I'm having a bit of a problem trying to install mods. I'm extracting the files to where they should be but it keeps comming up with a WinRAR Diagnostics message telling me C:\users\theboys\documents\winrar files\harmysbuildingsandbox.zip: Cannot create load_screen_2464.bmp access is denied.

 

I'm on Vista and I've tried Unchecking the read only attribute in data properties and tried giving full control for permissions for data but it's not really working because as soon as I change the properties as soon as a re-open them again they are unchanged the read only attribute is checked and the full control box is unchecked.

 

Anyone know of anything that would help resolve this problem?

Are you using an admin account?

If the loading screen is the only thing giving an error. You can run the map without it.

Yes my account is the Admin and no It's not just the loading screen it does it with all the files I'm extracting.
