Re: ~Aspirations~ *New Official production thread*
*Update*
Hey there everyone. Just thought I'd update the thread as it's been a while and I thought I'd let you know about the progress.
I've got bad news and ![G o o d [Good]](/emoticons/g_o_o_d.gif) news. Firstly, bad news. My computer has gone crazy [computer virus] and is on the verge of wiping all of it's memory if I go on it now. So, I decided to not go on it until I get a hard-drive sorted out for it and have all my data on back up so if it does go, which it probably will do. It doesn't look all that bad though as I'll get the hard-drive and have everything backed up. I feel confident as I did do this before, back in Late 2007/Early 2008 [January time] when I changed computers and had all my Movies data and everything else on a hard-drive. It worked very well. So, to conclude that matter it may seem pretty grim but I'm not OMG, it's done for as I've just shown.
Next, the ![G o o d [Good]](/emoticons/g_o_o_d.gif) news. Aspirations is very much done, editing wise and plus, everything else is in, vo's, titles, etc. I decided from the original 27 mins cut to extend it by an extra minute for the opening credits as I want it to really start it up, get people ready for it, got a great track for the opening. Also, I tried putting in that great track for the opening and the opening sequence and it doesn't work. Plus, I just would rather do it the way I want to do, having a minute or so long opening sequence to open the movie up the way I want.
Secondly, after a lot of thought I've decided to not do the Alternate version, for the following reasons:
* Great idea, script but really would prefer to do it Live action
* Under a lot of pressure with college work [which will bring me onto another point in a bit]
* Too long for me to do imo as a TMO movie [we're looking at 40 mins]
* Basically, don't have the time to do it [which brings me onto my next point]
My next point is that I don't have the time to do it as I'll finishing up the original version of Aspirations [the documentary version] Late June, for release. This is because I'm under a lot of pressure right now and with my computer going crazy I'd rather put it to one side and get on with something more important. Hope you understand.
Lastly, but not least, the montage I did for the new Comedy corner movie is actually going to stay that way as I came to a decision last week that I'd prefer not to do the whole movie but just use a section of it to root out this particular it was going to explore. Personally, I find the movie great but after looking over the previous 4 movies a tincy bit [just thinking back about them as I've seen all 4 of them numerous times] I feel that watching all 4 movies and this short, montage movie really are like a triangle, they all connect and it all makes sense in a subtle way. Given that, I don't see why I need to go into depth with this new CC movie and to be truthful I don't have the time to do it. It was pretty much finished but I just don't feel it's the right way to go. That doesn't mean to say I don't appreceite all the hard work that went into it, the person who did the overlays [Pookashells], the people who did the music [Jamendo] and so forth. I really do appreceite that all but it's just the way it is now with this. This was purely my ultimate decision originally and still was, still some feedback from a few fans was greatly appreceited on all accounts. Thankyou all very much. The thing is, it's been a great series and it was a great time working on this new episode but I feel that this short montage movie [which I've uploaded on Motionbox already] really roots out this story [with The Jamaican and Steve's wife] without having to go the extra few miles to develop it into what it is [as shown in the short montage movie greatly]. I also feel that this short montage movie ends the series on a high and really it's so much like a puzzle, a triangle as I said before. If you put it all together [all 4 movies and the new short movie] it all makes sense, not just the story with The Jamaican and Steve's wife. I'll admit there were some twists in this new episode but I don't think as a whole package it was as strong as this short montage movie. Don't get me wrong, I do love the script and the movie it's just I feel those little twists were a bit like "That's interesting but I don't think that's poiantly what people want".
On top of that, Comedy corner as a series never has been a story story quote quote type of show. This one was very different and to be honest, as much as I do like the movie it feels as if I'm appealing to the wrong audience with this movie. I'm not saying people wouldn't like it, I think people would but I think people would feel it isn't a comedy corner movie as this one was so vastly different. I thought for quite some-time that it would work for the series, being very different compared to the others but after a lot of thought I feel it to be right that I'm not going forth with this movie. So, I felt in the end the short montage movie really wraps it all up nicely and yes, the twists would of have been nice but I don't think you need them really, plus what I've already said [the twists making it not a CC movie, what people recognise as a CC movie]. There you have it. I'll have more updates come a bit over 3 months time. See ya then!

