I was asking for simple advice not for a smart answer, so dont reply if your only going to say something thats not relevant to the question.

I don't know what a DIY store is, nor what you can sell there, but I think he meant (Game Deveopers got twisted minds and are hard to read) that you should get your self a new PC.

At least thats the only thing I can think of that limitates your colors.

Colorblind? No ...

So I may would help if you tell use where you need those colors. Is it ther when you right-click the desktop to get to this wired gray menu, with those many even grayer buttons? Or is there a painting programm that forbits you access to the advanced draw tools because it. is. just. that.   , ... and because you only got 16bit colors?
