Teresa.

i really liked her. didn't trust her but i liked her. she had a great voice actor and i liked the all knowing ancient goddess'ish vibe she had. plus i really felt an attachment to her since i played through fable 1 like 7 times.

Rose.

i wasnt to much of a fan of her since i wasnt around her to much. still pissed me off when Lucien shot her and i was a little sad when i ran away from her before killing lucien.

Barnum.

he was pretty cool. didnt really feel much of an attachment to him though since you only see him breafly a few times.

Hammer.

i liked her well enough she had a certain... charm to her. and i felt for her when she lost her dad. still she was some what annoying i must say.

Garth.

probably one of my favorite characters. i really related to him very intoverted and had a personality like mine. usually agreed with my choices.

Reaver.

i must say i really disliked him. kinda of a selfish ***. but i am pretty sure thats what he was supposed to be. really pissed me off when he sent me to be sacraficed though.

Bob.

poor guy he really deserved better

Doggie.

i wuv my doggie!. although i must admit at the higher levels of treasure finder the constant barking gets pretty annoying. and i thought it was stupid that you cant do allot of the stuff in the game without him. (not that i ever chose that option but still)

Hammer is very pretty, shes just very big and not someone youd get it on with (some people would.. just... lots of people wouldnt). We dont think you are more of a man because you call her ugly and say you hate her because of her appearance...

She didnt have very many friends to grow up with, shes allowed to be talkative, you are the first person she can really relate too

Her father made her take a vow of pacifism, she had no idea who she was. She thought she wanted one extreme, because she was at the far end of another, she learned after she gathered some experience that she wanted to be somewhere in the middle...

 

We were cool at first, and she became a real asset in fights, but *Spoiler* at the spire, whatever decision I made, she criticized. Needs of the many "I wouldn't have sacraficed my father" Needs of the few "You killed all those people!" like i was some monster or something. Needs of the one was basically the same thing as the needs of the few. I liked her until that point. Especially at the bar when I came back from the Spire. I was Hammered though... Get it? HAMMERed? I thought it was funny lol 

Anyway, what im trying to say is please don't criticize people for their opinions, at least not until the whole story has been told.

 

Theresa: even though she is a b***** i love her! its the jack slayers sister and shes part of Fable 1!

Rose: i liked rose if you spend time with her as a child and smash all the barrels and stuff you biggin to get close when lucien shot her i felt a bit bad

Lucien: I like lucien. I feel sorry for him. Because in truth hes not . All he wants to do is erase the world with a purer one. But when he shot my dog i felt like ripping his head off!

Dog: I love my dog! When i chose the sacrafice with my main account i was SO p***** off becuz all i got was a stupid statue and letter? I wanted my dog back so i could dig again and i missed not having him with me

Hammer: I like hammer . She has the voice of one of my old teachers and hearing her whilst she smacks people with the hammer is funny.

Reaver: I hate him

Barnum: Barnum was great he was funny and a cool character

Fable 1 is the best game ive ever played!

ROSE WAS THE BEST OF ALL! I REALLY MISSED HER THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE ENTIRE GAME. ALL THE OTHER CHRACTERS WERE ALRIGHT BUT I DIDN'T REALLY FEEL AS CLOSE TO THEM AS I FELT WITH ROSE. I JUST REALLY REALLY WISH LIONHEAD CREATES A DLC WHERE YOU COULD FIND ROSE AND FINALLY BE REUNITED WITH HER, THIS WAS THE ONLY THING I THOUGHT THE GAME WAS MISSING!!!1 IF YOU COULD OF GOT REUNITED WITH ROSE IN SOME WAY, THIS GAME WOULD OF CLEARLY HAVE BEEN ON OF THE BEST GAME I HAVE EVER PLAYED IN MY LIFE, ALL MY FRIENDS WHO PLAY FABLE 2 AGREE WITH ME IN THIS POINT. I JUST KNOW LIONHEAD WILL CREATE A DLC THAT WILL LET THE PLAYER REUNITE WITH ROSE ALONG WITH OTHER MINOR THINGS, LIONHEAD WON'T DISAPPOINT US. Then again, I was one of those Fable: TLC players that killed every other
hero in the game so I guess that might have something to do with it.

noones seems to have any real human emotion or thought, especially not theresa... and i dont see why anyone would feel anything towards them, especially considering how little you seem them, even though its a very short story...

fable 1s heros worked a lot better... even if they do suffer from the same 1 dimentional syndrome... they were all in at least 1 side quest... you could kill them... (not that that helps their character develop i suppose)

and well... they always always expressed their feelings towards you... whiched changed as the story progressed... fable 2 doesnt have that at all really besides hammer at the end... bearing in mind you only have reaver... who you see in 1 mission... and garth is well... quiet... and theresa... yeah...

im sure im rambling on anyway... i could go on and on and on and on and on about flaws allll day... i used to...

