Re: Fable 3 improvements list
Oh, and one more thing I forgot:
When I finish Fable III I'll probably own the arena that's bound to be in it. I want to be able to return there and fight all enemies I've encountered during the game (A la 'Overlord'). For example, I go into my private arena and choose Balverines, and I can also enter a number between 1 and 50. Wouldn't it be great, fighting off 50 Balverines at once? ![Big Smile [:D]](/emoticons/emotion-2.gif) Or maybe set numbers, like you choose Trolls and get 3, choose bandits and it's 20 choose Hollow men and it's 100, etc.
All hail the overlord! FIGHT ME IF YOU DARE! http://chieffie.mybrute.com

Re: Fable 3 improvements list
I'm sure several of my ideas will be a little repetitious considering you all have posted so many great ideas here =) I posted my list at another Fable 2 message board I used to be apart of and here it is!
Multiplayer:
-- Better camera in multiplayer.
-- More people allowed to play multiplayer (up to 4, perhaps- glitch free of course =]), allowing us to use our own character in multiplayer instead of a generic skin.
-- Arena PvP (which would call for some more customization on the abilities part because it could get a bit boring after a while with two players bashing on each other with the SAME exact abilities)
Spells:
-- Time Control: Slow down time (update! stop time!). I can see people using this to avoid fighting things (teehee, ME!) but maybe Lionhead could put a limit on it that way we can use it only once a day for a special amount of time.
--Force Push: Pushes enemies until they hit a wall
--Undead: Raise dead (There should be limits on this too. You can't bring back everyone, right?.. XD)
Some new weapons:
-- Double Edged Blades
-- Curved Blades
-- Bows; Flaming Arrows, Ice Arrows, Stone Arrows, Etc. (Maybe once you shoot them, you can cast a quick spell at them to make them Flaming, Icy, Etc., but I don't know XP. It could either add to the difficulty which more people want OR it would just be a sheer annoyance.)
Combat:
-- Hand to hand, giving us the option to get super gory! Smashing heads on fences, trees, poles, stalls etc. Headbutting, Punching, Slamming, Stealthy kills such as sneaking up behind and neckbreaking.
AND..Could we have the option to kick a person in the bum like we do the chickens, PLEAASEE. I can see it now: Achievement: *** Kicker ^___^
Buyable angelic features:
-- different kinds of wings
-- different kinds of halos
-- trailing glow, butterflies (lawl), something 'heavenly like'
-- glowing white eyes
Buyable demonic features:
-- different kinds of horns
-- gnarly pointed teeth
-- hoofed feet
-- different kinds of tails
Other Ideas:
-- LOTSS more clothing of course. Maybe Lionhead could make a DLC that throws in tons of clothing and apparel options. It would be cool if we could tailor some outfits more too, like having the option to do something with every outfit, just not opening and closing jackets/coats.
-- I know some people might be against it, but maybe a system for guilds similar to the clan system in Halo 2. It doesn't have to be ultra fancy but if theres a tiny logo and a subtitle by my gamertag when I'm in a party, I'll squee ^^
-- More attractive marital prospects PLEASE? Not trying to be shallow here, but I cringed every single time I had to have sex with my spouse to keep him/her satisfied. It took me two actual days to find someone with an actual full set of teeth.
-- More unique properties to buy and sell. Maybe they can have more of a history? AND- could we please be able to shut the doors so none of the townspeople can enter? I hate when I'm trying to change clothes, and I change into something with less attractive points and some drunk goon appears behind me and is all "EWWWS". rotfl.
-- A bed for your dog within the house. (I know it seems a bit too much, but it would be..visually stimulating? ^^)

