Is this game worth getting?

How long does the game last? and does it get repetative or does it stay fun even after like 10 run throughs?

I have looked at views on the internet but i would feel better if someone gave a bit more detail rather than something like 'Awesome game!!! 5 stars - *****' or a long winded paragraph literally copied and pasted from the blurb.

As I said in OT, most people either love it or hate it. I found it repetitive. Other people revelled in the variety of awful things you can do to people. Did you like No More Heroes? If so, you'll probably love it - the gameplay is the same sort of button mashing context-over-skill type of thing.