(i dont know... you never saw her much... but i always thought briar rose was interesting... maybe someone can help me out on that? lol)

Theresa: I wanted to stab her, throw her limp body off a cliff then burn it with an inferno spell. I felt sorry for her in Fable 1, since she kind of got her eyes skewered out of her sockets by a bunch of bandits. But in Fable 2 I had no pity. She used me the WHOLE game, and I barely had any important plot choices to make while playing as her little puppet to reclaim the spire. If I wanted to be a puppet the whole game, I would of gladly joined Luciens army instead. WHat ever happened to creating your own destiny and deciding how to handle things on your own instead of having to take mindless orders. Needless to say, due to her needs, I barely had enough time to develop my own character, to reflect upon my OWN actions and how they affect my standing. In Fable TLC, you had choices on how to proceed with quests, limited but providing a VAST amount of more choices than Fable 2. Theresa slaughtered all my hopes and dreams. /endrant

Barnum: I still have his Thesaurus <3 RIP

Garth: An insightful badass. Need I say more? I just wish I could of learned some of his unique spells, like the shielding summoned swords.

Hammer: She's alright. Pretty awesome concept for a female strength hero, but I could do without her constant criticism and chatting for once.

Reaver(Bias alert) : Loved him. Charasmatic, charming, self-centered, and . I also felt a tad bit of remorse for him after fully reading the diary's last page. His humorous side comments made me laugh a few times as well.

Dog: I felt nothing for it really. Was I supposed to? The constant barking when it finds a dig spot/treasure annoyed me, especially when I was questing or trying to find someone specific.

Bob: WHY, BOB, WHY?! D:

Lucien: Stereotypical villain trying to take over the world. *yawns* His spire speech was interesting nonetheless, but the whole theme behind it and the fact that there was no intense boss fight with him involved dissappointed me. He did have a backstory, so it wasn't completely cliche...it just didn't give me the Hero-vibe like I got in Fable 1, which would be epicness, replayability, more main quest choices and simply the fun factor.

Rose: I had a revenge plot set out to avenge her until the end when she started saying "It's okay, 'Lil Sparrow!" I'm like "WOAH, GET OUT OF MY HEAD!" Would of been nice to see her if you chose the Needs of Few though. That letter left me pondering what would happen next.

Chesty: He was my super-best friend!

Teresa- I didn't really care about her. All she was really there for was to advance the story along and of course saving you at the beginning.

Rose- She isn't really around long enough to develop those feelings for her you want to, but when she got shot I wanted to cleave Lucien's arms and legs off with my toy sword anyway.

Hammer- I think Hammer would be a whole lot better if she was a boy instead. Also instead of being a monk why not start her/him off as a bandit leader or something like that. You would think that the Hero of Strength would want battle consistently.

Barnum- I liked him actually. I liked the fact that he improved places if you invested in him. When he got shot though, I actually thought it was kinda humorous. It didn't make me angry or sad, I just chuckled.

Dog- The dog idea in general was brillant. Changing breeds in the new DLC was even more brillant. But at the end of the game, when your dog is a 4 star treasure hunter, is really annoying. You can't go anywhere without him barking telling you there is a dig spot. Why can't he show the general location of Garoyles too? I think he just turns into an annoyance at the end. Although when he takes a bullet for me it teared at my heart and this time I wanted to cleave off lucien's arms and legs with my real sword.

Lucien- All in all a very character. His backstory was very understandable. Lossing his sanity because of his loss and sacrificing anything and everything to get them back. You can level with his situation. Although, he did make the wrong choice of killing my sister and later on killing my dog. If he didn't do that, then I might of actually stop to think about the situation before I shot him.

I liked Barnum he was annoying at first but grew on me. I was actually upset when he was shot.