Re: Fable 3 improvements list
Fable 3 has been confirmed there is a forum on here that has a link. I agree with going back before the first fable. I think that you can't go any farther in time. It needs to have a BIG WORLD Like Assassins creed and Far Cry 2 with no loading screens. There should be Multiple Guilds not just one. A Longer Main Storyline would make it 10x better. Side Quest from other Guilds would extend gameplay, and maybe random ppl in a town or street or something would extend the game too. I wanna see things Grow and Evolve
houses being built and children growing up. Not like Fable II were I
invest then disappear for 10 years and come back and things just pop
up. You should be able BUILD YOUR OWN HOUSE. CO-OP people when joining each others game should be able to move freely around your would, and be able to bring in THEIR OWN HERO to
ur game or bring your to theirs. You should be able to have more than
just 2 people in your world. I was thinking of having about 5-6 PLAYER CO-OP. There should be more More NEW Monster and Demons. Need to exband the verity of thing to kill in the game. Add in like DRAGONS, CYCLOPES, AND OGRES things
like that bring back some of the things from Fable I. I think that when
u get XP you just don't level up to a certain point but you can keep
going. You can use your experience to level up your weapon make your
weapon stronger, and if ur ![G o o d <img src=]() "> it has a ![G o o d <img src=]() "> look to it if ur ![E v i l <img src=]() "> it has an ![E v i l <img src=]() "> look to it and each weapon is different. MULTIPLE WEAPONS all different kinds and they all look different. ALOT MORE SPELLS make there tons of them and cool looking when u use them. A LOT OF CLOTHES AND ARMOR, there needs to be tons of it and rare armor that is hard to get and is really strong.

Re: Fable 3 improvements list
I think the experience orbs look kinda cool, maybe if they just came to you FASTER that would be nice. like a single "tap" kind of thing, and they come zooming towards you, through any walls or rocks or whatever is in the way. It ABSOLUTELY needs an onscreen map... I can't remember how many times I open mine up through the menu. Speaking of the menu... It's incredibly slow! I mean seriously, there's like half a second lag from the time you push up or down or click something. just some thoughts

Re: Fable 3 improvements list
Yes Chucknorriz! That's exactly what I want too - joining other Guilds and etc to affect the main storyline. I love Fable and almost everything about it but I what I despise is that in the end, everyone who plays Fable 2 will have finished the game in the exact same storyline.
When Fable is a game that emphasizes choices and consequences, having the same main storyline for each hero is pretty disappointing. It also seems like in both Fables though you can make decisions along the main quest but all it affects is morality, which, in the grand scheme of things is nice but otherwise useless.
If these choices could affect your storyline more and the main quests tied to it, that would be the true Fable Peter Molyneux has promised us all these years.
On a side note, I also remember watching something where PM said that in Fable 2, "You can join the Assassin's Guild", which really isn't true because all you can do is assassin jobs that appear rather infrequently.
But now if you could actually become more a part of the game and for example actually be able to join the Society and work for them with constant contracts, once again that would be a hell of a game.

