Oh come now. They can't bring back a character that's fate was decided by the player in the first one. They would have to come up with some stupid story twist that either vaguely addresses how she both did/didn't die by the hands of her brother 500 years ago, or just completely abstain from mentioning it altogether. And since PM said that the story is , I seriously doubt either of those possibilities.
