library while Eve and Skye wander around the market square. Kale walks up to the statue, looks up and drops to his knees. He runs his hand across the plaque, knocking away the dust. He runs two fingers across the etching and then drops his hand to the side.
The camera cuts to Tobias as he steps out of the library, holding an old book and reading it. He walks over to Kale, his index finger quickly scanning across the page.
Tobias, amazed: Can you believe this?!? So much history is here! It’s amazing! Think of the knowledge we can bring back to Albion!
Eve, Skye, Allia, and Clove walk over to the statue.
Tobias, turning to face them: Hell! We could get some mages down here! Construct some cullis gates and bring the scholars! We could even expand the Hero’s Guild!
Tobias slams the book shut and looks towards Skye, a wide grin crossing his face.
Tobias, excitement: I bet they have books and scrolls that date back past the Harvest Wars! Maybe some real information on the three gods!
Skye smiles and nods his head. Tobias walks back to Allia and begins to chew her ear off. Skye walks next to Kale as he stands.
Skye: And you’re positive this is the place?
Kale, nodding his head: Yeah, I am. Let’s check out the castle.
Skye nods his head the group follows behind Kale as they make their way towards the castle.
Eve: I wonder how long this place has been empty…?
Kale: Twenty years.
Eve: Are you sure…?
Kale: Yeah, I’m sure. It all seems to be coming back to me now…
The group walks up the steps towards the castle gates. Kale stops before the gates. Before he places his hands up against the doors, he looks over his shoulder and yells.
Kale: Everybody! Get out of the way!
Skye, Eve, Tobias, Allia and Clove quickly dodge to the side as Kale stands his ground. He then swings his right arm out, deflecting a ball of pure will. The ball of energy slams into some barracks, quickly destroying them. Clapping is heard. The group stands as Lucifer’s voice fills the air.
Lucifer, still clapping: How nice of you to return home so you could die!
Kale then spins around and raises his left arm into the air, grabbing Raine by the wrists. He then spins around and throws her to the ground. Raine hits the ground with a thud and skids to Lucifer’s feet. She slowly stands and steps behind Lucifer. Then Dante, Lana and Corrina appear behind Lucifer also.
Lucifer: How sad, I was hoping that would work. Oh well, I have another method I can use to bring Skorm out.
Tobias, stunned: What the hell are you talking about?! Skorm and Avo are just rumors!
Lucifer, pointing towards Kale: No, they are not…
Kale yells and quickly rushes towards Lucifer. Before Lucifer can react, Kale slams his fist into Lucifer’s face, knocking him backwards. Kale then quickly disappears. Skye draws both of his blades and charges at Raine. Skye kicks her in the chest and then tackles her down the steps. Eve runs towards Lana and jumps into the air. Lana reaches up, grabs Eve’s leg, spins her twice and throws her to the market square. Lana then disappears in a flash of red.
Clove and Corrina both launch arrows at each other and quickly disappear. Allia and Tobias look towards Dante as ghosts quickly surround him. Tobias looks towards Allia.
Tobias: Keep me covered!
Allia nods her head and rushes forward, quickly dispatching two ghosts. Before Dante can strike her down, Tobias throws out his hands, launching a wave of fire towards Dante.
The camera cuts to Lucifer as he slams to the ground near the front gate. As he slowly stands, Kale appears in front of him and quickly knocks him to the ground, pinning him. Before Kale has a chance to cave in Lucifer’s face, Lucifer quickly throws Kale off with a rush of will. Kale lands on his feet and charges his will into his right hand. Lucifer stands and rushes at Kale. As Lucifer draws near, Kale swings his fist out, catching Lucifer in the face. Lucifer is picked up off of his feet and crashes through a decaying building. Kale then charges two fireballs and tosses them at the building. The building explodes into flames. Lucifer quickly escapes the burning hazard by breaking through the crumbling roof.
The camera cuts behind Kale as he looks up at Lucifer, who is slowly falling to the ground. Kale charges another fireball and tosses it. Lucifer swings his arm out, knocking the fireball back at Kale. Kale quickly leaps to the side, the fireball glassing the spot where he once stood. Kale then propels himself into the air with a rush of will, grabs Lucifer by the neck and quickly slams him to the ground, cracking the earth. Lucifer then knocks Kale back with a force push, grabs his coat and throws Kale into the king’s statue. Kale crashes through the statue, destroying it, the rubble falling to all sides. Lucifer grins, spits blood and wipes his mouth.
