Yeah, I know, I've just had the thought of some guy teleporting, shooting, and teleporting back off ever since I first saw the video, just had to get it off but yeah, I still think theres problems coming, not so much lag but... I dunno, I can feel it in the air, some dark secret and thats why there isnt many co-op RPG's around.Hmm [^o)]

It'd be transported through LIVE, so basically  itll be saved through the internet. If your playing in someone elses world whos on the other side of the planet, then you'd have to be getting experience from their game. Like in Halo 3 when if you logged in with you Xbox LIVE account on another console then it has all yuor statistics there with you.

Were talking bout LIVE when it hasn'teven been announced yet. Rolleyes []

    Oh,Ok.

However you got your profile to his house in the first place, or if you just started a game there then you use a MU or you might have to start again,  if all else fails, steal his X-Box.

DISCLAIMER:If you actually do the latter it may result in a fine, criminal record or a jail sentence (depending where you are in the world)

Bearing in mind that Im not a developer so I'm not actually 100% sure but it seems most logical to assume that seeing as most games worked like that.

What type of member you are depends on posts, not how long you've been a member, would make more sense the other way I know, but thats how it works from what I've gathered. I used to be on these forums aswell way back when Black and White 2 was announced till release date, now im back with "old karma" whatever that is?

Re: Co-op just got confusing to me.

    CheeseDestruction:

Wait, so is there a choice between a generic "henchman" or a character from another world of Fable 2? I mean another world like say my friend got far in the game or something and his character and everything about him is transported in? This is confusing, since they mentioned trading between worlds and earning gold I figured it was two seperate characters uploaded or created on the same Xbox.

Yeah I agree, I do hope that the Henchman can potentially be some one from YOUR xbox (Via the profile system).

However. I noticed that when "The Molynator" and that josh guy we're getting it set up (with the two gamer tags) that there was a list of choices to be made. these involved the Longsword, Pistol, and for some odd reason "Neutral man" (or so I believe to have read on the video)

This led me to believe that it wasn't you're hero, that instead you we're choosing from a cycle of pre-set heroes.

and that makes me unhappy Sad [:(]

But meh. There is still the secret of ONLINE that has yet to be talked about.

Re: Co-op just got confusing to me.

I think this is how it works. Let's say you have two profiles on your box and both have played Fable. Your friend comes over and wants to play also. So, you load your main account and he loads up your second account. Since both accounts have played the game, they'll have their own hero, which will be able to interact together in the world that was chosen.

I just think the slider that said "pistol" and "long sowrd" were the weapons that were equipped ATM and he was just a plain old, netural person.

Hopefully that makes sense.Stick out tongue [:P]

Re: Can you have split-screen? (local co-op)

Holly macaroni! thanx 4 the eads up about the video dudes. I still dont understand the whole co-op thing. Do you have to make a new character to pla co-op or can you make a one off?

Nah, think they just made those to quickly show off co-op (you know like, lets show of a guy with a longsword this time, or lets show of the guy with a gun) instead of having to completely make a new character or something less easy to set up.

    Co-op Question?

Sorry if this was already asked but I watched all I could on Molyneux talking about GDC but he didnt answer a question I asked. I was wondering if you are capable of playing through the whole story with a friend. I know you can but at the sametime I was wondering if the character they bring into your world they can make it their own and save it so if we want to play together a different time they can load their character into my world and we can continue on?

Sorry if that confused anyone but Im just curious
Every ending is happy, if you're not happy...its not the end.

But hopefully you can save and continue on from where you left off. To me it would make senseStick out tongue [:P]

There should be a linky at the bottom of the page about starting a new thread and also the person who asked the question meant "Can we continue on from where we left off if we've saved it whilst playing Co-op?"

Right beneath Fable 2 Fan Fiction, on the main Fable 2 forum page, there's a link named "New Post."
