Actually, I think its been mentioned(Here in the boards) that he has some sort of Sleep inducing ability. ***SPOYLER*** Youll notice this at the begining of the Spire Quest, when youre walking from the Docks,. At the end of his speech he says "SLEEEEEEP", and you see a sort of AREA effect that SPREADS out from HIM (Much like your own will powers do), and guess what happens afterward? well you sleep, along with anyone else. So I think he might have some powers, that were granted to him By the SPIRE, Much like the Comandant, and Others that are able to use Force Push and Lightning.