Re: Fable 3 improvements list
Ok, its time for a ,,Dromaders giant list of wishes''. Here we go:
- Customization of Fable 2, but expanded even further
- Gameplay, including combat, spells and ranged asswell as hand-to-hand and sneak from first Fable
- Choises effecting the world more critically (Fable 2 had it ![G o o d [Good]](/emoticons/g_o_o_d.gif) , but still not enougth, like a choise what might transform an little sattlement like Oakwille eather in a powerfull stronghold or another wraithmarsh would be nice)
- Your child can grow up atleast to teen and can go on adventures with you
- Players keep theyr equipment and look while in co-op
- 4 player co-op
- Online meeting plaza (place where many people can meet at the same time, something like MMO but restricted to little amount like 100, and only in one place, like a city, with ability to join an co-op game and trade equipment, make and meet friends and such)
- Pets are optional
- More kind of pets to choose from, like an bird, cat, monkey…. we need a pet monkey…..
- Each pet to have atleat 3 differant variations (like eagle, swallow and volture for birds)
- Return of armor and bows
- If its possible, return to medival setting, meaby placed between first and second Fable
- More then just 2 options per choise
- Atleast some of the choises being morally gray
- Main quest longer than 15 hours (seriously, companies those days make story mode REALY short, with Fable being no exeption)
- Realy great story, with alot of twists and WTF moments (same as above, its sad to see games like Fable and Fallout with such simple and unsatisfying stories, altho Fable was able to get above average with the whole Theresa thingy, but still the story should be better planned, I’m not expection Metal gear or Kain in here, but the story should be better planned)
- Epic boss battles, and overpowered last boss (Lucien ,,battle’’ ruined the ending for me )
- Other questlines than just the main one, like a guild or a coult you can do missions for
- The final decision massively effecting the world (like turning the whole world in one big wasteland or living heaven)
- Bigger overworld map
- More hidden secreats (damn spelling >.- Legendary weapons and equipment harder and more creative to get (like donating exacly 1992 gold to temple of light after defeating 100 hobbes will open a secreat path leading to a treasure chest guarded by a dragon, or something among those lines ![Stick out tongue [:P]](/emoticons/emotion-4.gif) )
- Eating and drinking wont exit you from inventory (thats annoing as hell)
- Ability to side with the ,,main ![E v i l [Evil]](/emoticons/e_v_i_l.gif) dude’’
- All the spells from first Fable plus new ones, like shapeshifting (keep the area/target thingy from Fable 2 tho)
- Return of magic meter
- New dieing system, meaby the one from first Fable, or the one from second with more conequences, like warping to nearest city and more experience loss
- New scar system, similar to the one from First Fable
- Ability to become an belverine
- More locations to explore
- Bigger locations
- New apperance meters, like intelligence and stupidy, knowlage and madness, and so on…
- Expand the stelth gameplay
- Saving system from first Fable
- Dialogues from first Fable. In-game conversations of Fable 2 ware a fail
- Minimap displayed onscreen
Thats all for now.
Its time to slay the princess and save the dragon!!!! Oh wait.....

I find the highlighting to be useful. But I think we all could do without experience orbs. It's just extra bytes. Anybody find it ridiculous how sometimes the orbs are abstructed in their path to you when you soak them up? Sometimes it takes about half a minute to get every last orb.

Re: Fable 3 improvements list
I loved fable 2 and fable (possibly fable one the best) and I'll definantly buy Fable 3 but like Fable 2 I hope theres alot of changes: -no experience orbs (its been said a million times) -no bread crumbs, it really ruins some missions like the hobbe cave (secret route isn't very secret) -better clothing and bring back armour or some kind of variation of the two - more villagers and story related NPC's (Hammer, Garth, Reaver Theresa, Lucian is a short cast compared to fable one and other RPG's). - please dont leave DLC's to complete things (assasins outfit was a bummer) - possibly neclaces or some othere kind of jewlery that can be agumented with physical based enchantment ( magic shields, increased speed etc) - more weapons and weapon classes ( remove obsidian and replace it wth rusty, shame on you) - more character editing (skin colour, facial features) - a wider possibility for alignmtents (siding with the bad guy and betraying him at the last minute is a possibility for charcters) - better final boss battles (Jack was awesome, lucian was fail, realy bad ending) - random enemy spawn locations - possibly some more factions or guilds to join (not temples) like ranger or warrior guilds - better save system (like multiple saves for one profile) - and last but most important less glitches some of the really ruined the game for me sorry bout the legth of the post and lets hope lionhead takes all of there fans suggestions into consideration.
Chosen One or Dumpling, that is the question...

Re: Fable 3 improvements list
I would like to see the storyline of Fable 3 to be about the Old Kingdom.
Go back in time from before Fable 1.
That way we can have a better history about the ruins all around Albion

Re: Fable 3 improvements list
In fable 3 I would like:
1 More attractive models for female charaters, because in fable they are fat, dirty, etc.
2 Some of the fable hairstyles and tatoos like the normal hair cut ( my favorite), or the youngster hair cut
3 More weapons( it would be awesome if they invented a new badass weapon as the sword of aeons)
4 More clothes ( I would love if I could use the hooded aprentice outfit again
5 A new guild of heroes
6 Larger storyline and sidequests
7 And your dog

Re: Fable 3 improvements list
I agree fable 2 is a great game.
However I would like to see an improved co-op mode. I give props to Lionhead for "NOT" makin fable 2 an mmorpg, because mmorpg's lack depth in the storyline. But I think we should be able to use our own charaters over xbox live, insted of henchmen..I mean wats the point of all the customization if you cant show off ur character to other people.

