Just sell the game if it doesn't live up to your insanely high standards.
Most bugs are fixed, personally I don't think I've ever ran into one.
And if you don't want to start a new game I don't see why you play the game at all, it's in the beginning it's the most funny, when you can walk in Bowerstone without being rushed down by citizens.
Off topic: I would have liked an Anonymous Augmentation, that seets your renown to 0.

Im thankful my xbox isnt effed up

every time i get RRoD or it screws up, i just turn it off and come back like 20 minutes later and its fine.

The only time i had to replace was when the screen wouldnt show up, and there were no RRoD. Instead of fixing it i just bought a new one ( a pro)

T one has to wonder if it might be his xbox but he has never said what his problem is. He also hasn't bothered to post as of late. We don't even know what kind of xbox he is playing on.

But, yeah try loading it on the harddrive and clean the cache out.

i have notice my systems lags fable 2's boot screen (and lagged spots on wanted) where by buddies newer system doesnt. maybe this kids system eye, heat problems, ETC that plauges the 360 are the real culprit here, locking his games or not processing information right making it APPEAR the game is faulty.

dude have you tried to put your file on another 360 or hard drive and run through it.

I'm at my 3rd XBOX 360 and still my first controller.

When I got my Halo 3 Xbox 360 Edition (not because I like Halo 3, just all they had in stock at the time, and green was pretty neat.) the controller was cracked..now, I really really loved that green controller and the way the buttons were fashioned other than the normal controller....anyway I take it back and they give me a white one in return...I was like so I kept it for a while only to figure out, the (B) button was mashed which I never used the control until that point, it was like falling apart on me. So I deciede to take GameStop up on its offer and take the white controller...it's blandness has served me 2 years though.

its a sucky feeling when you buy a game love it; then NOT GET TIRED OF IT but just not be able to finish due to programmer errors they don't want to correct, THEN go trade it for a FRACTION of what you payed.

i understand that much. it's a pain to like a game, but to hate it for the glitches. but he hasn't taken the time to tell us what his glitch even is. even so, quite a lot of people play this game more than once. i'm on my sixth hero, and i'm probably starting a seventh after that. it's a short game; starting over is not a huge deal. it sucks to be FORCED to start over... but it's not like other RPGs where you might spend several hundred hours and then run into a game-ending glitch.

if he's had the game since it came out, and hasn't been able to beat it yet, life must really hate him. like i said, i'm on my sixth hero. some people here are on their 20th. the game's short. it sucks to have to start over, i know, but even if whatever his problem is is a worst case scenario, he still should have been able to complete the game after starting over.

i just don't think the game is quite as glitchy as he's complaining about. i've never run into any serious glitch, nevermind a game-ending one. i know there are a few common problems, but most of them aren't serious, and all of them aren't so common that they're a big issue with game quality. it's a complex computer program: *** happens.

cause not to pick sides, bsh capitalism or ONLY praise the consumer BUT (it is a consumers world) game companies and system companies (talking to you MS with your shotty built 360 that most of my freinds have gone through 6+ already), dont build a crappy product then whine when people pirate your stuff. make it affordable, make it work or expect no concern from a public who feels jaded, ripped off and rearin for revenge.

i'm actually with you on the 360. it's just badly designed in terms of cooling.

well honestly i agree with the thread poster here. the game does have soem serious glitches, even though i have not had to restart a game because of one yet. i once game a ring to my wife and it screwed MY ENTIRE file up. luckily i am more tech savy than others with my consoles and i keep back ups of files.

lionhead i did love fable 2, was fantastic just missing a few things such as co op, exciting battles and decent DLC. work on that and IMO you have a super winner.
