I have a "imageshack.us" account, I just upload my pictures there and use the code imageshack generate to put the pictures on a post.

There is other site you can use, like photobucket and some others, I just can't remember the names right now.

To get the Top Hat you must kill charles when you are FLEEING the tomb of heroes, its the find charlie quest, you cant kill him when hes trying to open the grave/sarcophagus/watever

if u helped him escape and got him to his grandma u dont ever get the hat =/

It's the actual ranger coat. Go to your clothing screen, equip the coat then press 'A' again. You can do this on most coats to toggle them open/closed, or, in this case, hood up/hood down.

Its not a hat, its a hood, I believe its called the Ranger Coat, if you wear it, it will stay off your head but if you click on it again the hood will come up. You can buy it at Bloodstone if I remember correctly.
