How come at the end of the original, there is a guy preying and a god comes out of the sky and hits like a beach, but in this 1 it hits a building? Do you think it's a diffirant god?

Well, if you look at the BOTG one the shrine is very near the sea... also, it is very hard to see it exactly in BW2. I doubt they had the idea for the Undead God (Xoatl) when they made that, though. Personally, I would have liked it better if Nemesis returned, but it is possible that it's Nemesis, and since LH have said nothing on it it's up for debate. For how it could be Nemesis, see "The Scroll of Enlightenment" which I made in my n00by dayz .

Prehaps. Maybe the green orb is a diffrent god. if so, this could open up a new BnW story.

mabey it was just a meteor randomly dropping.

Maybe they had the God at the end of B&W2 crash to signal that the story would continue.