With no cutscenes and stiff characters flapping a mouth and doing a classic resident hand gesture at random intervals, I couldn't really get into the characters. Theresa from the old game was my favourite character, when you kill Twinblade and it explains what she went through, the artwork there was cool and it made Theresa a strong character in my mind for the rest of the game

Teresa. I wished she never happened. Then the hero's live would have gone on as normal.

Rose. My favorite character. At first, i didnt care about her death. But after painfully leaving the perfect world, i missed her so much. All i wanted out of this game from then on was a reunion. Still, it helps to know she is alive. But my greatest Fable 2 wish is that she comes back to meet the Hero. I still replay the childhood now and again.

Hammer. I liked her a little, but she was annoying. My freinds called her the meat robot.

Garth. Bad-a%^ to the max.

Reaver- was meant by Lionhead to piss me off. They did a VERY job at that.

Barnum- how come after 20 years, his pictures still took 3 months to 'devellify'? Oh well, that picture of me from the childhood should be done now. I'm gonna miss him so much, one of the best guys.

Dog- i loved the dog. of course i revived him.

Lucien- i wish his family never died. then none of this would ever have happened. I kinda agreed with him about a pure world. Still, i blasted his head of with a Master Blunderbuss for what he did to Rose and my Dog.

Pat the Bowerstone market blacksmith. He is really cool. I work as a 5 star blacksmith just for him. of course money isnt a matter anymore, but still.

Theresa- kinda gave me the creeps. She was ok  I suppose, but I  never really trusted her.

Rose- didn't really get to know her well enough to care, but she seemed ok.

Hammer- I really kinda liked Hammer. She was sweet, and I am in NO position to judge someone who talks alot!

Garth- He seemed pretty awesome. A little snooty and condescending at times, but otherwise cool.

Reaver- I REALLY hated Reaver when I first met him on my first playthrough. He made me so mad that it was all I could do to keep from decapitating him. BUT, with my second character, I knew what to expect from him, and after I read his diary and got to know him better, I liked him more.

Lucien- I felt sorry for what happened to his family. But other that that I hated that douche-bag!

Barnum- was goofy and made me laugh! He reminded me of Tigger with all his made up fancy words for things.

Dog- Where do I begin! I love animals. And I'm probably far too sensitive when it comes to them being hurt. Because of this, I did not get much enjoyment out of the whole dog companion. Having him selfishly help the main character fight, when no assistance was really needed, seemed really cruel to me. I found that he was pretty useless in combat, He'd run stupidly into danger instead of keeping outta the way, and he distracted me from fights because I was too worried about keeping him from being hurt. It felt like babysitting 95% of the time. If  I had more of a "combat-suited" dog/pet, not your average sweet family pet type, it would've been better. Also his constant barking and never being able to make up his mind where he wanted you to go really got annoying. But it's the fact that I loved him that made me not like having him around, because it was too sad to see him get hurt.

My Main Regret in Fable 2:
Not feeding Sam & Max to the Banshee!!!

I didn't feel anything for any of the characters and I hate my dog...

Feel exactly the same way man, I did not feel anything for any character in fable 2, in fable TLC loads of character made me feel all kinds of stuff, hell when I got to Nostro to collect his sould I just restarted the game and killed the guildmaster instead because I did not want to kill Nostro

Same thing was with Maze, at first I really hated him for betraying me but then, after you kill first form jack and go to his old tower and in search of clues for Avos tear you understand that he also whannet to bring down jack but did not have the guts for it, which made me feel a little sad for the old guy.

And ye, the dog should be turned into cat food, at least some will come from him...

Dog: i hated the dog at times. mainly becouse (as someone else put it) he barks at every piece of barried tissue paper. but then again i liked that he loved me and that he acted so realisticly.

Hammer: I hated hammer b/c her voice was annoying, she seemed to talk endlessly, she didn't like garth, she's ugly, and she criticises me for my final decision, the ***.

Garth: Garth was awesome as hell. the reason is cuz your so involved with him. you escape a prison together! you can't find a better way to make a friend. he's smart, he's cool, he's just awsome!!! Garth all the way.

Reaver: i only hated reaver b/c he killed barnum, but otherwise he has the best voice ever.

Theresa/sister: Theresa is so cool cuz she's the first hero's sister. and my sister didn't mean all that much to me cuz i hardly knew her. but that bit where she screams in the perfect day quest send shivers down my spine. i really felt like that was all a dream.

