I fully agree. The way they implemented the Tatoos in F2 has always been one of my biggest let downs with the game. F1 allowed you a lot more creativity with the ability to mix & match different styles on your chest, back, arms, legs & face.... Not as many options anymore & most are totally generalized and cover chest/back/arms with the exact same design. Who would actually get tatooed like that?