The camera cuts to Kale as he slowly stands, dust and rubble falling off of his body. Before he has chance to react, Lucifer grabs him by the neck and lifts Kale into the air. Kale wraps both arms around Lucifer’s wrists. Lucifer smiles.
Lucifer: I never fail in my duties.
Kale smirks and spits in Lucifer’s face. Lucifer grunts and wipes the spit and blood away. He then draws a shortsword and points it at Kale’s neck. Before Lucifer can kill Kale, Kale kicks his leg out, his foot connecting with Lucifer’s stomach. Lucifer yells, drops Kale, drops his shortsword and crumples to the ground. Kale then grabs the shortsword and stabs Lucifer between his shoulder-blades. Lucifer then quickly stands, screams in pain and agony and begins to claw at the blade handle, hoping to grasp it. Kale just smirks and side-kicks Lucifer, which sends him into another building. Kale then holds out both hands and launches a wave fire, which engulfs the building. Kale then drops to the ground and begins to laugh hysterically.
The camera cuts to Skye and Raine. Skye leans back as Raine swings both of her blades vertically. Skye then kicks his leg out, connecting with Raine’s chest. Raine yelps, drops one of her swords and is picked up off of her feet. She slams into the ground, the air being knocked out of her. Skye sheathes one of his swords and walks over to Raine as she arches her back and cries out in pain. She looks up at Skye. Before she has a chance to say anything Skye quickly swings his sword down. Raine catches the blade, the steel cutting open her palm. She howls even more and knocks Skye back with a rush of will. Raine rolls to her hands and knees and cries out again in pain.
She looks at her palms, which are torn open, blood seeping down her arms. She looks over her shoulder, stands and quickly swings at Skye. Skye leans back as the blade tears his shirt and he falls onto his back to avoid Raine’s second swing. She then quickly pins him and smiles.
Raine: How much I’ve wanted you…
Raine raises the blade and swings it down. Skye quickly turns his head to the right, the blade barely missing his face. The blade jams into the ground and Raine struggles to free it. Skye smirks and slams his fist into Raine’s face. Before she can even regain her composure, Skye then slams his left fist into her face. She yells in pain and rolls off of Skye. Skye rolls away from Raine and stands, slowly followed by Raine. Both eye the blade stuck in the ground. Before Skye can even lunge at the sword, Raine is already moving. She leaps forward, grabs the handle of her sword and rolls under Skye’s attack. She then quickly spins around on one knee and slices Skye across his lower back.
Skye yells in pain, stumbles forward and falls face first to the ground, his sword clattering in front of him. Before Skye has a chance to react, he feels a sharp pain tear through his right shoulder. She then straddles Skye again and begins to laugh as she twists the blade, enjoying Skye’s screams of pain. Before she has a chance to lean closer to Skye, she is quickly knocked off of his back, the blade also ripping out of his shoulder. Skye then grabs his sword in front of him and he quickly draws his second blade and swings both as Raine rushes him again. She howls in pain and Skye steps to the side as she falls to the ground. She slowly rolls over. There is cut on her face that extends from left eyebrow down to her jaw and another slice the stretches from her left arm to her right arm. She attempts to sit up but quickly passes out. Skye then sheathes both blades and goes to find Eve.
The camera cuts to Eve as she slams into the ground with a thud, Lana standing over her. Lana brings her hammer above her head and is ready to bring it down. Eve rolls to the side as the hammer comes down, the ground cracking. Eve leaps up and swings her blades vertically across Lana’s stomach. She yells in pain, stumbles back and trips over her own feet. Eve jumps on top of her. Before Eve can even get her blades in the air, Lana grabs Eve by the throat and begins to choke her. Eve starts coughing, Lana looking on in glee. Eve opens one of her eyes and swings her right blade and removes Lana’s choking arm, also slightly cutting herself in the process.
Lana yells in pain and Eve tumbles backwards, gasping for air. Lana stands up, grabs her hammer and raises it above her head. Eve looks on in terror. In a sudden flash, the hammer drops to the ground and Lana flies over Eve and crashes through a stone building. The camera cuts to Skye, who topples over next to Eve and looks at her. Eve looks at Skye and smiles. Skye stands and helps Eve up and both rush over towards Tobias and Allia.