Re: Fable 3 improvements list
Agree with many of the Improvements. I think what makes RPG games great is lots more mini games, thats wat made GTA so much fun!
I think if the "jobs" where a bit more varied and you didn't earn money so easily, you want to feel rewarded for buying an expensive item. Also Farming would be a great idea, it gives the player the option grow crops and farm to sell the grown items for cash, or keeping for themselves to take on adventures.
Also rather than buy a present building, being able to buy a Plot of land and then either A) being able to choose from a selected listen of houses, farming space, shops to drop on that plot of land, or B) be able to design the house.
With this you can buy land, put a house on, furnish it then sell it, or Rent it.
With farm land you can have fruit/veg crops, animal stock (ie horses to ride or sell or carry items, Cows to get milk or sell, sheep for wool or sell)
Include MANY MANY more weapons, armour etc etc. With this if you have a cheap item make it set a certain way, but if you buy a more expensive item have the ability to alter things.
Still including normal clothing, but also include armour, so clothing can improve looks, poshness, magic wizards clothes, strength armour.
Make the world make ALOT larger, put at least 20 Major cities, 30 Towns and 40-50 Villages(ie gypsy towns, traders)
Have a mix of Poor, medium and Rich places, but with the options for them to change wealth level.
Put many expensive items in. But also place items and characters which grow in strength as you become more powerful, so you can't be god, but you always have a challenge!
This core be a core of the game so the player has the ability to play the mini games.

Re: Fable 3 improvements list
I think SakiNinja's asking a bit too much of our friends at Lionhead. 20 major cities? 30 towns? 40 villages? That would require quite a bit of space. However, that is a start. I think the cities should be have an Assassin's Creed feel to them.
You know how before the game came out, they told us that if you look at a spot in the game and think "I want to go there", it should be somehow possible? I was thinking of climbing when he said that. Climbing, and possibly rooftop action(enemies should be able to climb also). Button icons for the opportunity to climb, button icon for the opportunity to jump.
Battle styles should also include aerial flourishing, and more than just stabbing for counterattacks. I want to be able to decapitate people with my sword. Also, there seems to be no physical feature to witness as a deed of your kill. If I stab an enemy and he dies, I want to see the stab wound. If I finish off an enemy with a simple sword attack, I want to see the gush of blood from his side, a severed limb or something. I want to be able to interact and push "A" or something to choose to slit the throat, or hold down "A" to decapitate.
With my gun out, I want to be able to grab a stunned enemy with "A", and shoot him in the chest/back. I want to be able to press "Y" after grabbing him to shoot my enemies while using his body as a meatshield(*cough* GEARS 2 *cough*) from the enemies with guns. I want to be able to press "A" to release him, or hold "Y" to shoot him in the face. I want to Press "X" to break his neck, or hold "X" to stab him.
For all the mages out there: they should also make it possible to cast a spell with "B" to kill a stunned enemy now in my grasp. It should also be possible to press "B" again before the spell is charged to make it an area effect(for Lvl. one spells, it's double-tap).
So tell me, woudn't that be sweet?
Fighting fire with fire burns the whole world.