Re: ~Aspirations~ *New Official production thread*
*Update*
I have changed my mind on not doing the alternate version as I do really want do it and it only just occured to me that I have the whole summer to do it as the original version is done, I'm just prioritising myself with my school work. Thing is I wanted to do it anyway and I just feel after thinking about everything I'm throwing away an opportunity by not doing it as this other version is really great for those of you who when you watch this original cut of it want more with the characters, more plot development. We're looking at an August release for this alternate version and the original version is coming out Late June. This is the last update till then, well... 3 months .
See ya then!

Re: ~Aspirations~ *New Official production thread*
Hey there everyone. I thought i should update this thread one last time till the big day of release. I've figured out it's actually 4 months till when I'm releasing the film. Which brings me onto my next point, I'm taking a break from making the film as I've said previously. I feel it's right as this is a big movie [28 mins] and my real life commitments. Having said that I apologise greatly that this film has taken much longer than I had originally planned. I think that two big factors to why it has taken so long are I have perfected everything, i.e. the extra costumes, etc. The other factor being that I made two films whilst making this one(Time and Acceptance). It's crazy in a way as when it's July in a few months time it will be two years since I started work on this movie. Btw. i'm not gonna do the other version as it's too much and i get really tired when i finish a film which is ![G o o d [Good]](/emoticons/g_o_o_d.gif) as then it's all done. see ya in july for the release.

Re: ~Aspirations~ *New Official production thread*
Hey there everyone. There is something is I have to share with you all which I haven't. Of which is that Aspirations is my last TMO movie. I just feel as a director It's time to move on. To be honest wayback in September 2007, when I was about to start college, which I thought would be really hard and wouldn't work out for me I felt i've done enough on TMO. Fortunately that hasn't been the case, it's been very ![G o o d [Good]](/emoticons/g_o_o_d.gif) and I changed my mind to not leave TMO for ![G o o d [Good]](/emoticons/g_o_o_d.gif) . I never expected my films to have such an impact and this time being on TMO will be a cherished memory for many years to come. CC3 really started me to become a TMO legend. I never, never ever expected the film to become a cult. I thought the finished product was great but whilst uploading the film onto TMO I honestly thought "Well.... if one or two people get the humour I will be happy as I think people won't get this film". Sometime after it really took on a really big following which I found surprisingly fantastic. It just made feel that I wanted to make more films, as many as I could. Then I went onto make SWALF 3, SWALF 4, CC4, Acceptance and Time. All of which were big hits which really pleased me. I was speechless by how they did after just finishing them. Plus like CC3, they really became very popular still over time. I mean Wow, this experience has really been amazing. Not just making films of my own and the great recognition they've all received, watching other people's movies has been really great. I've seen many amazing films, to name a few: Extinguished, Cleopatra, Interstellar Odyssey, Mancini, Coconut girl, Left in Town, Tears of a Pale moon and to be honest so many more. Also taking part in tmo'ers films has been great too. I'm planning to do a tribute over the films I've made in the past 3 years. Just listening to a great song by Leona Lewis that could be the one. I'd like to do it as being a stylish music video incorporating clips from the 10 films I've made over these 3 years. The tribute won't take all that long as I can imagine it all in my head now. So....when Aspirations is finished in July my TMO career will be officially over. By over I mean over over, I'll upload the film in July, do the tribute a week after then I'm gone. ![G o o d [Good]](/emoticons/g_o_o_d.gif) way to go out on I feel. Laters Derby

