what armor do you use in Halo 3? post both your favorite elite and spartan armor set-ups.

Here are mine:

ELITE:
Head: Ascetic (most awesome helmet ever)
Shoulder (Left): Commando
Shoulder (Right): Commando
Body: Flight

SPARTAN:  (I will intersperse recon when ODST comes out)
Head: Mark V (halo1 helmet)
Shoulder (Left): Hayabusa
Shoulder (Right): Hayabusa
Body: CQB (I love the knife on the chest, but if they ever release the bungie armour, I will use that)

Nah, I used to use the EVA and Scout armours, but then my Xbox RROD'd (Theres a shock- everybody, get a PS3 and hope for exclusive 360 games to be ported to the PS3) and I just started a new profile, and I never touch Halo anymore, so =/

The bungie armor is currently restricted to bungie employees, it looks exactly like EOD, but it sets your head on fire

EDIT:  what did you do for your recon? the vidmaster achievements aren't all out yet, so you must have gotten it the old way by impressing them.

Ok, I have the EOD, but I definetly don't have flaming head.  I think that's strictly for Bungie.  I never use recon, too many people are like "Will you get that for me?!"  and it's impossible for me to do so.  I have friends that have it and know people at Bungie, so I get special things...I usually use the third one I posted though.  It looks the best, I just wish I could get the mongoose mowdown achievement so I could get scout shoulders.  They're awesome.

The best combo is rogue helmet and everything else mark vi beacuse they are the smallest so its hard to get shot or sniped
