Just bought Fable 2 yesterday and can't figure out expressions for the wife... er... life of me. I'm able to perform perfect expressions of various types, I know the ones my spouse in the game likes. I have 100% on both the love and attraction meter with her. My problem lies with the dpad. When I pull up the families tab, I'll often see 'Your family has a gift for you' (This one is no problem as I know how to recieve gifts) or 'Wants s--' (this one is the problem). On several occasions the missus will proposition a time but the thumbs up  and thumbs down  options are not available to accept or decline her request. I've tried using the expressions radial and selecting the expressions manually, but to no avail. Additionally, I'll often return to the wife specifically to adress the message (has gift/wants s--) again the gift is no problem, but a 90% of the time that she 'wants' she doesn't proposition. Is something wrong with my game? Am I doing something wrong? Someone help!?

Get the "come back to my place" expression, they you can just open the expression wheel
and have her follow you to the bed.
I never use the thumbs up or down for sex.

Not quite what I was getting at. Basically, if it says she wants something (not just s--), she won't say so when I pay her a visit. On the rare occasions that she does, I am unable to accept OR decline. Thanks for trying to help tho.

I don't have any problems recieving gifts. when she wants to go somewhere or wants to get jiggy, I cannot accept or decline. that's the issue.

I don't know if there is anything to accept. If you want to have sex with her you use the follow expression, and have her follow you to the bed and try sleeping in it.

I did have a game that gliched and would not let me use the bed though. Had to start a new game for that.

In my experience, she doesn't usually ask or even mention what she wants. I'm guessing that your wife just wants a man who takes charge. Lol!

I don't think I ever use the or with my family either. When  it says my spouse wants sex I just use the "come back to my place" expression on them. Only times the or works for me is prostitutes or others besides my family.

Sometimes the menu notice just means the spouse is open to the suggestion, if they directly make the offer, the thumb expression will come up on D-pad for a bit.  It's just how it is.  The aforementioned expression can be learned through the 'come hither dear' book, and is much simpler.
