In the main titles, when the scene with the exploding buildings come on, you can see a christmas tree in one of the buildings if you look closely.

I don't see why posting that here would be an issue, it's part of the game and it looks to be just an innocent piece of art.

(According to a quick script I just wrote in MED, both set_diner and set_saloobedroom use this texture)

No it's not. A subliminal message is a message that most humans cannot see with the naked eye. For example if your watching Tv and an short commerical thats 1/30th of a second pops up your probably not gunna notice it but your mind will. It's like if your in a movie theatre and you suddenly have a urge to buy a soda or eat candy. That mean you have been subliminally messaged.
