if you already opened the chest before it may not open again and the items you unlock from the site will then be in shops instead. Instead of getting them for free, you'll have to by them from a shopkeeper. I know the bowerstone clothing shop has chicken suits if you unlocked it from the site.You have to be on LIVE when you open up the chest as well.
