Im thankful my xbox isnt effed up

every time i get RRoD or it screws up, i just turn it off and come back like 20 minutes later and its fine.

The only time i had to replace was when the screen wouldnt show up, and there were no RRoD. Instead of fixing it i just bought a new one ( a pro)

Just sell the game if it doesn't live up to your insanely high standards.
Most bugs are fixed, personally I don't think I've ever ran into one.
And if you don't want to start a new game I don't see why you play the game at all, it's in the beginning it's the most funny, when you can walk in Bowerstone without being rushed down by citizens.
Off topic: I would have liked an Anonymous Augmentation, that seets your renown to 0.
