I think it might be a idea if your families' clothes changed based on the budget you gave them. For example if you marry a beggar and house them in castle Fairfax, while giving them a million gold a day they will still look and dress like a beggar. I think it would be a idea to have your spouse's/children's clothing change based on what you supply them with. It might also be funny to have a spouse with a really strong regional accent try and mimic that of the upper class.

I actually wondered the same thing.  I mean like you said no matter how much money you allotted to them they still wore the same clothes.  What would be nice too is if you gifted them some clothes then they would put on what you gave them at least for one day.