Re: ~Aspirations~ *New Official production thread*
that's great. been a ![G o o d [Good]](/emoticons/g_o_o_d.gif) movie maker over the years. Sad to see ya go soon, but it's for the ![G o o d [Good]](/emoticons/g_o_o_d.gif) of everyone...nearly ![Disappointed [:isappoin]](/emoticons/disappointed.gif) .
can't wait to see Aspirations for the first time, the final and long-awaited epic. Many major video games take 4 years to produce (GTA 4 and Killzone 2 for example), so I can predict this might end up being as ![G o o d [Good]](/emoticons/g_o_o_d.gif) as, or even better than, those games. I'll be sure to book a ticket to a front row seat for this!
LOL that ad is old as hell! Havent even made it yet! (I'm not planning to finish it either. a few TV shows took my idea ![Sad [:(]](/emoticons/emotion-6.gif) )

Glad to see this film done but sad to see such a film maker leave the community, but none the less you've made some of the best TM films I've seen.

Re: ~Aspirations~ *New Official production thread*
Hey there everyone. I have ![G o o d [Good]](/emoticons/g_o_o_d.gif) news. I was thinking about a project I scrapped doing with the movies, "Intelligence". I thought "Well..... Aspirations will take 2 weeks finishing up given I'll be free of college commitments when getting back to work on it for the last time so... it would be very cool to finish up Intelligence" as that too won't all that long". I feel this way about Intelligence because it was left in the dark so to speak. I shot all of it, I did a test edit which went very ![G o o d [Good]](/emoticons/g_o_o_d.gif) plus I voiced everyone in it (3 people) and lastly it's a comedy which I haven't done since CC4 (which i released today 2 years ago). Ontop of that the trailer got a very ![G o o d [Good]](/emoticons/g_o_o_d.gif) response so... i know it's worthwhile doing. The most important reason I'm doing it for definate is because the script was brilliant, probably the best comedy script I've done. It is very light-hearted which I think adds to that. It's not even close to the length aspirations is (29 mins). It'll be around 10-15 mins I estimate given the test edit I did for it. So, Aspirations is coming out Late Junish time (at the latest Early July) and Intelligence is coming out July) time. I've decided on the song for the tribute. It's a really great song I used in a recent trailer I made. It's two minutes long but it really touches on everything to make the tribute work. I didn't want to make an upsetting tribute as to me that's not right. Reasons being those songs don't match the films I have made and plus it'd be like saying "It's the end of the world my TMO career is over". Of which isn't true, sure it's sad I'm stopping but I want my career on here to be remembered in a nice way through the tribute. It's the end of a chapter of my life which should be remembered for what it was, a really great opportunity. Many thanks for the very nice comments on my departure from TMO. I felt very touched reading them all. Stayed tuned for those 2 last TMO movies in June and July. Laters Derby

Re: ~Aspirations~ *New Official production thread*
*Update* Hello there everyone. I have some new, cool news. I thought last night that it would be very cool to do a little intro to open up the tribute to. About 30 mins ago I did just that. I recorded myself with a cool camera I got a few years back. I basically sum up my TMO career over the last 3 years. I decided to wear one of my favourite t-shirts, my Dark knight Joker t-shirt with Heath Ledger as the joker on it. ![Smily [:)]](/emoticons/emotion-1.gif) I recently watched the intro on the dvd I burn it on and I was just analyzing it to see if there any little noticable flaws I wasn't keen on to record the intro again if needed be. It all seemed fine but one little thing, you could see the camera's lense reflected in my glasses if you looked carefully. I don't think that's a major flaw and it's fine, so I don't think i'll be doing it again. Plus, another thing I was looking for was if I pre-nounced words wrong and got some things wrong with what I said. I didn't so.... it's all pretty damn fine. Anyways, the intro I recorded was 5 mins long. So, just as a bit of me getting people to help me out, tell me if you think 5 mins is too long for an intro. I watched it through another time and found it was long for an intro but it was 5 mins well spent so you get hyped up for the tribute to come up next. I do feel in a way I could cut it down a bit but it seems ok I guess. I do go on a bit of a tangent about a particular actor I loved in the CC series but I think what I said was ![G o o d [Good]](/emoticons/g_o_o_d.gif) . BTW, I've decided on the song to have for the tribute. It's 2 and a half minutes but it's the song I liked the most out of the ones I felt were the top 5. I've decided that I'll watch all 11 movies again after finishing Aspirations up [by July] to choose which bits to have in the tribute. Also, other news is that I've thought it over that doing 2 movies is too much really. Especially one I've put to the side for over a year. Aspirations I haven't, I've been working on it a lot over the 2 years it's been in production so it's not the case for Aspirations. So, there ya go. Laters Derby

