I've been trying to save my movies from the game to a file I can use and play back or edit outside of the game. A file I can upload to YouTube or email or whatever. How do I do it? How do I make an ingame movie into a file I can use outside of the game? All it does is try to upload it to the now-dead movies online site, not give me a file to upload to wherever I want to, like YouTube for example.

Pretty simple.

 

Export in low, medium, high, and highest quality. Check the My Documents folder and go to "The Movies," then go to "Movies" and it should be there,

 

As for video sites, there's TMUnderground, Veoh, and Vimeo.

Okay, and what about mods? What mod sites are there?

I can't remember the direct links to the sites off the top of my head, so I'll direct you to http://tmoaradio.com/vb/index.php On the far left there should be a group of links to mod sites with names like FraasMovies, 8eyedbaby, machinimods, DC Modding Foundry, etc. Those I named are some of the more popular sites.