The camera cut to Tobias and Allia. Tobias is in a lightning battle with Dante while Allia covers him as ghosts continue to appear. Tobias looks over his shoulder to Allia and nods his head. She smiles, quickly strikes down two more ghosts and rolls to the side. Tobias releases his lightning, allowing himself to be struck by Dante’s. Tobias yelps, is picked up off of his feet and he slams into a low wall. Dante gives a hollow laugh and makes his way towards Tobias. Allia then rushes at Dante and runs past him, her axe cutting him across the chest. He yells in pain and reaches out for Allia, missing her. He then looks to Tobias, who has both of his hands out. Before Dante can do anything, Tobias launches two fireballs. Both fireballs connect with Dante. One sets his robes ablaze; the other begins to melt the steel plating that covers the left side of his face.
Tobias quickly stands, draws his cutlass and rushes at Dante, slicing him across the leg. He then swings up, connecting with the second steel plate. Dante yells in pain and quickly back-hands Tobias, knocking him into the air. Allia yells and rushes Dante. She swings her axe, which jams into Dante’s side. Dante screams again, back-hands Allia and forcefully removes the axe. He tosses it to the side. A hellish scream fills the air and both Tobias and Allia look on in horror as Dante grows twice their size. Dante looks towards Allia and slowly makes his towards her. Before Dante can take another step, two blades jam through his shoulder blade. Dante yells in agony and is he kicked to the ground by Eve, who snuck up behind him.
As he hits the ground, two more blades slam into him, this time from Skye. Both smile at each other and then watch in surprise as Dante slowly disappears, their blades still sticking into the ground. Both Eve and Skye remove their blades and sheath them. They then quickly help Tobias and Allia up. All four begin to walk down the steps to the entrance. They are quickly greeted by Kale. As they step towards the entrance, they quickly stop and spin around as they hear Lucifer’s voice.
Lucifer: You all really think you’ve won that easily?!? Ha!
The camera cuts to front of Lucifer as he holds Clove in a chokehold, a knife to her neck. She is bloody and brusied, tears stream down her face.
Lucifer, smirking: Always more then one way to skin a cat…
Kale yells and quickly rushes at Lucifer. The camera cuts to the side as Kale draws closer to Lucifer. Lucifer releases Clove and lunges forward, plunging the knife into Kale’s stomach. Kale slowly stumbles back, looking down at the obsidian dagger. Lucifer begins to laugh as Skye yells. He quickly draws his blade and swings at Lucifer but is too late. Kale falls backwards and hits the ground with a thud. Clove quickly rushes over to him kneels by him, tears streaming down her face. She then looks to the sky and yells in anger and agony as the camera slowly starts to pan out.

Legends: Act IV, Part III
Coming to a close with this story lol. Just one more part after this and it's done. Now, this part is rather short. Probably the shortest part of them all. It's more exposition then anything else. Just kinda...moves things you could say.
Scene XXXVIII
Skye, angered: Goddamnit!
Skye quickly throws his left arm out to the side, a rush of will quickly bursting forth. The camera cuts to a building as it shatters and then cuts back to the five heroes. Skye sheathes his blade.
Tobias, depressed: Now what?
Skye: I…I don’t know.
Eve and Allia are trying to comfort Clove and pull her away from Kale’s body. Tobias walks over to Skye, who places his hands behind his head and looks to the sky.
Clove: We…we were so close…
Eve, her voice soothing: We know…but we need to wrap him up and head home…
Tobias looks over to Allia, Eve and Clove and walks over to them to help. Skye rests his arms at his side as the blue sky starts to slowly change into a dark red. Eve, Clove, Allia and Tobias all take notice of the lighting change. Thunder cracks through the air and lightning streaks through sky, which is now being covered with black clouds. Skye looks back to Kale. He then slowly turns around. Tobias looks over to Skye.
Tobias: Skye…something’s wrong---
Before Tobias can finish his sentence, Eve, Clove, Allia and Tobias are all knocked back by a shockwave and Skye quickly covers his face. Skye slowly looks up and places both hands on the hilts of his swords. Before he has chance to draw them, he is grabbed by the neck and lifted up off the ground.
Skorm: Your pathetic bloodline still managed to survive, didn’t it?
