Someone at another forum asked the same question I had. "I don't know if I am using the correct terminology to describe what I want to do, however I want to take a script file after I made it and add more scenes without having to use the advanced movie maker or playing the game. Am I correct in assuming I must modify a .lhts or .flm file? Which of the following tools are still in use or could possible be used for modifying the .lhts file?
1. Med
2. Scene Editor
3. Film reader zero
4. ngMed
5. ?

Sorry, it's not possible. 

You can add "new" scenes into the list of available scenes using Scene Editior, etc, but it's impossible to effectively "film or refilm" a script outside of the in-game AMM.

That is true for now but Steven Dyson over at DCMF is doing extensive programming work with Blender that will enable us to make new scenes.  He has already shown a kung-fu scene and a hip-hop dance routine.  Eventually, we should be able to see some new animations for us to make our own scenes.  It is only in the early stages but does look promising.
