    LordDan:

I meant if they quoted your Original Post then it would be one heck of a post size lol

Not to mention that quoting the post pretty much makes the spoiler prevention useless Stick out tongue [:P]

Re: (SPOILER ALERT!) Exploring Fable II - Has Lionhead finally made a game to match the hype?

With the way that 10/10's and 5/5's are being handed out now, I really do think that Fable 2 will be among the 11/10's, ranking with Halo, Zelda, and Mario.

That was a great interview.  I like it when they developers speak frankly, it makes understanding things much easier.

I really like the bit about the acorn.

Fable 2 keeps freezing, please help.

Re: (SPOILER ALERT!) Exploring Fable II - Has Lionhead finally made a game to match the hype?

I've always thought, and this is gonna sound stupid but I'll say it anyway, that Lionhead has had that little glimmer of hope and a soul all of it's own that set it appart from the heartless money grubbing corporate masses. The reason I like what Lionhead stands for is how much they care about their audiance and how much effort they put into giving us the inside info first instead of some other companies I could think of that probably couldn't give two shits for their fans. ^-^ Since I've wanted to be a 3D modeler for quite some time now, I hope that maybe someday I'll try to get a job "'across the pond" over at Lionhead? Stick out tongue [:P] Who knows; but at least they're a company I think I could stand behind

Re: (SPOILER ALERT!) Exploring Fable II - Has Lionhead finally made a game to match the hype?

Interesting read.  Although I would not really classify anything in there as a spoiler.  Most of the things the article covered are already present in the video interviews and such that have been released over the last year.

My calculating style of gameplay is going to bite my morality right in the backside. . .  I am not one to make sacrifices as long as I can both benefit and live with my actions...  I'll have a nice reputation in Albion, power, and lots of material possessions, but my closet will have a few skeletons.Rolleyes []

Re: (SPOILER ALERT!) Exploring Fable II - Has Lionhead finally made a game to match the hype?

That was an extremely well-written article, and the game just seems even more incredible than it did before.  I have to say, I got almost as much of a visceral reaction from that article as I did from the blog in which Peter came upon one of his fellows who had just finished playing the game, and that man had tears in his eyes, saying that Fable II was by far the most incredible game he had ever played.

I get the feeling I'm going to be rather emotional at many points in Fable II, and I have no doubt there will be tears in my eyes when I finish it.

Thank you Lionhead, thank you Peter.

Still reading the article, but I do agree with the Shadow of the Colossus bit.  I really did feel bad near the end of the game, the colossi didn't do a thing, yet here you are killing them for personal gain. Sad [:(]