The camera cuts to the side and pans out as Skorm throws Skye to the side. Skye hits the ground with a thud and rolls to a stop. He coughs and looks towards Skorm, who is clenching his fist. Skorm’s skin is a dark red, black markings cover his face and body. He has jet black hair which is slicked back. He wears an open trench-coat and dark pants, which are tucked into his boots. His longsword is strapped at his side. Skorm looks at Skye and smiles as Skye slowly stands, drawing his weapons.
Skorm: You can’t beat me. Not in this state.
Skye: I’m sure all of us could take you.
Skorm looks around as Eve, Tobias and Allia all stand, their weapons drawn. Clove has passed out. Skorm begins to laugh.
Skorm: Ha! You four think you can beat me?! Skorm himself!?!
Skye, rushing at Skorm: Watch us!
Skye is the first to rush Skorm. Skorm steps to the side and knees Skye in the stomach, instantly dropping him to ground. He then spins around and blocks both of Eve’s swings. He grabs her forearms and twists them to the point to where she screams in pain and drops her blades. Skorm then kicks her in the chest and sends her flying. Eve slams into a fountain and falls forward, breathing hard.
Skorm flinches as Allia slams her axe into his shoulder. Skorm looks at Allia, grins and holds his hand out, sending her back with a rush of will. Allia slams into a building. He then draws his longsword and parries Tobias’ sword strike. Tobias jumps back.
Tobias: I can’t believe the gods are real...
Skorm: You thought we were rumors? Times have changed, haven’t they?
Skorm rushes at Tobias and Tobias rolls to the side as Skorm’s longsword slams into the ground. Tobias then slices Skorm across the side. Skorm howls in anger and back-hands Tobias, which knocks him to the ground. The camera cuts behind Skorm as he walks towards Tobias, who is wiping the blood from his mouth.
Skorm: It was always fighting with us! Always!
Skorm raises his blade above his and swings down. Tobias quickly swings his cutlass up, catching Skorm’s swing. Tobias grunts, pushes Skorm back and back-flips up. He then quickly stands to defensive position as Skorm cracks his neck.
Skorm: Even in that pathetic form, you handle yourself pretty well. Too bad it won’t save you.
Skorm then rushes at Tobias. Before Tobias can counter-attack, Skorm quickly knocks his cutlass away, grabs him by the shirt collar and throws him to the side. Tobias hits the ground with a thud and rolls to a halt. Tobias moans in pain and coughs. Tobias then slowly starts to stand.
Skorm, walking towards Tobias: I would quit trying if I were you brother! You’ve already lost.
Skorm slams his fist into Tobias’ stomach, dropping him to his knees. Tobias coughs up blood falls to the fetal position. Skorm slowly kneels by Tobias.
Skorm: Now, my army will rule over the world! (Stands) But first I have some…pests I’d like to take care of.
Skorm disappears in a red flash of light. Tobias slowly stands, as does Skye. Tobias slowly walks over to Skye and catches him as he falls to his knees.
Tobias: I can’t believe the gods were real…
Skye, painfully: Yeah, how funny…
Tobias helps Skye stand up fully. He then looks at Skye, noticing that a slight red tint is showing up in his eyes.
Skye: He finishes of Skorm’s Band, then he comes back for us. Then he goes for the world. We need to stop him.
Tobias, walking over to Allia: We can’t defeat him in this state. (Hefting Allia up as she stirs) We need to release Avo.
Skye, walking to Eve: Yeah that should be our first goal. (Skye lifts up Eve)
Allia: What’s going on?
Tobias: The three gods are real. Kale was Skorm.
Skye, slowly walking towards Tobias and Allia: I happen to be the third god.
Allia, slightly worried: Then who’s…(Looks at Tobias) No…
Allia quickly wraps her arms around Tobias and begins to cry. Tobias begins to comfort her. Eve slightly smiles.
Eve, sarcastically: How wonderful…
Tobias, looking at Skye: Just killing myself won’t do.
Skye: Then what do you suggest?
Tobias: I sacrifice myself. I know the words. But the minute Skorm finds out, he’s going to come after me to put a halt to it.
Skye: I’ll be a distraction.
Eve: Then I’m going with you!
Skye, looking at Eve: No, you’re too wounded. Plus one of us needs to make it back to Albion and warn the others just in-case Skorm succeeds. That way, Albion stands a chance.
Skye sets Eve down. She wraps her arms around Skye and begins to cry.
Eve: This is shouldn’t be happening…
Skye, comforting her: I know, I know.
