Hey there Lionhead Team and Fable fans...This is my first forum posted ever and I am writing it because of somethings that i liked about the first fable game, changes that annoyed me a bit and some ideas and concerns i have about Fable 2 and the next fable games. Fisrt of all i am a huge fan of the Fable series and wanted to point out some ideas about the game. I do not know if this is the right place, but i am going to do it anyway. My gamertag is JJayWT and these are my thoughts...

1) Lionhead should make a POLL or SURVEY to see what gamers want. This will allow you to not only get extra ideas, but to help you know what we really expect on the game.

2) This is something that really annoyed me and i bet it also did to many Fable fans. The cheap artifacts behind demon doors. I don't know why there were cheap items back there but i think that it shouldn't be done again. Make it so that when a gamer or of course fan sees a demon door he or she thinks "Oh...i bet it's expensive and rare" and not "Oh it can be a cheap weapon that we can buy off the markets." It dissapointed me when i guessed so hard to open the demon doors, only to find something worthless...please Lionhead...

3) More customization would also be cool. Being able to customize weapons and other items would be awesome. Making it more real life-like; being able to change skin color, face width, and height and so on would be awesome. Imagine being able to trim or even make unique weapons and armor...it would be great. I know that to say it is not as easy as it is making a game, but it would be great.

4) The game should be in mideaval times like the first fable, giving the gameplay a great feeling of fantazy and historic focus.

5) Make it look more realistic instead of cartoonish. I am not talking about the drawings, but the people and of course the Hero. Cartoonish is , but realistic would be better, i think.

6) Allow a bigger...and i means WAY BIGGER array of items and artifacts. Playing with so little clothes makes almost everyone look the same. Do not just make normal clothes, make different ones like ninja clothes, chinese outfits...you know what i mean. Give each player a sense of individualism and uniqueness. MORE CLOTHES...PLEASE!

7) Now, this one is PROBABLY ONE OF MY FAVORITE IDEAS...BEING ABLE TO USE HORSES...and THE DOG (LEAVE IT FOR IT IS COOL AND GIVES A SENSE OF COMPANIONSHIP). This is one of the ideas that has really been troubleing me. TAKE IT UNDER CONSIDERATION.

I think that in the future, a fable game can be a couple of centuries back. Revealing more history about the Archons and the Sword of Aeons and so on. I say this because it seems like in fable 2 there is barely any history of the Archons and that which made the game so unique...JUST AN IDEA.

9) Cooler and bigger weapons would be great. I like the weapons from fable 2, but the weapons from fable 1 were even more rare and unique and awesome. They were more hero-like. How about combining both? Allowing normal weapons and Heroic weapons like the Sword of Aeons or Avo's Tear? Also, different weapons such as spears and pikes would be great. USING TWO SWORDS WOULD BE AWESOME TOO. AND USING A SHIELD...A SIGN OF GREATNESS.

Also, when there is a level weapon like in fable 2, do not just add some things like color to make it different...make it really different. So different that it does not look much like the previous weapon.

10) Copy some of the things from fable 1 like being able to know how much protection or defense the armor or shield gives you. And the attack as welll (it was useful to know exactly what weapon to use. BIG MONSTERS AND HARD LEVELS WERE WHAT MADE FABLE AND ACTUAL FABLE! WE NEED PEOPLE LIKE JACK OF BLADES TO SHAKE THING UP, NOT PEOPLE LIKE WHISPER THAT DIDN'T EVEN STAND A CHANCE AGAINS THE HERO. Also, being able to choose a difficulty might be cool...i'm really weak about the difficulty choosing, but...it might work? Well, maybe not...BUT THE POINT IS TO MAKE THE GAME MORE CHALLENGING. IT IS A HERO'S JOB AFTER ALL!!!

11) Make way more hair and tattoos. I personally like the long beard. Maybe you can make different types of each hair...for example: different long beard styles and long hair...etc...

12) More CLOTHES AND COSTUMES...COOL ONES LIKE DEMON SUITS, NECROMANCER SUITS AND EVEN IMPERIAL SUITS WOULD BE COOL...YOU KNOW, MAKE IT AWESOME LIKE YOU GUYS KNOW TO.

