Idea: Will Milo and his dog change in appearance to reflect your own?  (Like clothing and such; general flattery.)  Will he change his behavior and attitude to reflect your own, maybe to help you relate to him?  I ask this because one of the old Dimitri concept arts had lots of people walking around with children at their sides and everyone looked very unique.  Maybe everyone can show off TheirLos (get it?) over Xbox Live!  That would be amazing...

In conclusion, Peter Molyneux has promised the world that we will be able to pit OurLos against each other in a battle-royale fashion over Xbox Live.  If he does not deliver, I will hold him personally responsible and send him several death threats via angry letters.

So if you were wearing a mask? Could he recognize us let along getting logged into Xbox LIVE via N.A.T.A.L.? Would be interesting I would assume not...As for clothing be sure to wear some Lionhead propaganda, I think he'll be very envious Perhaps even shirts you can buy from Microsoft with some logo on them that unlocks something in a game when scanned by N.A.T.A.L. would be fun. As for Milo hateing I would say yes. He is a person (in concept) so he should have emotions. Think of him as a pet, treat him nice and you get output, treat him bad and he might take things personal, I would assume he would get sad before getting angry.

What you mean to ask is if it can simulate hate. It can't actually feel anything so it can't hate.

As for simulating hate I doubt they will program it for such behavior. Time will tell though.

I doubt that Milo will be able to hate since Peter Molyneux stated that he wants to have only positive feelings while playing with Milo. Seeing someone full of hate and trying to deal with him doesnt sound like an enjoyable experience.

I have all the ones I care about backed up to my PC and I can recover them infinitely many times so it can try it it feels like going to the dumpster with the next trash bag.

I hope Milo can hate and fear, be annoyed and scared, if the object is to get milo as human as possible he needs these things, he needs to be able to show all emotions not just the positive ones, its not that my goal would be to make him hate or fear me, but it would be to see that side of him, it makes him more human.

For example, Say I say somethink. its not too mean, but I say it, he's not upset by it, but say I keep repeating it over and over again, eventually he's going to get annoyed, if he doesnt and he just stares at you blankly he would feel human. say he gets annoyed and up set, so he just walks away and stops talking to you, now you have to appologise and make up for it, maybe draw him a picture, I mean even after a few days he'll forgive you, but it make it more real.

I would HIGHLY recommend checking out the DVD "The Human Face" it actually talks about why we can figure out people when they wear a mask but computers can't figure that (it covers the possibility of how we catalog that information) - really fascinating DVD series that goes by quick. Milo reminded me a lot about it - you can pick it up on Amazon or even stream it to your 360 via NetFlix. Couldn't recommened it more...