A moment passes. A large explosion is heard and the four heroes are knocked back into action. Eve walks over to Clove and picks her up. She then walks towards Tobias.
Eve, determined: I’m going with Tobias. If he manages to get through you, then he needs to get through me.
Skye: But Eve---
Eve, cutting Skye off: Skye, it won’t matter if Allia, Clove or I get back to Albion and warn the others! Skorm conquers here…he conquers the rest of the world!
Allia: I’m going with Skye. Provide what help I can.
Before Tobias can protest, she quickly kisses him. She then leans back and looks into his eyes.
Allia, smiling: All for the of the world. Remember that. I love you.
Tobias: I love you too.
Both kiss again. Skye then looks to Eve and walks over to her. Their lips meet. Skye then pulls back as Allia steps to his side.
Skye, smiling: We’ll do our best.
Eve, smiling back: You better.
The camera starts to pan out as Tobias and Eve walk away. Allia looks towards Skye.
Allia: Where will we find him?
Skye: Skorm will find us.

Fianlly here at the end of the road for Legends. Once again, I'm really proud how this one turned out. Yes, there is a time gap between the final scene and the epilogue. The events from that gap will be explained in the second story.
Scene XXXIX
The camera cuts to Tobias as he sits on his knees and speaks in an ancient tongue. Clove lies at his side while Eve kneels by her, slowly scanning the horizon. A small hole opens up in the clouds and ray of light shines down on Tobias and Eve quickly looks away from the blinding light. The camera then cuts to Skorm as he stops outside the main walls. He looks over his shoulder and growls under his breath. He then disappears in a flash of red light.
The camera cuts behind Skye and Allia as they stand ready, their weapons drawn. Skorm appears in front of them. He draws his blade and growls at them.
Skorm, harshly: I should have just killed you all on the spot…
Skye, smirking: I guess you’ve learned your lesson?
Skorm, anger in his voice: I’ll slaughter you were you stand!
Skorm rushes forward and swings at Skye. Skye parries his first attack kicks Skorm backwards. Allia then rushes forward and slams her axe into the base of his neck. Skorm howls in pain. He swings his fist out and connects with Allia's face. He then rips the axe from his neck and tosses it at Skye. Skye leans to side as the axe flies past him. Skye is then quickly knocked back as Skorm kicks him in the chest. Skye drops both blades and flies into a low wall and slumps to the ground.
A fireball then slams into Skorm's side, scorching his skin. He turns towards Allia, who is charging two fireballs. As he turns to face her, she throws both fireballs. Skorm holds out hands and catches both. Before Allia has time to charge another spell, Skorm throws both fireballs back at her. Allia rolls to the side as the first fireball flies past her. She is then knocked back as the second fireball slams close to her feet. Allia hits the ground with a thud. As she stands, Skorm quickly pins her to the ground with his boot. His twists his foot, digging into Allia’s back. She moans in pain. Skorm then spins his blade around and points it at the back of Allia’s head.
Before Skorm can finish her off, Skye rams him. As Skorm regains his balance he is quickly knocked off of his feet and pushed into a building with a great rush of will. Skye then kneels by Allia and helps her up and hands her axe to her. Skye then pushes Allia down and swings his sword down, splitting a fireball in-half. He then quickly swings his sword in-front of his face, blocking Skorm’s attack. Before Skorm can jump back, Allia slams her axe into his side and twists it. Skorm screams in pain and kicks his leg out, hitting Allia in the chest. Allia skids back and her axe rips out of Skorm’s side.
Skorm then throws out his free hand and pushes Skye back. Skye drops both of his blades and slams into the ground, the air being knocked out of him. Skorm then walks to Skye, grabs him by the collar of his cloak/scarf and throws him to the side. Skye hits the ground and bounces twice.
Skorm, walking towards Skye: I should have stopped your bloodline when I had the chance.
Skorm grabs the back of Skye’s cloak/scarf and throws him in the opposite direction. Skye hits the ground once, rolls to his feet and holds out both hands, his longswords quickly appearing. He then rushes at Skorm and their blades meet.
The camera cuts to Tobias as he slowly raises his cutlass above his head. Another beam of light slams into the ground and knocks Eve and Clove back. Eve rolls to a stop and catches Clove. Eve looks at her and tears start to well in her eyes.
