Are you talking about sets that come with the game or sets that are made by people (mods)?  You can see a list of most of the sets in the game in this thread here.

There are not any specific sets I'd recommend for action movies, I'd just use the sets I need for my scenes.  A set can be for any genre sometimes.  You can find lots of user created sets on this page here.
