You have to remember that Fable 2 is just a videogame. You have to have more to look forward to in life other than Fable 2 diaries?!

I wish Sam would stop announcing when he finishes these diarys.  Every time he says they are done and gives an estimated time of release on the marketplace and it's always late according to his estimation.  Announcing them just causes a buzz here and people get emotional and upset when they are late everytime.  It serves it's purpose though in creating hype for Fable 2 and I'm sure that's the reason why it hasn't changed.  If completion of diaries aren't announced and one day they show up on the marketplace it's a great suprise to every fan, great for the fans but it doesn't quite create as much hype as the current process.  That's me speaking as a fan but I can also understand the business side of it.

The Diaries should be posted on lionhead.com the minute they are uploaded instead of continuing to wait through the Microsoft's lengthy Certification process.

Don't let them get to you.  I'm sure they'd all rather hear something than nothing.  If the delay is for a wedding that should be something worth celebrating, not people complaining over.

"Grow up, please?"    I never said once I was upset with the delays of a diary.  I actually find it hilarious when it happens because I get to look forward to Nasos333's emotional responses.  The only thing that comes close to upsetting me about the delays is all of the posts cluttering the boards about conspiracy theories as to why the diary is late. 

I've been on these boards for a long time and I don't need a Dev Diary to keep my interest in the game, I know Fable 2 will be a solid game like the original. 

3 Kinds of people in this topic, ones who say we should wait, ones who want it now, and others who suckup to Sam and want to get in his pants, do not know why, but they do.

Either way, a diary is a diary, we can wait, but we all want it. (Ill take the middle man of the two, minus the in the pants one.

Nope - that won't happen.
Microsoft is essentially a big PR machine and we'll know when they want us to know.
Look at all the hype being created on these forums and everywhere else too..
Besides, 4 months isn't that long to wait considering they've been developing for over 4 years!!

Hey Sam, don't fret mate, you're doing a great job and many many thanks for letting us all be a part of it all.
I'm pretty sure there are some game companies that don't honour and help out their fans as much as you and Lionhead do.

Umm naahh no way have they been developing for 4 years..I wish.
Actually pm said the first meeting about fable 2 was in september 2005 and they didnt start properly making the game even then. So id say that theyve been developing for just 2 and a half years. Thats one of my worries i think fable 2 needs more time, maybe im wrong

Actually from what i gather by Sam posts, a man that is the backbone of the whole Microsfot Live video watching department is getting married

The release of the video is depended on that man beeing in his job i guess, so we will hve to wait for that one man MS has for the whole thing to deliver the video, after he has completed his honeymoon

Now the question is, why a multibillion company like Microsoft wants to make millions of gamers wait and get dissapointd and frustrated, than just have two (2) men responsible for the videos in Live

I'd have really liked to see your faces when you all read that Dev Diary 6 was being delayed to June 21st Mine was a terribly angry face, I hated everyone and everything LOL. BTW, Sam, it wpuld be nice if you told us the exact reasons for the Diary getting delayed, we do care about them. But well, I understand that it probably isn't your fault, so thank you anyways for doing verything you could(or so I hope you did).

I don't think that that is a nice question to ask Sam.
He's done so much for us in the past, and I'm sure he has enough on his plate as it is.
Its not like your paying anything to get to see the video diary.

Besides, it's not even June 21st yet. Sam said it'll be well worth the wait, with all kinds of stuff. Maybe that's why it's not released yet. Maybe microsoft  thought there was to much?

I believe if it was truly up to Sam, it would have been released already. In a blogg of his he tried to explain, how he had to send it to microsoft first.It's all very confusing to me.
He keeps apologizing, in tortuos  agany and wishing he could have released himself already. Seems awfully complicated. I long for it, too. I console myself by knowing it'll have a whole lot of new stuff. Hopefully at least by the end of June?
I hope you get to see it, before you go to camp.