Re: Fable 3 improvements list
Just want to correct something: When I said I want to be able to press or hold a button to slit a throat or decapitate, I meant as a counterattack.
Another thing: It's possible for people in real life to be come so strong that they can kill or break bones with a single punch. Shouldn't that be incorporated into the game if, say, I want to use my fists instead of an arm extension? I should have the option to be able to use my bear hands in the equipment menu. Upon choosing that, it should open up to a choice of what weapon(any weapon purely designed for fighting bare-handed) I would like to use when fighting with my hands.
Thus, unarmed combat should provide for a completely different configuration to adjust to this fighting style("Y" still for using the gun). I should be able to use "X" for combos, including the direction I'm holding the move stick towards. The skills learned under the Stregnth discipline will still be in play during the unarmed fighting configuration. I should be able to dodge strikes with "A", Catch them with "X"(blade grasp, halting handles, grasping handles), and counterattack in many different ways depending on whether the attacker is using fists, blunt weapon, pike, or blade. "X" in the direction of the attacker allows me to block of course(this being an acceptable state to be called "stunned"), and pressing "X" should allow me to counterattack, which can make it possible for me break a limb bone, knock them out, or crotch kick them, all of them stunned states.
Broken bones would be a permanently stunned state, and if the enemy's arm is broken, he will try to run away or fight albeit in a tender manner. If his leg is broken, he might limp away, or put up a fight careful not to hurt themselves further.
And, if I hold "X", that's a killing blow. The nose is a ![G o o d [Good]](/emoticons/g_o_o_d.gif) one. The chest too, possibly stopping the heart. The back, if the punch is strong enough to break their spine. All in all, I should be able to get strong enough to break bones. If I'm near a cliff, I could use the killing blow to cinematically toss them off, If I'm strong enough to lift them. I could grab him with my gun holstered and break his neck by pressing "X", Shoot him with "Y", or discharge a spell with "B". Also, I could hold "A" to grab his weapon and kill him with it(I wouldn't keep it, possibly just collect it). That varies not only with weapon type, but the form it takes. Bludgeon, ax, or hammer in the blunt weapons; pikes, simple; two-handed, one-hand, or piercing in blade.
All this without a weapon equipped.
Fighting fire with fire burns the whole world.

Re: Fable 3 improvements list
The thing it needs the most is a ![G o o d [Good]](/emoticons/g_o_o_d.gif) story and a story that changes if you're ![G o o d [Good]](/emoticons/g_o_o_d.gif) or ![E v i l [Evil]](/emoticons/e_v_i_l.gif) .
It just doesn't work really well to have the same story no matter if you're ![G o o d [Good]](/emoticons/g_o_o_d.gif) or ![E v i l [Evil]](/emoticons/e_v_i_l.gif) . You should have different choices, different outcomes and different motivations.