Re: ~Aspirations~ *New Official production thread*
*Update* Hey there everyone. Just thought I'd update this again. I've been working on the tribute and I'm up to 6 mins atm. I'm thinking about possibly cutting down the intro, which is 5 mins long. I feel kinda like this about it "It's a very ![G o o d [Good]](/emoticons/g_o_o_d.gif) and informative intro about my career on TMO over 3 years but damn it's long! I haven't put the tribute itself in yet as I've been a bit busy with real-life commitments and college work but I will say that things are going ![G o o d [Good]](/emoticons/g_o_o_d.gif) . I've done the opening and ending credits. So, basically I just need to plop the tribute in [when that's done] and we're done. I'm not particularly sure when Aspirations will be out in July, i'm thinking Mid July or Late July. Late July would be like July 30th. So.... yup. I'm getting a friend of mine [Mollyrulz9999] to do a final poster for the movie which is gonna be really sweet! Also, as you know, no more trailers. 12 trailers [including the music video], holy comoly! That's the most trailers I've done for a movie of mine ever! Off the top of my head, I did 3 for CC4, one for SWALF 3 and 4. So... there you have it. I think the reason behind the fact I did so many trailers is I just loved making trailers. I found it interesting in that seeing a different side to the movie, the colour aspect. It's a very colourful movie. I'm interested how the movie will do. I think it's a really ![G o o d [Good]](/emoticons/g_o_o_d.gif) movie, of which I've throughly enjoyed working on. Before, CC4 was my favourite movie I worked on for countless reasons. Some being: the cast [they were all great to work with], the colours [it was very colourful and standed to reason as it was a feel ![G o o d [Good]](/emoticons/g_o_o_d.gif) movie] and just the sheer quantity of the production values [which was the most I had ever done at that stage]. I think this one is personally the best one I've worked on, the music is one of the things that stands out. I just love the music in it, I went through a phase last week thinking "God, I still love the damn thing if it was just music and subtitles! The music is so meaningful. I find choosing music very easy to be honest. It's like second to nothing for me. When something's in something definetly staying and when something's not it's just not. A bit like when I cast people. This was a very interesting movie to cast. I was so glad I got to cast Sailorknightwing. To be honest, I think that was the last time someone casted her. Just after I asked her and she did the lines she was gone from TMO. Those of you who watched the third trailer got a little taster of her performance. I've loved working with this actress. She's so sweet and a really nice person. I think what's so paramount on working on this movie is the diversity of the actors. It's not just this guy and this guy. These are all very different actors yet really ![G o o d [Good]](/emoticons/g_o_o_d.gif) ones. Some I haven't worked with before who blew me away with their talent! I'll be honest that I did cut stuff out of the script but with a movie this long you have to balance it all. I've always cut stuff out of my movies but it works. I think what's different is this is a very serious movie but there's a bit of comedy in it. The meter in which shows how rude someone is being in the bullying scenes. I found this hilarious sound-effect to put it to on Sounddogs. I did find this other one of this guy saying "How dare you! but it didn't have the right kick to make it funny. So, till July I say no more about this movie in this thread apart from mentioning it in this thread when talking about the tribute. Laters Derby

