Some time ago I set up a 2nd studio called The-Spirit. The idea is to be there to help studios when the the new VC system came in. Because some people are VC rich and some not. Maybe the person, prop or mod costs more than you can afford. Then The-Spirit may be able to help you. You can get help if: If you think your studio needs a payout. Will be decided on merit and funds available. You are running a competition and want to offer a VC prize. An amount will be offered, depending on funds. You want to give but need a little help first, then an arrangement can be made where you receive a payout, then pay back a box office percentage. In other words an investment. All the VC's in the fund are for giving away in one way or another. If a studio needs help to say pay for the VA they really need, or if someone runs a competition and wants to give a VC prize but doesn't have the funds them selves. Or even if someone doesn't have S&E and wants to make a purchase from the propshop that they can't afford, but they need an item there to finish their movie. None of the VC's go to me, to be honest I don't really need them.

I'm currently in the middle of producing a movie that I will probably use up a lot of VC's on with promotion and paying VA's etc. but as soon as that's done and I start to build up a fair amount of money again I'll be sure to donate to this!
