A great start, and some excellent performances - the girlfriend of the sheriff was a riot to watch.

The story meandered along (as it was meant to do) but there was a section in the middle where I was waiting for a gag like I was stuck at a bus stop in the desert. It showed no signs of coming.

Fortunately, things picked up near the end with the arrival in jail of the aforementioned character.

Excellent music perhaps saved this from a respectable three stars.

So, in the main, I felt some trimming in the middle (or better jokes there) would have improved the film. But much stuff nevertheless.

The genius of this film is that the terrorful foodstuffs don't actually do anything. The sheer terror is conveyed in well-timed dramatic beats and disturbing music.

A thin plot, and the plugs at the end show it to be what it is, throwaway cinema.

But it's fun, and the music was very too, perfectly selling the "scares".

A ending - he turns out to be a religious nutjob as well as a pervert. A lethal combination.

pacing and camerawork, music worked well too.

A colourful film with really music.

Not much story, but there were a fair few funny gags and the Marge Simpson impression that was used for Person Girl's voice was spot on.

Perhaps there were too many characters for just one person to voice, or there should have been some effects applied to some of the voices (the narrator needed some booming reverb, the robot could have used some tinniness in his voice etc.) - some voices were better done, and more distinct, than others.

camera moves helped make even the tired old jail door gag almost funny, adding to the overall effect which is that this film is a fun piece of nonsense.