Re: ~Aspirations~ *New Official production thread*
Hey there everyone. I've got some great news. A few minutes ago I finished drawing a prototype of the new poster. I'll be telling a friend of mine what I want a.s.a.p. About a month ago or so I decided to add an additional title in the film's opening credits. The title is "Inspired by Monster (Patty Jenkins, 2003)". The reason why this is so is that Monster really touches on the subject of prostitution very well and very hard-hittingedly. Plus the ending credits song really says everything about what the film is about. So, given that I wanted to find a very special song that rooted all that out. I did find that special song and so much so I did a test edit of it. It really worked on so many levels. Going back to the subject Monster touched on, it did it in such a way that you felt very emotional (the end scene always gets me going). I didn't want to approach this movie in that way. I didn't want that as it's like looking at something such as bullying in this case and over exposing what you're trying to show and say. Monster was telling a tragic tale and in my opinion if I had done that with this movie it would be over-dramatising and making it out to be something it's not because it's not a tragic story. Now, I'll be completly honest this movie is based on experiences I've gone through in my life. Given this I wanted to approach it in the best way possible. 90% of the dialogue is the same dialogue that went on in those situations (shown in the bullying scenes). I didn't find it hard writing the script considering the bullying scenes but I will say that finding the right people to cast for the bullying scenes was a really hard challenge. Even though it was a hard challenge I wouldn't change my choices, everyone is fantastic imo. It's just one of those feelings where you feel "I've got the right actors and I'm never going to change my mind". This reminds me of when I had the very hard challenge of casting the 26 actors in CC4. Everyone I casted really impressed me. I find it really something extradionary that everyone I casted brought across in their performances what I was looking for. This film was a real challenge, by far the biggest one I've gone through working on a movie. I've never portrayed real people in my films except this one. I looked closely at Monster, in particular Charlize Theron's performance as Aileen Wornous (a real person) when deciding how I wanted to portray the real people portrayed in this film. I wanted to stay very true to how these people were as people but I didn't want to have them looking (the actor puppets) exactly how these people looked like. Given that I worked very hard in Starmaker to perfect how I wanted them all to look. From re-watching the making of documentary on Monster also I felt my decision was the right one. The director expressed that she didn't want the actress playing Selby to look as she really did with "teeth falling out" (one example of one of the things she said). I'll admit I did cut things out as they just didn't work with the pace of the film and they just weren't appropriate. When I say I cut things out in this case I mean scenes that didn't even get into the script at all. An example of this being this one situation when the person portrayed as by Judy in the film gave me a nasty look as I walked by ignoring her. Despite that I still recognised she was being rude and I got very hurt by it at the time. About a minute later the teacher took attendance and when he got to my name I didn't say I was present. I felt like "Yeah, I really want to be here right now you s.o.b.". There ya have it. I didn't want to share the others because they weren't appropriate. The thing is if I did put that scene in it would be stretching it and it would contradict the story as it's touching on a scene which touches on this before this scene would of have been. All in all that concludes my update pretty much. One last thing, the opening credits are about 2 mins long but I found it necessary because you get a little taste what direction the film is going in from the music and titles. Plus, it's almost a 30 minute movie so it works out to be right. More news to come soon. Laters Derby

