I'm on the last land, and whenever I use my volcano wonder it goes to a black screen instead of doing the movie. I press escape, and it cancels the movie etc, then the volcano just does nothing but it still plays the sound effects (boom boom crash etc). The last level is already insanely hard enough for none of my wonders to be working :|. Has this happened to anyone else.. and do you know of a way to fix it.

Could be something to do with your computer. Although, it's happened to me but I can skip the movie (no blackscreen either) but no volcano is raised.

Mine does the same thing on this land and on land 1. It seems to work very infrequently. Eventually, after some time, I got one volcano to go off. This just proves my point even further: The game wasn't tested at all. Again, blatant incompetence.

Boy, that's a stupid response. It doesn't work with hurricane either, nor earthquake. Basically, for an evil god, the land is relatively impossible.

Yep.. I spent over an hour getting to 1500 pop then making a troop of 800 something soldiers, still only got halfway through the capital before the undead god just spawned 5 or 6 other batches of troops. Not to mention, having to go back to my base and constantly putting a shield up is making it more than annoying. I'm seriously just bored now.

Lionhead should be ashamed, I mean this wholeheartedly.

i had a rather good workin tacit in the third land, you need to keep him locked with something, make something what he always does impossible, and he will stop with that. Going straight for the capitol sumtimes helps too.

That's for sure. I finally beat it after a week of trying new things. The best way to do is is build multiple wonders from the closest city to his main city until your influence is right up to his gates. Then, migrate ALL YOUR PEOPLE to a city other than the main one, so that when he attacks, he doesn't kill or affect anybody. Then build about 5 alters and put about 20 in each one. Wait for your mana to grow to 60 thousand, then ATTACK!!!! Send tons of undead soldiers either outside his gates or what I recommend is inside his town. Also try to make lava make lava miracles before you attack to burn up the catapoults. If you do it well enough, you can kill all the catapoults again and again and at the same time still block off the archers. If you do choose to throw your undead soldiers into the city, then make sure you put the miracle away from the lava miracles. I hope I helped!!! Well.. I would have gone straight for the capital, but I was hoping that if I managed to take the 2 towns nearest to me that he would stop launching crap at my town. Unfortunately.. I only managed to capture the top one with a lot of luck, and he still chucks crap at me :P. I feel like giving up . But there must be a cool movie or something at the end, I need some closure.

You could just mod the hell out of the game until it's impossible to lose.
