    Aurora

Just beat the DLC myself and saw the prophecy... Theresa makes it pretty clear that Aurora is the world that Albion is a part of... get some basic understanding of the English language... ***

Now, if you could tell us who or what Aurora really is, that'd be great =]. I'll be a jackass and make an ignorant thread if I have to!

We've got 5 years left to crying.

    Re: Aurora

If it were the "world" wouldn't Theresa say..."and the fate of the world(s)." Aurora should mean something else, perhaps a plot development or character development in future game series that isn't revealed during the time lapse of Fable and Fable II. Big Smile [:D]

Killing Kids!!!, a bit over the top, but nothing against lucien killing your sister and shooting YOU with a gun which propels you out a dozen story high window when YOU were a kid, promting you to want to take revenge.

    oh the irony

dont think its the child cause Theresa says the child is the fate of aurora, wouldnt refer to something by 2 different names in one sentence

    Re: Aurora

If it's going to follow the child of the hero from Fable II that implies it's staying with the Age of Enlightenment style setting rather then another large time jump. In that case couldn't Aurora be based around a concept from that timeframe, something in our real world like America and the New World? I.e a new large unexplored setting across the sea from Albion?

well thats not fair at all, she made it pretty clear that it was the world of Albion, or something Albion is a part of. When she stressed "or even" it was implied that Albion would be destroyed before Aurora, that Albion could be destroyed without Aurora being destroyed, but not the other way around. (Perhaps the galaxy, universe, the sun... anybody with a little common sense would assume that it meant world, and then these afterward )

Not fair to blame me for noticing an implied (actually implied, not "oh that would be cool... oh no, ive gone and confused myself into thinking this was actually hinted at!... or im just retarded) meaning...

also, anyone can be frustrated and snarky when they have read the crap that has been put up here, only to find out that the whole thing is pretty simple

If Aurora was the name for something as general as "the world", somebody would have mention it by now.

They have.  Remember that 12 page thread titled something like "*SPOILERS* Aurora is the world that Fable takes place in!!!"?

Well, they were all wrong, anyway.  Gradius is a developer, in case you didn't know, birdtird.  He knows what Aurora is.

And RevolvingPistol, as stated above, Gradius is a developer on the Fable team.  The only ass he's kissing is his own... and that's purely out of personal preference, not anything egocentric or otherwise derogatory.

I meant people would mention it in-game. I was part of that huge topic and still maintain Aurora is Fable's equivalent of the new world.

I figured Aurora to be a woman when I heard Theresa's whole spiel. Maybe a priestess or a princess... Plus, Aurora is such a pretty girls name =]

Aurora, the Roman Goddess of the Dawn, name was used to define the chemical symbol, Au, which is.... Gold!  There is going to be gold in Fable 3, and probably lots of it. Disappointed [:isappoin] Very sneaky LH Devs....

    Re: Aurora

My ideas about what Aurora is.

    1. She is another unborn hero perhaps a granddaughter? Like some unidentified E v i l [Evil] comes to threaten Albion once more and if your unborn son doesn't stop it his daughter "Aurora" will never be born so that she can save the world in fable 4.        (lol that didn't sound so crazzy when I was thinking it in my head)Down []

    2. "Aurora" has to be a person or place so my next idea about what "Aurora" is , is that its a secret place sacred to the heros where mabey few exsisting heros live.Crazy []

3.I would really like to know its bugging the crap out of me.(to bad they wont give us a hint if its a person or not)

Wow..... From what I got out of the STF DLC was that Aurora is your Daughter and the next Hero of Albion. And the fate of the world (as we know it?) rests with her.
