I think the biggest problem will be getting someone on the same time you are. If they need help for something they probally will need it asap. Like said in an above post you should have one of the search functions time based on when people are most likley online.

One of the ideas I did think of was, if players can see other non-friends list players, as orbs, we'll allocate a Headquarters or Hang Out or something, where players can idle while looking for a job.

For example if it was a pub you could go in and drink and stuff and if someone needed a hand they'd go to that pub and ask for an on the spot contract.

Could RichBlake and Kit split the website into two factions: one for mercs and the other for mercs. The two different sections could have their own theme, either or . The having dark, reddy colours and the department having light colours.

As Richs name Blackthorn lends itself nicely to the alignment, you could manage that section. And maybe Kit could develop the section for mercs and a come up with a name.

This would also help clients to find a mercenary who is right for them.

Blackthorn is a parody of Blackwater, and even though the name sounds slightly that's because it is slightly . The idea that you place gold above morality isn't a idea necessarily

The name itself isn't set in stone though, my only rule is that the name MUST be fitting for the company and Fable 2.

As for different sections that a no. If players like hiring players then players will be at the top of the list. If they prefer ones then they will be at the top, same for neutral. There will be a search function hopefully though so if you want and most people don't you can still find someone .

I think you may have got the wrong idea when I said "themes", this was simply suggesting colour schemes for the two different sections of the site.
