Hi there everyone. Here's my new production thread for "Aspirations", my next big TMO movie.

"Aspirations" is one of my last 6 TMO movies btw.

I have some news, after almost 5 months of work on this project it's almost done [shooting wise i mean].

I've shot about 90 to 92% of the movie. I just need to sort out of a few things like titles, some complicated overlays.

I'll admit it's been one hell of a shoot, been really despite not being completly finished.

Anyways, to show you what i've been up to for quite a while [Working on "Aspirations" along with many other things, upcoming movies, college and loads more] here's some pictures to show ya!

I've casted pretty much all the cast. I still have a few extra roles and other roles to cast.

I will announce the full cast at a later date.

So, i'm not sure when i'll release this baby, maybe as i predicted [Late August '08] unless things change.

I promise my hardest for this not to turn into the CC4 release date tragedy with the amount of delays after delays and delays dudes.

The official countdown will be more precise this time round.

I will keep ya updated.

You can still stop by to book tickets for the movie here despite i have no idea when that will be. Maybe Late August '08.

Along with the general chit-chat.

I hope to try and get all the shooting complete a tincy bit before "The Holidays" just to get it done and then onto the editing stage!

This trailer was released around the time i had just finished a rough draft of the script, that was almost 4 months ago! The script was completed a month ago or so, it's taken a damn long time to get it right. lol.

Time does fly by!

I might try and release [this is a maybe] a new trailer/clip soon.

I will keep ya updated. More news to come in the coming weeks about final shoots, new pics and much much more!

"Bruce Waynes life at the start of the picture has become somewhat bleak, He has had to cope with two recent tradegies in his life further adding to the weight on his shoulders. The appearance of the Catwoman in Gotham might just give him that ray of hope he needs to be able to carry on. The world is a sombre place at the best of times, and sometimes even the very best of us need that spark to continue.

I didnt want to do the standard "Villain threatens Gotham, Batman saves the day" type of story, and the relationship between Batman and Catwoman offers much much more than just action sequence after action sequence. You could argue that it is more of a love story than an action film, and in many respects that would be correct. Its also not so much a character study, but more of a sweeping tragic romance. If anyone is expecting a huge action picture then this will dissapoint, but if you are looking for a Batman story that is a little different this is for you.

Something I,ve also tried to avoid is touching upon Batmans origin too much, Some of us have our own interpretations on not how but why Bruce Wayne became Batman. What I've tried to do is just touch upon the aspects to his origin that still haunts him today.

Mike D Boing and Killer-Actress have and are doing a fantastic job, Its been a pleasure working with both of them."

We are pushing for an Christmas 2009 release, although that depends upon a few things because cast members have lives too and the picture wont be rushed to release before it is ready.

Hi, i am using a Labtec microphone and it is quite bad quality, you can hear the air. I have used audio programs such as Audacity, however this only does so much; could you recommend a microphone and give the price?

Turf Wars

So I've started a little project called Turf Wars. What I've done so far is Written the script a long with some basic filming to give me an idea of how some of it will play out. I obviously don't like to do the filming without my sound so I need some voice actors. It's roughly 7 and a half minutes long and there are 9 parts to be filled. With the desired accent option, anyone will do really although if you've got an idea for a character's accent that you think wouldsuit them better feel free to let me know.

Description:
A 17 year old High School drop out named Francis Hooper moves to Newville, A large expanding town that has criminals lurking about all over the place. On arrival Francis gets caught up at the wrong place at the wrong time and gets involved in an on going war between two rival gangs. He's torn as he wants to join the fight for respect and honour but deep down he knows it's wrong, stupid and could get him killed.

help with Horror Movie.

Hello, all, i am in the process of creating a horror/thriller movie, but i am having trouble; i have the idea in my head of how to make it scary, but their aren't any scenes that go with my idea. So i would like your suggestions of how to make a character scary, so here is the set up -

A man is in hospital, suffering with amnesia. while there in a half asleep state, someone enters the rooms and tells him he can either be his worst nightmare or, he can sit down and work something out, then he says he will give him some time and leaves.