Re: ~Aspirations~ *New Official production thread*
Hey there everyone. I have great news. Tonight, I started work on the main body of the video, the tribute of the 12 films i've made over these 3 years. I plowed through quite a bit of it (not rushing it or anything). I've done almost 50%. Very happy. Never thought I'd get this far this early on as I had this planned to be done for July, it's not gonna be that long. With how I'm going next week this could be out, 2 weeks definate (and i'm bloody serious). Btw, I realised editing what I've done so far I need more than one song as one song doesn't cut the 2 mins, 44 secs original runtime I planned. I thought this could happen but hey, you never know originally compared to executing it for real. I've decided on the second song. Also, I made the concious decision to not edit the tribute in order of when I completed the 12 films. Now, I bet you're wondering "What about Aspirations? You haven't completed that yet". Well.... originally I thought of the cool idea of using footage of the movie from the music video I did recently (January 2009). This makes my job editing up this tribute much easier as to be honest about 75% of the stuff cut out for the music video was conversation scenes and I'm not having conversation scenes in the tribute as I felt "You don't know what they're saying (unless you know all the dialogue of by heart from watching them loads like me)". The music video highlighted ![G o o d [Good]](/emoticons/g_o_o_d.gif) bits of the film and that makes it easier as I can decide what has to stay and what has to go. The way I've done (edited rather) it so far is having all the clips that finally got chosen (which has been hard to do) from one of the 12 films in the duration of 20 secs to 30 secs each. For example CC4 is first and that runs for 29 secs. I've worked out the whole duration for this main part of the video will be around just over 4 minutes. The whole duration for this video will be 10 minutes (4 minute tribute + my 5 minute intro talking my TMO Career + 1 minute credits), i'm at 7 and a half atm, got 2 and a half minutes of the video to complete (overall i've done 70% of the video). YAY. So glad I'm making much, much quicker process doing this video. BTW, I forgot to mention that I'm editing all this with a Mac using I-movie. It's so fab, all the cool transitions, editing tools and great high def picture. More news to come soon. Laters Derby

Re: ~Aspirations~ *New Official production thread*
*Update*
Hey there everyone. Day 2 on editing the tribute. We're really getting somewhere and I'm very pleased to say so! I've done 8 films out of the 12 films [at 80% for the tribute itself, more than 80% for the whole thing, almost 90%]. I added a new title in the end credits today. It was just an extra, cool credit. The whole video is at 8 mins, 56 secs atm. With 4 films left to edit in the tribute till the video is complete, we're looking at 10 and a 1/2 half mins for the final run-time. Today, I didn't have to start college till 11:20 [as I have some free lessons in the morning, no need to go in] so I took quite a bit of time [an hour and a bit over that] to edit all what I wanted to edit today and I'm pleased to say I've done what I planned to do today. Very happy. I've been thinking about a looming release date and I've come to a decision, 8th May. Now, this is because I want to give an extra week to make sure I have it all sorted out [exporting it and uploading it on Motionbox]. This tribute will be finished by 8th May. I honestly mean that. Given movie release dates, this is the most honest and realistic I feel I've been for quite some-time [like when I released my previous movie, Time in July of last year]. So, ummmm.... one other thing from what I've edited so far the tribute is suitable for all mostly but I'm putting it forward as a 12 due to all the film's content [mostly 12's] shown in the tribute. I still have a bit more news to come. I will be finishing up this tribute on the weekend and sorting out all the exporting stuff then just so it's sorted and out of the way. I've watched the whole through about 3 times today [what I've done so far] just to see if it goes well, the pace and to be honest, I'm very satisfied. I feel this video is really great, for the following reasons:
No. 1: You get to see the real me for the first time! [Yes, a bit of live action]. I sum up my TMO career [2006-2009] over 5 mins.
No. 2: The sequences for each film [got 4 left to do now] are really superb [I found myself watching them more than the whole thing, not to say I wouldn't watch the whole thing as it's very ![G o o d [Good]](/emoticons/g_o_o_d.gif) entertainment] and the editing is very, very ![G o o d [Good]](/emoticons/g_o_o_d.gif) [you could say flawless, it's that sharp!]
No. 3: It feels like the perfect tribute [you get the full package, a great tribute montage of the 12 films I've made over 3 years, 2006-2009 plus you get to see what I have to say about it all, which is all very positive and very nice to watch!]
So far, I'm really pleased with the progress I've been making and I think fans of my work will be entertained watching it.
More news to come soon!

