Okay so turns out even you're skills change you're appearence.... so well I was playing and then I decide hey I have enouth points to gain new Will Power so I go ahead and level up then I suddenely realize OMG my SKIN is GREEN how do I change it?

Well sounds like maybe some sort of character load problem, maybe that if you are using a PC version if you are using an Xbox version than I am a bit confused here would be a glitch...

i disagree with that statement because ive tried that and it made it worse and froze my game up so try to load from another save point