Eve, choking back tears: One of us needs to survive this…
Eve touches Clove’s guildseal and Clove disappears in a flash of blue light. Eve then breaks down.
The camera cuts to Skorm as he pauses, feeling another growth of energy. Skye takes advantage of the situation and slices Skorm across the chest twice. Skorm yells and then lurches forward as Allia slams her axe in-between his shoulder blades. Skye steps to the side as Skorm falls to his knees and then falls to the ground face first. Allia looks at Skye and smiles. Skye sheathes both blades and Allia removes her axe. Both turn around and Skorm quietly stands. The camera cuts to the front of Allia and Skye and Skorm grabs the back of both of their collars and throws them backwards. Both Skye and Allia slam into the ground as Skorm turns to face them. He clenches his fist, energy exploding from them.
Skorm, anger and hate in his voice: I’m going to make both of your deaths slow and f****ng painful!
As both stand, Skorm slams his palm into Skye’s chest and sends him back. He the side-kicks Allia, also sending her back. Skye slams into a building while Allia crashes into a well. Skorm draws his sword and begins to walk towards Skye, who slowly looks up at Skorm.
Skorm: At least your bloodline ends here.
Skorm stops in front of Skye points his blade at Skye’s neck. Allia looks up, fear crossing her face.
Skorm, drawing his blade back: Your existence was a mistake.
Allia then stands and quickly runs towards Skye and Skorm. She drops to her knees and slides in front of Skye and quickly pivots so she is facing Skorm. Her eyes then widen as Skorm’s blade jams through her throat. Skye screams out her name.
The camera then cuts to Tobias as he finishes the last word to the incantation. He brings the cutlass down, slamming it into his stomach. His hands fall to his side and he falls backwards. Eve watches on in fear and begins to mutter to herself as nothing happens. She is then tossed back as a pillar of blue light slams into Tobias’ body, engulfing him. Eve hits the ground with a thud and passes out.
The camera cuts back to Skorm as he looks to the side, his brow furrowing in anger. He rips the blade from Allia’s throat and looks back at Skye. Allia reaches for her throat and falls to the side, tears streaming down her face.
Skorm, angered: When I’m done with Avo, I’m coming back for you!
Skorm stalks off towards Avo and Eve. Skye groans and leans towards Allia and cradles her head in his arms. Tears well up in his eyes, which are now a dark red. Allia slowly reaches up and touches his face, leaving a little blood on his cheek. Her hand then falls to the side and her eyes close. Tears begin to run down Skye’s face. A moment passes. He sets Allia down, wipes the tears from his eyes and looks over his shoulder back towards his new sword. The sword resembles the Sword of Aeons. The handle of the blade is made of fine silver, wrapped in dark-red leather. The blade is made of dark obsidian, ancient markings etched into the blade.
Skye wraps his hands around the red leather and pulls the blade from the ground and looks at blade. He smiles to himself. He spins the blade once and sheathes it. He then disappears.
The camera cuts to Avo as he slowly stands. His hair is slicked back and blonde. His eyes are a dark blue and he wears golden chain-mail. He turns around and walks towards Skorm. The camera cuts behind Skorm as he spots Avo who is walking down the hill.
Skorm: I knew I should have killed you all back there.
Avo: But you didn’t. Nor did you easily get through Skye and Allia.
Skorm: No I didn’t. Too bad the pretty girl had to die.
Avo is slightly shocked but he retains his composure. He starts walking closer to Skorm.
Avo: Balance is needed Skorm. You know this. Neither us can exist alone.
Skorm, irritated: Yet he can?!
Avo: He was meant as a guardian Skorm. He needs no balance…unlike us.
All is silent for a moment. Skorm then lunges forward, sucker punching Avo. Avo drops to the ground as Skorm shakes his fist.
Skorm, watching Avo stand: There won’t be need for balance once I have complete control!
Skorm kicks Avo in the side, sending him flying. Skorm begins to laugh. He then dodges to the side as two balls of light quickly fly by him. Before he can counter-attack, Avo appears in front of Skorm, places his palm up against Skorm’s chest and sends him into the air. Avo then lunges off the ground at Skorm.
The camera cuts to Skorm’s Band as they watch the two gods fight each other from a distance. Raine walks up behind Lucifer, her wounds slightly healed. Lucifer looks over to her.
Raine: We have succeeded?
Lucifer, smiling: Close. We wait for our lord to finish off his enemy, then we greet him. We shall then have a new place in his world!
