No, he says that charging magic seems like a legitimate requirement on the surface but when compared to the melee and ranged disciplines magic is "nerfed". His problem with the navigation system is also valid. He points put that the golden line is an eyesore and suffers from slowdown, the in menu map is inadequate, there is no way to find specific landmarks, and no way to even know which regions are adjacent.
Sorry, but the guy who gave it a 78/100 fails hard.. the reason? You can dim the trail down or even turn it off, so his entire post about that detail was nitpicking to an extreme level.