13) Make the game so that one's character can change dramatically in size, muscle (Make real heroic ones with better graphics). ONE THING THAT I HATED WAS HOW THE FEMALE BECAME MORE MUSCULAR THAN THE GUY AND EVEN TALLER. MAKE THE FEMALE FEMALE-LIKE AND MAKE HER GET A BETTER BODY WHEN SHE UPGRADES HER STRENGTH INSTEAD OF MAKING HER LITERALLY LIKE A MAN...IT PISSED ME OFF! Back to the topic...Do not make the hero look like an ordinary person, but make him or her EXTRAORDINARY AND BETTER. Make the characters different depending on what the gamer uses. For example: If the gamer uses MELEE attacks often, it changes the hero's stature, muscles and so on. Just like the and corruption thing...Skill using=Different appereance and tallnes and so on. ALSO MAKE THE STUFF REALLY . WHAT I MEAN IS THAT WHEN ONE IS , MAKE HIM OR HER LOOK LIKE AN ACTUAL DEMON-LIKE CREATURE WITH THE TALE AND DARK AURA AND EVERYTHING. AND IF YOU ARE , YOU GET THE HALO AND WHITE HAIR TO SEEM LIKE A god OR SOMETHING.

14) tHE MAGIC/VAIN THING ANNOYS ME. MAKE IT SO THAT THE CASTERS HANDS AND EYES LOOK LIKE HE IS A MAGE. MEANING THAT HIS HANDS ARE FILLED WITH MAGICAL AURA AND HIS AYES AS WELL...NOT THE VAINS PLEASE! IT GETS ANNOYING, DOES IT NOT?

hey i really like some of your ideas and ive decided to give my opinion on each one of them each number is my opinion of the same nmber of your ideas lol

1.i totally agree with a poll or a survey but sometimes that can be bad because there are oranisations on the internet that specialise in making tihngs go bad for people and they get 1000's of their members to vote stupid things...very unlikely but still lol but yeah a survey i tihnk would be better than a poll but i think they would have to be specific on who they gave the survery to..i think if they gave the surveys to all members of this community who have been here a reasonabe amount of time would give them a result.

2.i tihnk that they should have put very very very very vey rare things behind these doors too!! but i think the few that contain crap is really funny...and just because it isnt speacial to you doesnt meen the demon door or whoever put it there thinks its special lol

3.i totally agree with this idea 100% i was a bit dissapointed by the lack of customisation with fable 2 and tihnk there could be a hell of a lot more and everythign yuo suggested would be awesom!!!

4. i dont know where they are going to set the other games...well fable 3 will proberly be set in the same times as fable 2 because from what ive gatherd the next game will be about fable 2 heroes child

5. i really like the way fable 2 looks...its unique and in its own way..i think if it became a little more real it would ruin some of the fantasy embedded within the fable world...just my opnion however.

6.definatly more more more more clothes....to make me happy i would expect like 100X the amount of clothes in fable 2....i literally want thousands of clothing...would truely be amazing...and would make us more uniqe however i disagree with everyone looking the same...there is a thread on here with pictures of everyones heroes and im yet to see a ero that looks the same or even similar to anyone elses

7.mounted steeds would be awesom i admit but for this to work well the fable world would need to be bigger....and i want the world to be bigger lol i want a massive massive massive world twenty times bigger than the one we have now...becaus eif you put a horse into fable 2 you would travel a little while only to find you have to load the next area...n then soon you would have been everywhere....fable 2 is too small to have a horse in...now what I would loooooovvvvveeee is a boat...well i boat to start off with n then a ship a massive great massisve massive one n then my own island muahahahaha lol....

8.i have a feeling that somepoint lionhead will release a fable game about the past....or they will incorperate being able to visit the past in one of their games....i jst tihnk they will...

