I haven't had time to do anything serious with the editors myself yet but I have seen a lot of posts by people who have already been claiming to have done some map editing - It's certainly one of the most user freindly level editors I've ever used and I'm hoping that over the next few days I'll get enough time to do some mapping of my own.


However I thought it would be really cool to make a new sticky for everyone to post screenshots (in-game or in-editor) of the new lands (or edited lands) which they have been working on or have finished to give us some new eye candy or give other people ideas &lt;img src="/emoticons/emotion-1.gif" alt="Smily [:)]" /&gt;



The rules: no spamming, this isn't editing discussion but a place to show off what you've done. Commenting on maps people have done is fine but try and keep the chit chat down.

&lt;P&gt;Yes, I know the tried and tested method of renaming other weapons and objects in order to trick the game into using them.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm just wondering, does anyone know how to change which weapon is assigned to each type of infantry unit? I'm working on a mod which kind of relies on there being red, sword wielding Greek infantry battling blue, spear wielding Greek hoplites. I would hate to have to scale the project back to just scripting, mapping, and retexturing &lt;img src="/emoticons/emotion-6.gif" alt="Sad [:(]" /&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Some feedback from Lionhead would be most appreciated! C'mon, you can make one LH fan really happy just by giving me a tidbit of information which could feed the modding community for months (seriously, there would be dozens of mods popping up).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;While you're reading, have you guys rolled around the idea of giving us modders the .bwm tools you used with B&amp;amp;W2 and BOTG yet? &lt;img src="/emoticons/^^.gif" alt="^^ [^^]" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As well, if you guys have the time, an updated official modding toolkit which incorporates BOTG content would be amazing.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I'm on Vista and I've tried Unchecking the read only attribute in data properties and tried giving full control for permissions for data but it's not really working because as soon as I change the properties as soon as a re-open them again they are unchanged the read only attribute is&amp;nbsp;checked and the full control box is unchecked.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Anyone know of anything that would help resolve this problem?&lt;/P&gt;

I know there have been other black and white 3 posts but none of this matter. Little is spoken of at the Lionhead studios about this game since the release of Fable 2. I personally believe the Black and White series was much more interesting. (or at least had potential.) If they were to make a non linear black and white 3 with epic battles and get rid of the story, I think they could really be on to something. Make every person in the game more of a person and less of a moving mesh and texture. Let you make your own stories in some way and get rid of the linear, arcade like, story modes. This is just me dreaming but these games were simply amazing and have astounding potential to create an amazing game with today's technology. I personally believe both of these games were better then the Fable series. (sorry). Just because you had more say in what happened. Anyways, I think we should start some sort of petition to bring back the black and white series. Hi to all im new to posting but have followed the developing of B&amp;W2 since 2003 and enjoyed very much the first one B&amp;W1. NOW after all this years and finally having a decent  rig to play it at max this bug destroies everything. It is a serious bug, i don't know if this was a bug and still is or is it only me having it. I have a no crack no serial version of the game + expansion pack Battle of The Gods and i can pass the tutorial lands by pressing esc so it means it is pached to version 1.2. But the trainer says it is not patched to version 1.1 let alone 1.2.
My rig is as follows even though i think it dosent matter because is a software issue
AmD X2 4200+
1Gb ddr2 667mhz
Nvidia 7900gs 512mb inno3d

Now first, in the land 2 tutorial when the aztecs whipe out the greeks i cant see the aztecs when the masive army atacks. Second my armies cant pass through the gates of the enemy, they have disastrous path finding issues they practically are nothing o nada compared to the pathfinding in the batle of the gods wich is nearly perfect and im not complaining.
They often don't respond to my orders atack or walk to some place, just stand there doing nothing even when im clicking in a strate line and no i dont have any obstacles, and often no wall ,no gate, no semi destroied wall, nothing and they still refuse to obey.
And sometimes they just walk in a disoriented way and end after me cliking 100 times and finally surrendering of them not obeying, without doing nothing after 15 minutes they obey the command.
Now this practically ruins everything and i mean everything of the part of RTS it make the game pathetic . Hopely this is fixed in the expansion the only part of the game that i really enjoy. Sorry for the grammar guys im not a native english speaker actually is my third language and im a little tired. This is becoming a roman so if anyone can help even though i doubt it would be apreciated. Now i don't now if the patch will fix it i don't even know if the game will acept the patch. Im with modem so it is taking a lifetime to download.
