You need to invent a badge to inform people how handsome I am as a warning, so they don't get too infatuated with me when they finally do see me.

It's more for my safety over everybody elses, I'm sick of having to replace the front door of my house that's been battered down by screaming crowds of lust driven humans.

    Thanks.

So funny I forgot to laugh...

    Huh? [:^)]

    That hurts!

It was that time of the morning though, where you find everything you think up absolutely hilarious.

I only wrote this because I hate you.

Actually the fable fan fiction organiser has sort of switched to Kit_103. I believe Orakaius prefers spending time in other areas of the site now....

1 year on the forums and counting! Get it? Counting? Oh never mind...

Only if there is a badge for people who post over 51 posts in their own thread, with a minimum of only 50 other posts from other users, should call it the 51/50 User. Crazy []

How the hell is this person an oldbie?

    Join date 2006.

    (and this person too...)

The concept of being an oldbie is shattered before my very eyes.

    Re: Badge Nominations

Speaking of that, a while ago someone who'd been here a week or two got a G o o d [Good] member badge.

Shouldn't people be here a little bit longer than a few weeks before they get a badge like that? Not that I mean to say newbies can't be helpful, just that I thought that to get a G o o d [Good] member badge you'd need to go above and beyond simply being helpful and for quite a while. Given the nature of this I can hardly mention his name, but most of his posts and threads were pretty useless anyway so it's not as if he'd been some kind of superstar during his brief time here, or better than many other new members who I'd much sooner nominate for a badge.
I was just wondering if badges were starting to be handed out to anyone who vaguely meets a generous representation for the requirements. I don't really mind that this specific member got a badge, mainly because of the fact that, like many week old members, he soon became inactive and never came back.

Yes both are oldbies in my opinion. As are you actually delirious. Late 2005, very early 2006 is starting to get old imo. Not everyone will get it, it also depends on how active you have been of course.

    Re: Badge Nominations

I just got it now though, after I posted that. I wasn't asking for one (In my personal opinion I don't think it's appropriate for me), I was just a bit confused, since there are a lot of members who have been here longer than me even, who don't have the oldbie badge.

Yeah, so I nominate Matneee for it. Muahahahaha.

I very much agree with this.  Some people have been around quite a long time, like Undead, and still don't have a G o o d [Good] Member Badge.

    I nominate Undead---God for G o o d [Good] Member.

    Is it mid 2006 now?

I was quite surprised when I noticed that Beowulf71 has an oldbie badge and his join date is 05-28-2006.

    Windows 7 was my idea!

As grateful as I am I don't think I really deserve one, or that I will any time soon Stick out tongue [:P]

I was just saying that if a newbie whose posts were of just about average quality got a G o o d [Good] Member badge, then it implies that everyone who posts of that quality or better should also get one. That would be pretty much the entire forum.
I thought that to get a G o o d [Good] member badge you'd need to post well and do so consistently, for a month or two at the very least. I've seen a few people with G o o d [Good] member badges when I don't think they're much better posters than anyone else, but this was completely different. Seeing someone who'd been here for a week who seemed to make no contribution with a G o o d [Good] member badge seemed a bit... off. I guess it was some kind of mistake, there's plenty of other new members whose posts were actually worth reading.
