I have Fable:TLC for PC and it's brilliant. Either PC or Xbox verion would be though. Get what ever you can find and feel more comfortable with. I know not everyone is used to gaming on a PC. However if you get it for Xbox make sure is says Fable: The The Lost Chapters. It is far better than the orignal Fable. PC only has TLC version so you wont need to warry if you got TLC version or not if you buy for PC.

Are you counting Fable and Fable: The lost Chapters as the same game? Yes they basically are the same game but TLC does have more story, more content and in my oppinion better voices. Jack of Blades and Briar Rose are the most noticable voice changes from Fable to Fable: TLC.

Yes. I am counting it as the same game. I consider tlc more like dlc or something like that. However fable 2 not meeting up to the standards of the first fable is not cause for alarm. Remember lionhead set the bar really high with the first fable. We can't expect them to perform that magic every time.

Now if fable 3 is not as as fable 2 then I will start to worry about the fate of the fable games. They have to make some changes to every game or else it will get boring. Some of those changes will be great and others not so great. I hope that the next fable will be the best of both worlds.

I wont mind if it's rating is somthing between Fable 1 and 2 so atleast we know it wont suck. Obviously it would be best if it was the best out of the 3 though. If it falls below Fable 2 then I would warry also. For me Fable:TLC had the most replay value than Fable 2. Sure you could have a different temple and an thriving town instead of a slum your choises didnt effect main characters other than your dog. In Fable: TLC you could kill off characters get or destory the "all powerfull weapon". Also Fable 1 had a better replay value for if you wanted to be pure mage, archer or just an assassan that required you to actually dodge, block and act fast instead of acting like a tank and taking everything they can land on youand then berzerking then to death with added multi strike for an added deadlier touch.


However the future of the Fable franchise turns out I hope it dont turn out like Oblivion or Two Worlds because Fable is the better game by far atleast in my oppinion.