Re: Fable 3 improvements list
Optionally longer childhood section with the ability to make friends and enemies that open up new quests, get an education or not (can't read books without an education) and start changing parts of the world from the very beginning. Of course, all of these would be options on top of the basic childhood quests.
Better expression system with more expressions than you can have equipped so you have to choose between them, expressions based on your abilities so mages can juggle fire and warriors can perform weapon displays, the ability to level up expressions (learning new dances, playing new instruments, juggling more fireballs at once) with the basic being tap expressions then you level up to extend it and level further to learn new abilities.
More logical job system. A job becomes available and you click the sign to pull up a short non-interactive cutscene of you doing the job and earn a small amount of money for completing a shift with the time advanced X amount of hours. You can do this as long as the job is available or attempt to get a promotion and earn more money per shift by playing the minigame. Also we need more jobs, some minigame based, others quest based.
Factions. The bandits and highwaymen should give us quests if we're dressed like them and in their camps. The guards should allow us to join and get a uniform then complete patrols and investigations, although only armed with guard weapons and not our regular items. New factions like a traders guild who wants to pioneer new trade routes (get from A to B with this item without taking too many hits, then get the shopkeeper to like you enough to negotiate a decent price).
Trading and trade routes that matter. Town A may be situated near a mountain with a load of ![G o o d [Good]](/emoticons/g_o_o_d.gif) ore, Town B may have a great blacksmith. Creating a trade route between both could mean new and better weapons getting added to the game. Town C may have an awesome jeweller so getting a trade route between town A and C would mean better jewellery, but town B and C would mean bejewelled weapons. Opening all trade routes would spread items around the world more readily.
More unique buildings. When I've bought a shop I want to be able to remodel and restock it for a certain cost to change what sort of shop it is. This could affect the townsfolk with a bookshop reducing the amount of thugs I meet, while a booze shop increases drunkards etc. The shop should only change to something that can fit there as Blacksmiths and pubs need more space etc. If I buy a factory I should be able to manufacture items as long as I have blueprints and the components needed. I've bought a bandit safe house so I should be able to send thieves out to steal for me, or plan bigger heists.
Business chains. I've bought a farm, a windmill, a brewery and a pub with each pulling in their own amount of gold by selling to strangers. Now I decide to send the items made on my farm to the windmill, items created there go on to the brewery and that stuff finally ends up at the pub. I increase my profits by 150% by doing this but have to test out and navigate the route myself first. The quicker I manage to travel that far, the more often the money will come in.
Rules of engagement. I don't like strangers asking me to marry me in front of my wife or child so everyone should go up to only friend level with you until you make it clear you want something more by flirting. Even then actually getting engaged and then married should take a lot more time, with special events having to happen first such as several actual dates (cutscenes that happen when you get to a quest defined area with your intended) then asking the parents permission, proposing and finally tying the knot. However, extra-marital sex may lead to stalkers that just wont leave you alone, kind of like the whole world is now, and that may just have to disappear.
Revised death system. You're hit and you fall, the screen goes black. You wake to find yourself in the closest discovered settlement, village or town to where you were knocked out. If animals got you then you may be missing food. If bandits got your you'll be missing weapons and money. Hobbes will take food and clothes. Depending on how the villagers perceive you, you may have to fight your way out of the village naked and unarmed, or simply pay them in thanks for saving your life. Any items you're missing can be reclaimed at the nearest bandit camp/hobbe cave/animal lair to where you went down (with a quest leading you there) as well as anyone you were protecting, unless they're already dead by the time you get there.
No restarts and no immortals. I don't care who dies or how integral they were to the story, the story goes on without them, finding it's own way to an ending even if that ending is halfway through the intended storyline. It's our game and we'll play it again with different decisions at some point. If I've completed the crucible and I want to kill the boat guys, make my way to the Spire and storm Lucien as soon as I get there, I should be able to, and end the story right there.
Sweetest moment in the game? My dog came back from the dead to help me open the Rookridge Demon Door. I fed him a snack and he followed me to see what the treasure was. When I left, he disappeared, having helped his master out one final time.

