Most importantly: The movie must feature one or more major characters wearing the Roger Thong, or the thong must figure as the central part of the plot.

To my mind I'd say that the thong is a fairly major part of UPM. I mean after all it's got Thong Boy in it. Which is a character created due to the Roger thong. So I say yes.