Re: ~Aspirations~ *New Official production thread*
*Update*
Hey there everyone. I have brilliant news to report! The virus that plagued my computer and almost destroyed it is gone! It's bloody gone [excuse my swearing, I'm just so happy it's gone for ]. My brother helped me get rid of it today and as of a result everything I had on my computer is the same as the computer got originally hit by the virus 2 months ago. I could like dance all night I'm so happy! And I've got more fab news to report. The tribute is pretty much done. Tonight I edited in the last 4 movies to go in and as of now, we're pretty much done. That release date for May 18th will be pulled back to this weekend, on May 4th as it's done [well.... like an hour away from being finished editing wise]. So, given I'm all back up and running and the tribute is pretty much done [really done almost] the tribute will be out 4th May. Also, on that note Aspirations won't be out July time, it'll be out June time. This is because I have exams on the horizon [Early May and Early June], so that's why it's coming out in June, instead of July. There ya go. More news to come as of the day of release for the tribute! Laters Derby

Re: ~Aspirations~ *New Official production thread*
Hey there everyone. The tribute is officially finished, all the editing is done and is going to hit your screens by Saturday 2nd May. I know I said 4th May a few hours ago but it really won't take anytime now, all I need is to export it (which I'll do tomorrow as it's bloody late and got college tomorrow). I'm having a day in between exporting it and uploading it on Saturday just to not be like uploading it straight away tomorrow. After exporting it tomorrow I can determine when and where to upload it. Ironic as I already can say when (lol). I will be releasing it 6pm GMT, 1pm Eastern and I will be uploading it on Motionbox. On the day of release I will post the link in this thread. Just thought I'd say that. Just as a reminder this video will contain both Live action (the intro of me talking at the start) and Non-Live action (clips of my 12 films made with The Movies from 2006-2009). The video is 11 mins and 14 secs long (thought in the end it would be 11 instead of 10). Not spoil the video but this is how it plays out: Opening credits :10 secs. Intro with me: 5 minutes and 37 secs. Tribute: 4 minutes and 40 seconds End credits: 42 secs. Just thought I'd make that clear. I would like to say something about the length. I know it's long for a tribute but it's really worth the 11 mins I feel. To be honest I knew it would be long originally but after really deciding to expand it with the intro (with me) I felt it would be great to do that. See you on Saturday 2nd May for the big day! 3 months from now is when this was supposed to be finished. Instead it's taken a month and 12 days from the concept to executing it. Hope you enjoy watching it on Saturday (when it's out) as much as I did making it. Laters Derby

Re: ~Aspirations~ *New Official production thread*
Hey there everyone. I thought it would be ![G o o d [Good]](/emoticons/g_o_o_d.gif) to talk about Aspirations in terms of completion. Now, I was pretty ![G o o d [Good]](/emoticons/g_o_o_d.gif) 2 months and like a week before and as my computer has been fixed I see it as the real task to edit up the movie to a rough cut. By rough cut I mean when a film is mostly very much cut and only needs a bit of polish to finish it. So, just to make it clear I am not releasing Aspirations this weekend. I am basically getting to where I should be at and then I'll be working on the sound for a while, a few weeks. I would like to make it clear also that it's still coming out June now instead of July as in two weeks I have two weeks till my first exam. I feel spending more time on my exams is more important. So, to conclude, with the tribute finished I thought I should bring this news to your attention. Aspirations will be out Late June. Not sure about the exact, definite date but I'm looking at 30th June as a serious consideration. Laters derby

Re: ~Aspirations~ *New Official production thread*
*Update*
Hey there everyone. The tribute has been exported and as I speak it is being uploaded on my Filefront account. I went to upload it on Youtube this morning but it got removed automatically for being a minute over the limit [annoying, at least it'll be going on somewhere]. I was planning to release it on Motionbox but the limit for it is 100MB for one file. So, I had no other option than to release it on Filefront as they allow any size as long as it doesn't take 10 hours to upload or it is 1GB big. There you have it. It's coming out today instead of tomorrow! YAY!![Up []](/emoticons/icon14.gif) ![Smily [:)]](/emoticons/emotion-1.gif) ![Big Smile [:D]](/emoticons/emotion-2.gif)
