    Blender and Scripts

I would be asking this at DCMods but they seem to be having problems when trying to start a new thread or look at forum pages from the past (error messages).

I have down loaded the new scripts (v1.04) from DCMods needed for Blender,  But no where in the description or in the non-existent  ReadMe does it say where the scripts must go.  Blender has no sub folders, so there is nothing simple like a folder named "Scripts"

So where does one put scripts for Blender?

    Thanks,

    Re: Blender and Scripts

My copy of Blender installed itself here; C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\Blender

There is no Scripts folder.  I will create one an see what happens.  Thanks.

    Re: Blender and Scripts

Thanks for the replies.  I finally found it, it was in neither MyDocuments nor the Blender folder.  I found it here:
    C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Application Data\Blender Foundation\Blender\.blender\scripts

Made a shortcut to the folder.  Had tried to create .blender\scripts folders in the Blender installation folder, but XP won't allow a folder  to be named ".blender"  Smily [:)]  but I got it all to work.  Now to learn how to make things in Blender.