9.and now with weapons....i want loads more in an interview PM said there is literally 100's of weapons...yeah like 12 different classed of weapoi with like 5 dfferent quality of it...we need thousands of weapons...two handed one handed no handed lol....boots with knifes inthe for gods sake lol...staffs...daggers...broadswords...everything you can think off!!! and sheilds would be a nice feature

10. i must disagree with your suggestion of bringing back the armor rating PM said they got rid of it so then everyone wouldnt be wearing the same thing...because everyone would want the highest rating armor....therfore looking the same but yeah features from fable 1 would be awesom

11.i agree with more variety of tattoos and hairstyles...there wasnt enough n yes i want different variations of ponytales and long hair and etc

12.yes yes yes yes yes more suits i want a demon suit too i just want loads more clothes end of

14.i enjoy having the lines on some of my characters...instead of removing them lets compromise and say that you can choose to have them or not lol...but yeah i want mages aura and weird freaky mage eyes

one more suggestion i would like to add would be to make the next ame with loads loads loads more quests....there should be hundreds!! i want at least 100 core quests!!..50 for everyone and then there should be a split where you choose a certain path and theres 25 for whichever path you choose and i want like 300 optional quests!!!!!!!!!!!! why not!!! give us loooaaaaaddddss

Dude i think almost everyone of your ideas would be awesome in fable3 and i couldn't agree more with the clothing its way too limited and all my friends wear pretty much the same thing as me, i would like to have a sense of uniqueness, plus the weapons are lacking in originality e.g diamonds in the hilt or runes on the blade i don't know summit like that. 8D

I think that they should put dragons on there that you can fight or ride one for sacrificing enough people in the chapel of skorm.

I also tink that you should be able to take enemies prisoner and they can't come out until they pay you a cirtain amount of money.

you should also be able to run a shop after you buy it.

they should put an option to get paid to gaurd the town for a day or two.

instead of getting bigger as you go along i think that you should go through training where you can upgrade durring guild training.

you should be able to come up with your own nickname at 2 gold per letter.

you should be able to augment armor

you should be able to have a longer training and be able to upgrade durring the training before you go out into the rest of the world.

the hero's guild should be a seperate area that you can only get to via culis gate.

you should be able to pay about 500 gold and spectate the arena so that you can get tips on what to do in there and what not to do before you actually play. Just be able to buy tickets in knothole glade from the tavern owner.

you should get an owners discount in shops you own

you should be able to break your own stuff without getting fined

you should be able to get rent from the arena after you beat jack of blades in fable 1

you should also be able to set things on fire with your fireball. like when you lay waste to a town you should be able to kill all owners loot them and burn the town to the ground and come back a week or so later to see the rebuilding and buy some lots (which should be cheaper) then have a sign there that prompts you to build something and if you say yes a drop down menu that prompts you to build a big/small shop, a big/small tavern, a big house, a small house, etc. then you can rent out the shop, tavern, house, etc.

after you burn down the town and it is rebuilt you should be able to get elected the mayor by building and renting out a city hall that gives you a portion of the rent from every building (tax that you set) and if you own any buildings you still get all the rent from those too.

in bowerstone south & north you should be able to use will but not use weapons in north because it just seems so dumb that commoners can take away your will power

you should be able to put gaurds and bandits and hobbes,etc. in prision in a town that you are mayor of and be able to sell them to the arena to fight the heros there.

you should be able to just walk out with the sword of aeons without killing your sister or you should be able to not kill her but have jack do it just before you kill him then you don't need to choose

they should make a fable where it is like fable 1 where it starts out where you have to choose to kill your sister or chuck the sword then play from there

I thought of a new will power that they could use "duplicate" so that it duplicates the hero and his atributes, wepons, etc. to fight alongside the hero for a short time.

I totally agree on everything you said. I think they should let you find the sword of aeons in fable 3. because in fable 1 when you got it. there was really nothing left to do. you had that powerful sword but nobody really challenging to beat

I loved every word you posted my friend. hopefully lionhead hears our pleas. seriously. every word you wrote is completely what i want in the next fable game. but i don't think they'll do the history thing. but they should. Fable 3 should have :
1.There should be a construct tool so if u have enough money you can build your own custom buildings in a building forge then add them to where ever you own.
2. If your the ruler of Albion you should have your own army(Recruit people, start wars with the other nations,go to battle with your troops, execute them, promote them, build bases ect)
3. You should be able to punish people the way you see fit: eg execution, imprisonment, chopping off their limbs fforcing them into your military, cleaners, slaves ect
