I don't know about any of you guys, but I prefer to receive trophies. Preferably the completely useless kind, which I then mount on the wall in my house.

Yeah trophies make best gifts for gift tag,especially as the target flashes trophy upon receipt!

I've been watching this thread pretty closely and based on the honor system, I believe the "Useless Trophy" Gift-Tag scoreboard is....

1. OakRain - (Not that he doesn't already own the other Leaderboards) 2 (Teh Hermit - Banshee rags and NDarkie - Hobbe Leg)
2. Grimey - 2 (Meralonne and Splatter - Mutton)
3. Meralonne - 1 (bluemax - edit Hollowman's head)

Please revise if you see any errors or omissions.  I'd like to say "can't catch me, cuz I am the gingerbrad man!" but I am sure I would live to regret it...

Both times he's hit me i was in combat. Got him when he was running past me(teddybear) and when he made a bad mistake of standing on top of the stall (eyeball)

Troll eyeball comes from the rookridge tavern quest, you have to eliminate a troll. Never been able to get on the produce stall, I was talking about the jewellers.

Oh yes,the gold made it to somebody much more deserving than I.

I am very happy with my new eyeball,I'm starting a collectionThe quest it comes from is called Something Rotten.

I like to gift spare items in my inventory to random people I come across. Last time I played I gifted a couple of Master weapons, 5 star dyes, and some random augment to a new player who was being hassled to pay 5 million gold for a "start-up kit" by another player. He then thanked me and left the area. Next I went over to the jerk who was yelling into his mic trying to sell his crap and gifted him Nasty Nuts, so he proceeded to shout obscenities at me.

I've jumped off the Cow and Corset onto the jewellers stall before, it was fun standing up there. Then I heard some kids playing and wondered how I did it. Next thing I knew two orbs dropped down ontop me. It wasn't fun anymore so I ran away. I was gifting a bunch of stuff to one of my friends last night trying to help her out: expression books, strenght and experience potions, stuff like that. She didn't even know you could do that.

I done this 3 times so far. I tink for some people this ruins their game becuase of the whole rags to riches thing, thus why i do so.

Oakrain gave me a "Golden Oak Leaf"-Trophy and then he ran off.

Later i saw him again in Bowerstone Market and he got a "Chestys Son" from me.

Ooo, this sounds like fun. I might actually have to join the fun.

I guess I am at least the instigator of all this and it kind of evolved on its own, but the idea is to Gift Trophies to fellow LH forum participants (some actively  playing, others have been drafted and may not know they are playing).  The unconfirmed scoreboard update is:

1. OakRain - 4 (Teh Hermit - Banshee rags and ?; NDarkie - Hobbe Leg; Zirrus - Golden Oak Leaf)
2. Grimey - 2 (Meralonne and Splatter - Mutton)
3. Meralonne - 1 (bluemax - Hollowman's head)
4. Teh Hermit 1 (OakRain - Troll Eyeball)
5. Zirrus -1 (OakRain - Chesty's Son)

But I believe gifting random crap is highly encouraged

I rather enjoy gifting to people that I find working.  I was especially bad around Christmas.  I ran around Bowerstone going "ho ho ho" giving out 100K and a master hammer to just about everyone I saw.  Don't ask me why, but I always try to give 100K and a master hammer.