Reaver and Garth were my favorites. No reason, they just were.

Hammer and Lucien are cry babies. I lost my whole family, do I cry about it? No.

Rose never would have come around to my lifestyle so it's probably better she died.

Barnum was the single greatest character in the entire history of video games, but he died being stupid. If Barnum still hasn't developed my picture why is he taking pictures of Reaver? Stupid Barnum, it's your fault you died not Reavers.
Don't hate Reaver he is what everyone is on the inside, an impatient, heartless jerk.

Dog is annoying but he grows on you, kind of. My dog was named Dog, it's easy to sacrifice when you don't waste time naming it.

If you didn't hate Hammer you are a strange person. No matter what you do she never gives you the respect you deserve. "Lets go fight, oh wait I forgot I'm a wuss. Lets go to the temple and pray that our problems go away." At the end I wish you could shoot her when she criticizes your decision.

Barnum: Why does everyone like him so much? He hardly plays a role in the game. I was a little ticked once I found out who he was when Reaver shot him, but just because he was from my childhood. 6/10

Theresa: Freakin' annoying! Especially on my account! I only like her cuz she helps you kill Lucien... 5/10

Dog: 8/10. I forget about him a lot, but he's a dog so its nice to have him around. Still I think it would be neat to get rid of him once in a while.

Hammer: Sooo annoying. Cheesy dialogue, that trip to westcliff was pure torture. Her voice is too heavily accented, and shes fat lol. 4/10

Lucien: I hated him for killing my sister and dog of course but I kind of like him in some weird way. He is, however, an epic failure when you think about it, and a true villain won't die from 1 shot on the first attempt on his life. 6/10

Rose: *sniff* I miss her, childhood was a really fun part of the game, in fable 3 you need to be able to spend more time as a kid. Somehow she grew on me, I didn't see the whole *Lucien randomly shoots us* stunt coming. 10/10

Garth: Hes a wizard with a deep voice and hes not a jerk (to me.) He's cool. 8/10

Reaver: Lolzlololz, one of my favorite characters. I hated him at first cuz I didn't know much about him and he just calls you a nobody and tells u to do some quests. But I found him kind of funny after he kept shooting the artists, and after his failed attempt to betray me. Wish I could get even somehow and get his gun. 10/10

Bob: Man, if he hadn't died me and him woulda joked about the ol' times... I didn't kill him though I hit the commandant twice instead lulzlulzlulz. character. 9/10

Dude who resurrects Lady Grey: I didn't know you could leave the room, :3, I feel bad for him. Did he commit suicide or what?

I didn't like Theresa, it was obvious she had her own agenda throughout the game and she does nothing but sit in that cave and boss you about. She always went on about what needed to be done but did nothing herself unless it helped her.

I felt absolutely nothing for Rose. If they wanted me to feel something, they should have given her more time in the game for me to get attached to her but instead she was only in the game for a few minutes and then you never see her again. It's just like saying "This is your sister, now love her." Her dying was the same as any other NPC dying, I had no time to get to know the character.

I liked Barnum, he was a fun character and was one of the few characters who could make a real impact on the world. Improving Westcliff and it was sad that when he'd finally succeeded and was running a successful business, he gets killed.

Hammer was a complete pain in the ass. She never shut up! She went off on a monologue at every little thing then mocked me for never speaking. At the end, regardless of what you pick, she goes off on yet another little speech telling me how a friend I am, ignoring the fact that I hate her and would kill her if I had the choice.

Garth was a character but you never find out enough about him. He's just a magic man who used to work with Lucien on the Spire. How does he use spells as shields when I can only use them as offensive weapons? How does he fire full powered spells instantly while I have to wait for ten seconds for them to charge?

Finally, Reaver. He's a complete git. He's selfish, and annoying. He has no redeeming qualities whatsoever which might be why I like him so much. Far too many games have the guys eventually sacrifice themselves or do something noble to make the character like them but Reaver is a git through and through. Everything he does is for him and him alone. Games need more characters like him.

I hated Hammer and Reaver.

Garth and Theresa were alright though, but only when they weren't talking.

My dog was fricken so ANNOYING! Every five seconds he barks because someone buried a rotten apple! Grrr... But 2 minutes after he died, I kinda missed him. Oddly enough.

I wanted to see what Rose looked like all grown up, but all I got was a stupid note. (That could be a T-shirt! Hahaha...)

