recently after i beat the crucible after coming back from the spire, after i opened the chest to get the axe, the screen went black and froze. eventually i had to just reload and it brought me back to before i entered it. since i left westcliff, EVERY TIME i try to go back it loads up, then after the loading screen it goes black and freezes. ive been avoiding westcliff because i cant get to it and i just dl'd the 5th and final episode from xbl and i THOUGHT that may fix it but ohhhhhh no, i tried a couple different ways to get there. fast travel, using a job as my destination, using the boats from bloodstone, NOTHING WORKS. wtf?? this is very annoying. now im not done with the game, i just met reaver and i have to get my renown up so i dont know if it "may" work later on, but if i have to go to westcliff to finish the game and this is still happening then im just screwed??

this is pretty crappy, i thought there would be a update for this but no. i dunno what to do. and also, ive DLed the see the future and knothole island SOLEY  on the thought that it might somehow fix the issue but NO. so thats like $15 in microsoft points that i otherwise probably would not of spent. if this issue somehow doesnt resolve itself i would like a refund for the game. i would not of bought this game if i knew that during the game all of a sudden one of the locations would just not load out of the blue. this is VERY frustrating for many many reasons. so lionhead, what would YOU do in my situation?? demand a refund? play the game with the hope that ill never "have" to travel back to westcliff to finish the game, or just try to play around it?

please, tell me. im interested in what you would do personally.
