I just tested what you said recently and here's what I can confirm:
A Hero's Tales Rewards, listed as below:
※ A set of Chicken Suit.
※ Apocalyptic Pink, a 5-star dye.
※ An expression book of Feign Attack.
※ A set of Lionhead tattoos, for head and body.
※ A Hero doll, a doll of your Hero.
Bonus Content, listed as below:
※ A set of Hal's Equipment, a full set armor from headgear to feet.
※ An Energy Sword, known as Hal's sword.
※ A title, free to purchase from any Town Crier, named Master Chief.
※ A new dungeon named Hall of the Dead (can be found in Bloodstone, at pier).
※ A legendary Cutlass named The Wreckager (can be found in Hall of the Dead dungeon, see above).
These suggestions are divided to fit into two type of users, which are:

LCE Users with Bonus Content
I assume you already have:
- The treasure chest next to the
Cullis Gate in the
Chamber of Fate remains intact, means the chest has never been opened/used before. Note that you don't have to start a new game, as long as the chest remains intact and never been opened before. Otherwise you should (and have to) start a new game with a new Hero.
- All the rewards
redeemed. To redeem reward(s), in the end of
A Hero's Tales after you chose one ending option, there's a screen telling you how you can redeem your reward. Follow the on-screen instruction and sign-in with your gamer profile to redeem the reward(s). Note that you don't have to have all the rewards available, just make sure any reward(s) you've achieved is redeemed in order to make that/those reward(s) to be valid and linked to your gamer profile.
- The
Bonus Content downloaded. The content is stored in Fable II section, under the Games section in your harddrive, which you can access by entering System tab and select Memory section.
- Your gamer profile connected to Xbox LIVE, and make sure you stay connected before opening the chest.
In order to obtain your redeemed reward(s), here's what you can do:
- Open the treasure chest lied next to the Cullis Gate (make sure your gamer profile is online; to check your online status simply press the Xbox Guide button in your gamepad).
- The first items you should receive - according to my gameplay session - are the
Bonus Content items (see above), then followed by your redeemed reward(s). After the chest opened and the items obtained, the game will autosave.

Standard Users without Bonus Content
I assume you already have:

Chicken Suit headgear (see above), a part of your Chicken Suit set (assuming you redeemed the Chicken Suit set), then followed by your other redeemed reward(s), if any. The order of the item you'll receive/obtain may or may not random and may vary, depends on what reward you've redeemed so far. After the chest opened and the items obtained, the game will autosave.