I miss Barnum... When Reaver killed him, I was so betwazzled that it left me in a lexicological quandary. Lol

Theresa - I positively hated her. She made me feel like a pupper in her and. Also, she gave me the creeps when she said "The tower is mine".

Rose - It really hurt to leave her in the perfect world. I liked the character and would have liked more interaction.

Dog - I loved him and missed him greatly after deciding to take the most altruistic choice possible at the end of the main quest.
It was a bit bugged at times, but I didn't really care.

Barnum - On of my favourite characters. I wasn't surprised when he died: my favourite characters in games, books and movies all tend to do so. Early. It's a curse!

Hammer - I disliked her at first, then I started to love her. I would have liked more interaction with her and with the heroes in general. She had some bright and funny dialogues. I loved the somewhat dry sense of humor mixed with naivety.

Garth - Loved him to the point of turning into a fangirl.

Reaver - I disliked the character, but since it was created to be disliked, I have to say it was done pretty well.

Rose - Really liked her as a sister. She was really kind. My heart broke when she died. ;-; And then in Perfect world when she screamed 'noooooo!' I felt so guilty.

Hammer - She's my favourite character. I was thrilled to have a realistic strength girl instead of the stupid twig figures they put in even when they have a weapon twice the size of them. And for those who think she's FAT, she's not. That's muscle and that's how real girls look with muscles so stop living in a fantasy world please. Plus she had a beautiful voice.

Garth - He annoyed me, but I saw him as a friend. When he said he would have stopped Lucien from killing my sister if he knew, I liked him more.

Hammer and Garth - When I was playing the game, my dad joked at their arguing that they'd end up marrying. I thought it as a joke to, but now I can't stop thinking of it. I rather find it sweet and now I'm a supporter and fan of it. XD Awesome!

Reaver - I hate you Reaver. ¬.¬ So, so much. You killed Barnum and you have no idea how dead you'd be if I could make it happen. And why did you kill Lucien!! I wanted to do that after his rant!

Taya (the name for my dog) - I cried when Lucien shot Taya. I wanted to strangle him with his own ponytail. >.> Oh yeah.

Theresa - She was cool. I'd follow her everywhere. I like how people can't tell if she's or . I'd saw she's nuteral. She'll do what she wants.

Barnum - He was the best, funniest guy. Right next to the bandits and highwaymen conversation.

And lastly my Fable 2 character's family - Love them so much. Husband Ted and two children, Lance and Rose, dedicated to her aunt. :3

i should start off by telling you what kind of character i have. He's a noble person, loves money, looks for land development, but he acts just like reaver.

i thought of teresa as more of a guide, telling me what i need accomplished and leaving it up to me to decide how to go about it. my character cares dearly for his family just like lucien did for his. didnt too much care for hammer, she was kind of annoying. and i remember when barnum died, i always thought of him as a friend in the game, and i always looked up to reaver, and i just stood there is disbelief when the man i looked up to killed my friend. i eventually got over it because there was business to be done.

i loved my dog and hated him at the same time. i wish i would of chose to revive family (which iwasnt married or anything so it would of only been the dog and rose beign bought back) because i chose money and i felt i was lied too "more money then you could ever imagine" i already had 700,000 gold a mere million was nothing i could get that in no time. now i have to get the DLC to get my dog back but nothing will bring back my dear sister.


now for lucien, i respected the man and what he wanted to do, i also pitied him for his loses, i knew if his wife and daughter would of still been alive he would of went about the reconstruction a different way, but seeing as how he went about it a the wrong way he needed to be stoped, then he shot my dog, i wanted this man dead no matter how much i respected him.

thersa- that she helped me, but when she says that she wants the spire that annoyed me cause i wanted the spire and wanted to take of albion

Rose- i was annoyed how she knew what to do and where to go, but then i was annoyed when she was shot, then when i got the letter i was happy and i thought i would see her again but i didnt, i also found the perfect world really crap and boring

lucien-this guy is!!! i was very annoyed he shot my dog and thought that taking over the world would be a thing

hammer-i was very scarred of her in being a giant and all but then i found it funny when she was going after that guy that shot her dad

dog-i LOVED my dog and to see him die right in front of me, i was very pissed and i was hoping he would be in the perfect world but no... that was a let down, but when i got my wisses i got my dog back cause i loved him that much