Skye: I hope you know damn well that Skorm was never going to spare you.
The camera cuts behind Skye as he sits on tree branch. Skorm’s Band all look towards Skye, surprise showing on their faces.
Skye: Surprised to see me?
Scene XL
Skye hopes off the tree branch and lands in front of Skorm’s Band. He takes a step forward while they step back.
Skye: Skorm doesn’t spare anybody. He never does. He never will. I thought that one book made it extremely clear…
Lucifer: How did you survive him?
Skye: Funny you should ask. Remember how they talked about their being three gods? Yeah…
Lucifer, stunned: No…it can’t be.
Skye, looking up to the black clouds: So…let’s say you get lucky and kill me and Skorm gets lucky and destroys Avo. You think he’s actually going to spare you? (Looks back towards Lucifer) You think he’ll let you live peacefully in his new world? I really doubt it...
Lucifer: Lies! (Looks towards Dante, Lana and Corrina) You three! Destroy this heretic and abomination!
Dante, Lana and Corrina step in front of Lucifer and Raine while they both quickly walk off.
Skye, running his hand through his hair: Shall we?
The camera cuts to Avo as he blocks Skorm’s sword strike and Avo kicks Skorm in the face. Skorm falls to the ground, destroying the rest of the statue. Skorm stands up, holds his hand out and launches lightning bolts towards Avo. The camera cuts to Avo as he is struck and follows him down as he crashes through a building. The camera then cuts back to Skorm, who holds out his hand and launches a wave of fire towards Avo, destroying everything it comes in contact with.
Skorm begins to laugh. The camera cuts to Avo as he jumps into the sky and avoids the firewall. He looks down at Skorm and charges him. The camera cuts to Skorm as he looks up. Before he has a chance to move, he is pounded into the ground. The ground collapses, along with some buildings. There is a loud crack and Avo is pushed through the dust and into the air, Skorm following him. Avo stops himself and charges towards Skorm. Both bodies connect and both fall to the ground. The camera follows their fall and they crash through the castle, destroying it.
The camera cuts back to Skye as he steps to the side, avoiding Lana’s hammer strike. He then quickly cuts down one of Corrina’s arrows and deflects a fireball that Dante tossed at him. Skye lunges forward, slams the butt of his sword into Lana’s stomach. He then disappears and reappears behind Corrina and kicks her in the back of the head. Skye then turns to the left and throws out his hand, arcs of lightning exploding from his finger-tips. The lightning strikes Dante and picks him up off his feet. Skye then spins around to face Corrina and sheathes his sword. He quickly swings both arms under hers and lowers his head.
The camera cuts to the side as Lana swings her hammer, connecting with the side of Corrina’s head, the hammer caving in her skull. Skye lets go of her body as she goes flying. Lana screams in anger and raises the hammer above her head. Before she can swing down, Skye quickly draws his blade and swings to left, cutting Lana across her stomach. She howls in pain and drops her hammer. Before she can reach for her wound, Skye jump-kicks her in the chest, breaking three of her ribs. She flips backwards and lands on her face. Before she can stand, Skye jumps into the air and lands on her head, killing her. He then looks towards Dante, who holds out both hands and launches a wave of fire at Skye.
Skye quickly swings his blade down, splitting the flame wall in half. He then rushes at Dante. Before Dante can react, Skye grabs the steel plate on the left side of his face and easily tears it off. Dante howls in pain but is quickly silenced as Skye slams his sword through Dante’s chest. Skye then quickly elbows the last steel plate, caving it in. Skye then removes his sword from Dante’s chest and watches as he falls backwards. Skye then sheathes his blade and begins to follow Raine and Lucifer.
The camera cuts to Skorm as he slams into another building, quickly destroying it. He throws both hands out in front of him, catching the lightning that Avo threw at him. Skorm absorbs the energy and then launches a wave of red lightning back towards Avo and then rushes him. Avo steps to the side as the lightning passes and quickly blocks Skorm’s back-hand. Skorm trips Avo and pins him. He then raises his left hand into the air and brings it down onto Avo’s face. He then repeats the process, the ground beneath Avo cracking and collapsing with each strike.
Skorm: Why! Won’t! You! Die!
