Tarison"s blue screen is a HUGE, enclosed version of the blue screen set.
You can find it a dcmodding.com I believe.

Tarison's Blue Screen Sets are enlarged (enclosed) versions of the regular blue screen set that comes with the expansion pack of the game, Stunts & Effects.  There are three different sizes: basically a small, a medium, and a large.

The pack of the sets can be downloaded from Directors Cut Modding Foundry on this page here*.

If you get the blue screen sets, I would recommend also getting this scene mod here that allows you to use any scene on all of the sets.  Another mod that works great with the sets is the All Sets As Set Dressing Mod*.

Edit: from your tutorials I have got most of it so I opened tarrisons mod pack and found a folder named set dressing and I went not another one what is it is it props or what, do i make a new folder for it or what?

Yes.

To make it easier for you, I made an .exe (installer) to install the mods.  Download the installer on this page here.

wait eo sorry but I have found out how to put the other to in without those installers and all I need to do is put that all sets as mods in and it said I was banned from the site I have never been on the site how am I banned. can you give me another site to download it from perhaps

Here's a list of the modders.

Most of the mods come with read-me files and inside those tell you who to credit for the mod.

hey that mod that you gave me for the sets as setdressing didn't show up in the game i think it's because it had nothing to go in prop there was prop blueprints, meshes, textures and everything but nothing to go in prop folder what do I do

Nope, the props folder is mainly for hand held props I believe and the likes.  The mod should work fine.  Perhaps installing it with the installer I posted above.