Re: Fable 3 improvements list
Quality matters. Lets say I've got a best quality rusty sword and a worst quality iron sword. In this example the rusty sword would actually be the more damaging weapon. The same could easily be applied to clothing, food and potions with the star rating reflecting the quality of the item. 3 stars would be the item in current terms. 1 and 2 stars would be worse quality and have negative or lesser effects while 4 and 5 stars would be higher quality and have better or more positive effects.
Towns should be in areas. In the current game Bloodstone is in Wraithmarsh yet only once does a Banshee venture there, and then only in a quest. Bowerstone Cemetary is full of undead yet they never enter the town itself. Each town should have it's surrounding area as part of the region and occasionally monsters or enemies will wander in, either being dealt with by guards or whatever young hero happens to be passing. Likewise player should be able to raise their own undead followers or hire bandits and attack a town with them.
Fast travel should be integrated more fully. Get rid of the fast travel feature completely and make better use of the coaches and ships. Remember the Ship of the Damned in the first game? When you boarded that you got a cool little cutscene showing the ship rocking on the ocean while an overlay of the map showed a dotted line approaching the destination. That'd be a sweet way to disguise loading times for the fast travel vehicles. Add in a quest to reactivate the cullis gate network (you've got a guild seal in this game after all and another character can activate cullis gates without one) to extend fast travel starting and stopping locations. And finally, extend the Hobbe cave under the entirity of Albion for those that want to walk it but do it quicker.
Difficulty levels. Higher difficulty levels make everything cost more gold/experience to get and make the creatures tougher than usual and take items such as Resurrection Vials away from the shops.
Make every area count. I said this in a DLC thread earlier. I want each area to have a set of challenges that can be attempted any time or even stumbled across during normal gameplay. The challenges will be tailored into lists that suit different alignments and completing each challenge gives you a small reward, completing an area's list gives you a bigger reward and completing an entire alignments challenges gives you an amazing reward. Things like bedding so many people at once, killing so many of a certain creature using a crap weapon, casting a high level spell X times in a row without being hit, etc These "True Hero/True Villain" challenges would be a step towards making each area more revisitable. Add in mining, foraging and fishing spots (with components for new recipes and items being found in them) and each area in the game would suddenly gain much more value to hardcore players.
Combat extras. I love the melee combat in Fable 2. It's the high point of the game for me, but I still feel it needs more. A launcher move to knock lighter enemies in the air and then attack them, shoot them or cast spells at them would be a welcome addition. As would the Prince of Persia style ability to run up and jump off enemies, dropping an attack, shot or spell on them while in the air. Using the current system I'd set the launcher move up as an alternative version of the Flourish, while the run-up could be an alternative to Counters.
Pure character specialisation. I often play pure characters yet I always have to have a weapon on me. My suggestion is to allow spellbooks to be equipped instead of melee and missile weapons. The book shoot out close range attacks of a certain spell, can block using the old Physical Shield spell, can Flourish with an area effect version of the book's spell, rolling would be like Assassin's Rush etc. The star rating of the book is the equivalent of the spell's level when the book is used as a weapon. Melee attacks with this equipped would give magic experience and there'd be Mystical Styles in the magic abilities experience section that mimics the Brutal Styles. The same ideas could be applied to pure melee and pure gun characters with them gaining spell-like abilities to assign to the B button, which can be used once then have to recharge over time. Stuff like Berserk and Multi-Arrows for example. Also duel-wielding of lighter weapons such as pistols or swords could make up for the loss of other abilities, or equipping a rifle with bayonet as a melee weapon and including some stylish shots as part of the combo chain.
Sweetest moment in the game? My dog came back from the dead to help me open the Rookridge Demon Door. I fed him a snack and he followed me to see what the treasure was. When I left, he disappeared, having helped his master out one final time.

Re: Fable 3 improvements list
Tattoos. I want more styles but I agree that face and body are the best places for them, better than the first game anyway. If I have so many spells that my will is shining out of me, make it shine only through the tattoos I have or not at all if I have none.
Purity/corruption morphs in this game were great if you were playing a character at the opposite end of the moral spectrum. If I'm going to get horns or a halo, make it through a sidequest available once I've peaked in an alignment. Otherwise keep it in the character's facial expressions, body language and other subtle morph effects.
Weight should affect characters. If I'm very fat give me a bonus to how much damage I can take but slow me down a bit. If I'm very thin give me bonus speed but a health penalty. Don't bring back exercise as a way to get thin unless it only works in special gyms set up for that purpose. It was hell trying to be fat in Fable 1 thanks to the exercise thing.
Henchmen models should be hireable when playing alone, with bonus henchmen becoming available as quests are fulfilled (Gorgaron and Charlie being examples from the current game).
The economy should affect the world in more ways than villager types. Dropping from 5 star economy to 1 star should bring about the same amount of changes to a town as handing over the warrents does.
Let us explore the world. A simple quest to give us a ship then we hire a crew from somewhere and set sail. A simple map of the world lets us choose where to explore and we'll either find nothing in the area or maybe a few islands with new products ("What is this strange curved yellow thing?") and friendly/unfriendly natives, a few ghost ships, some pirates or even a kraken. Hiring better crew members costs more but they'll be better at fighting off pirates/natives or spotting new islands etc. New places would get marked on the map and can be visited at any time via ship or reactivated cullis gate.
New realms of existence. I adore the dream world in Fable 2 and would love to see an entire world based on that, with warped versions of the places in the game. Each bed could have a chance of giving you a ![G o o d [Good]](/emoticons/g_o_o_d.gif) or bad dream in the world. New quests could be available in the towns of the dream and the play style would change with those with high magic becoming mighty melee fighters because of it. Maybe this one should be left to DLC?
And I'm done for now. Sure I'll come up with more stuff at some point but my bed is calling now.