Skorm grabs Avo’s neck and begins to choke him. Avo places his hand up against Skorm’s face and ignites a fireball, which engulfs half of Skorm’s face. Skorm howls in anger and pain and falls off of Avo. Avo stands and upper-cuts Skorm into the air. The camera cuts to Skorm as he stops himself in mid-air and quickly puts the fire out. He looks out Avo and yells.
Skorm, anger in his voice: That does it! If I can’t have this pathetic world, then no one can!
Skorm throws both of his arms back and begins to charge his will. The camera cuts to Avo as he slowly shakes his head and does the same.
The camera cuts to Raine and Lucifer as they walk down a hill. Before Raine can say anything, Skye’s sword slams into the back of her throat, killing her. She drops to the ground and Lucifer spins around and watches as Skye removes his blade from her throat. Lucifer yells and charges at Skye. Skye steps to the side as slices his side. Lucifer screams and drops to the ground. Skye sheathes his sword and watches as Lucifer stands.
Lucifer, painfully: We were supposed to be welcomed into his new world!
Skye: You just don’t get it, do you?! Skorm was never going to spare you!
Lucifer, turning towards Skye: Heretic!
Lucifer rushes at Skye and swings. Skye catches Lucifer’s swing, twists his arm and slams his elbow into Lucifer’s arm, breaking it. Lucifer yells in pain. Skye then kicks Lucifer in the side and sends him flying. He then quickly disappears and reappears behind Lucifer. He slams his knee into Lucifer’s back. Lucifer screams again and drops to the ground. Skye grabs the back of Lucifer’s robes and tosses him to the side. Lucifer hits the ground and skids to halt. He slowly stands and watches as Skye walks towards him, clenching his fists. Skye draws closer and steps to the side as Lucifer swings at him. Skye then slams his fist into Lucifer’s face and knocks him back.
The camera cuts to the side as Lucifer slams into a tree and slumps to the ground. He slowly looks up as Skye walks towards him. Lucifer smiles, blood flowing from his mouth. Skye kneels in front of him.
Skye: You never had a chance. From the start, you and your…pathetic gang were ***ed.
Lucifer, smirking: It doesn’t matter if we were ***ed from the start. We still accomplished our goal you fool.
Skye, grabbing Lucifer’s throat: I don’t see how…
The camera cuts to Skorm as he throws both of his hands forward, a wave of dark energy exploding from them. Avo does the same, a wave of light energy exploding from his hands. The camera cuts back to Lucifer and Skye.
Lucifer: We unleashed Skorm. That was all that mattered…
Skye: But you still die.
Lucifer, smiling as he watches both waves of energy fly towards each other: No. For you see…we all die. Our legacy, Avo's legacy…your legacy, it all dies here! All of it! We still won!
Skye lets go of Lucifer’s neck and looks over his shoulder. The camera cuts close to his eyes as he watches both energies collide. The camera fades to white.
Scene XLI
(Epilogue)
The camera opens up on the hooded figure as he watches people go to and from the Snowspire cemetery. He sits with his back up against the marble monolith, one knee pulled close to his chest, his arm lying on his kneecap. He sighs and then stands. He walks away from the cemetery and walks out of Snowspire. The camera fades out.
The camera fades in as the hooded figure walks into the guild. (Hero) looks up, a slight smile appearing across his face.
(Hero): Well, I’m glad one of the remaining heroes has survived.
The figure removes his hood. His hair is jet black and worn in a low ponytail, his bangs hang in front of his eyes.
???, his voice sad and grim: At what costs…?
All falls silent for a moment. The figure then reaches into his robes and pulls out a guildseal.
???, setting the seal on the map table: As promised.
(Hero) grabs the seal and looks up at the figure as he walks towards the doors.
(Hero): Skye, wait.
Skye stops and looks over his shoulder as (Hero) walks up to him. (Hero) grabs Skye’s hand and opens it. He places the guildseal in Skye’s palm and closes it. Skye turns to face (Hero).
(Hero): You deserve this much more then anyone else in this guild Skye. Keep it. Let it remind of you of who you are.
Skye: Which is what...?
(Hero): One of the guild’s best heroes and a protector of Albion.
Skye smiles slightly and (Hero) smiles back.
(Hero): Take care of yourself Skye.
Skye nods his head, pockets his guildseal and walks out of the guild. The camera cuts behind Skye as he walks up the hill at Lookout Point. The camera then stops and watches as Skye slowly disappears over the horizon. The camera then pans up to the blue sky and slowly fades out.