The man is escorted home by police (as he does not know where he lives). Now the character, starts to creep into the story, but here is where i need help - for a bit of the movie he will be playing mind games with the man - so i would like some ideas of mind games that can be done in the movies to make this character scary.

Nothing supernatural please; this is not a supernatural movie.

Joker's Game- Production Thread

Cast thus far is Lissa Latte as Harley Quinn, Joker may be Scott Wentworth again but I'm yet to ask him again. I'll direct him towards this thread and see if he wants to retain the role of his albeit re-modeled Joker. I have opted for a Heath Ledger punk look, a voice change, however, is not at all necessary as far as I'm concerned.

Roles up for audition-

Michael Rafferty
Age- 28-35
Description- Humble gardener whose life comes crashing down on him as he receives a call from the Joker claiming that he has his wife and that he must do a series of tasks in order to win her back.
Voice- Normal, average, middle-aged man.

Audition Line- 'Man, you aren't listening, I'm just a gardener. I earn just enough to afford cable each month, I'm your average guy, Why me?'

Laura Rafferty
Age- 28-35
Description- Kidnapped by the joker to control her husband.
Voice- Normal, average, middle-aged woman.

Audition Line- 'Michael, I love you and whatever happens, carry on without me.'

Henchmen 1 & 2
Age- 40-50
Description- Non-descript helping hand of Joker in mask. Audition is joint but two parts will be given, one for hench 1 and 1 for hench 2.
Voice- Normal, free-reign really.

Audition Line- 'Where do you want her boss? (Turns to hostage) Shut the hell up!'

I will cast all those unsuccessful in auditions in extra roles, so whatever the outcome, you'll probably get a role of some kind if you wish.

An encounter with a femme feline leads Bruce Wayne down a path of forbidden love, but is love infact lust and can it sustain itself in the long run and with Batman distracted Gotham gives way to a new type of Mob; The False Face Society and its leader Blackmask who without realising that he is The Batman are intent of kidnapping Bruce Wayne.

The Batman is set in a 1940's era and takes The Batman mythology down a completley different path. There are no villians or heroes, only people and situations.

I've been working on this quietly for a little while now and can show you some susbstantial excerts. There is still some work to do on a couple of these shots, but alot of what you see is pretty much done.

The Plot:

What are these drone characters?
The year is 2067. Earth has been thrown into war (known as WW3). But this isn't a war against countries and leaders. The war is human versus human.

40% of the Earth's population (Population: 7.5bn) have been taken and modified into human/cybernetic 'drones'. This began as an experiment to lengthen the lifespan of humans, and create artificial body parts and organs for the sick by a man named Proffessor Earnest Fletch. The experiment began to go wrong when drones began to question their own existance. It didn't take them long to decide that their purpose in life was to improve themselves and everything around them. To become perfect
The drones began to 'improve' their creator, then themselves, then they went on to the rest of their planet. Soon, hundreds among thousands of humans (and animals) were taken for improvement. A year later, the rebellion began, and so did WW3. The drones began space travel in 2069, by developing weapons that would shoot down passing starships and steal their technology.

Okay. How does Starship 777/This Pilot Episode fit into this?
Starship 777, an alien vessel is passing through the outskirts of Human Space in the year 2075. A small drone saucer detects them, and attempts to 'improve' them.

That's an interesting concept. But come on, that episode I just watched really sucked!
That's because it is only a pilot episode, to see what I need to improve on.

So, what do you think of this pilot episode? Do you like the concept? What can I improve on?

Batman's Boner Begins

Written by the Riott as a parody of Batman Begins, I felt the need to voice it and basically bring it to life.I added the choir using the EastWest Symphonic choir system played on a Mac Pro.

I'll say upfront... It's just a short radio play, it contains no content from "The Movies" and I expect to see it go buh bye awfully fast. But who the hell cares?
