Thanks Uber...I've never have had any intentions of ever switching engines, and I never will. I almost went crazy when I couldn't re-install the game after the crash. It was so worth the 20 bucks to buy a new one from IGN and download it.

Lionhead is stupid to ever think that the movies isn't worth they're time to make a sequel. Maybe a petition is in order???

Anyways, I've spent pretty much the whole day tracking down a really awesome HD CG sequence for the "Pathopens Event". This animation shows the devestation placed upon the earth. Some of the die-hard Journey of Man fans may remember this sequence from the first episode. But this time around, its in full HD and has been altered to fit the story.

Then why are you trying to convince me to go to a new platform? I'm confused.

Firstly, what does being jealous gotta do with what platform you're using? With you, you can make anything on any machimina thing. Secondly, I said why not use that to film some scenes, then include them in the movie since Moviestorm doesn't care if you were to even make a film, and then sell it?

There are some aspects of this film that I just don't like, but your effort and the stuff you are doing to it is fantastic.

Well, for example what can be found on the site's front page, you can see how Moviestorm has gotten improved with it's last update: http://www.moviestorm.co.uk/MSDB/HomePageServlet

But still, even with it's better animation/graphics, it cannot rival the simplicity, and style of The Movies- just thought I make a point.

One philosopher, called 'Jagger', once said: 'you can't always get what you want', but, 'if you try sometimes, you might get what you need'. So, if you can work around it, then it should work, just like with your first few times with The Movies, but, as of now, don't make any big projects with it- too much of not having enough of sets and animations.

I apologize for not updating recently, but yes, definitely - the production is still underway. I'm getting ready to film some pickup scenes that we (Nick and I) have decided to contribute to the story. These scenes are small but important, and expressively show how the world responds to the disasters which occurs to put the world in chaos.

Afterwards, we will tell the story of how our main character escapes from being buried a half mile underground.

But, I when I get started on that filming, I'll definitely get back to my daily updates.

They will be edited into the film. We watched the first twenty minutes and we realized that we were missing that element. I frequently watch my edited segments to make sure that things flow correctly and sometimes that happens - but with outside editing - fixing that is very easy.

Also, due to the success of my force perspective with the "office scene", I'm going to re-do some of the corridor scenes to add more eye candy to it. I want to open up the corridors and have walk paths where they walk through a section kinda like what is seen in the Death Star in Episode IV where Obi-Wan shuts down a reactor.

I just need to find a way for my lowered bluescreen to work in the game.

This spring will be really hot.

Great Question, and of course, Ill go into more detail about it when it gets closer to the DVD release.

But the basic run down is people will be able to go to my web page and download the DVD for free. This download process will be much like when you purchase a PC game online and download it to install, just that it will be free.

A person will have two different options to download. A person can download it so it will be a PC DVD (which means that it will download the Video_TS files to your hard drive to be able to play right from your computer without having to burn it) or they can download the DVD Image which will give users the ability to quickly burn the DVD onto a blank DVD.

And for people who have a little more power behind their computers and space (and patience for download), they will be able to download the Blu-Ray DVD which will give people superior quality in image and sound.

What will be on the DVD's other then the actual film hasn't been locked in. But I do know it will containly have interviews from myself and the writer Nick Blacketer, it will have a commentary, and will include both the Theatrical Version and the Special Extended Edition, also included will be links to the webpage where people can read trivia.

I'll most likely add some easter eggs as well. I can say it will be a pretty cool DVD. I've got some of the best DVD authoring tools, so I have endless options.

I HAVE SOME PRODUCTION NEWS!

Due to the length of the film and average attention span that internet folks have, the film will be released in broken down 20 minute segments and released once a week. This will obviously make it easier for people who would watch it but don't really have an hour to watch it online. This will also makes the actual premiere slightly longer, hopefully giving the film maximum exposure for those who might have missed the first episode release. And finally, it will give me time to get the DVD finished (which will feature the film seamless in a film format) in time for the last episodes release.
